We are in Vegas celebrating an epic birthday. We were super hungry, lol, after being disappointed at a few stops prior.Rollin Smoke Barbecue was terrific from when we ordered to when we received our food. They had great food, and KJ was incredible. If you are looking for great food, service, and overall experience, this is a spot to check out.UPDATE:I came back the next day because I realized that I had been double charged. Based on my incredible experience the night before, I was unfortunately greeted by Diane. Diane was extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and not sensitive at all. In less than five minutes, Diane changed my previous 5-star rating to a 1-star rating. After showing her proof from my bank account, Diane still chose to be rude and never took into consideration that I was the customer. After sitting for 30 minutes, Diane unauthentically came to where we were waiting to ask if everything was okay and if we wanted a drink.We politely told her no and let her know that, at that point, it was too late, and the damage had already been done.Customers are essential to all businesses. The moment you have a "Diane" at your register who has obviously lost sight of that, your business suffers, and your previously very satisfied customer becomes seriously displeased!

Finally got to try Rollin Smoke. We had it delivered by doordash, so I have no idea about the ambiance. However the good was great. We had the Pit 5 meat combo with three sides, and the peach cobbler. We also got the sauce sampler. Brisket - tender, juicy, flavorful. Good smoke flavor, even though there wasn't a defined smoke ring on our slices. Burnt ends - tender with just the right amount of chew. Not too sweet and not too fatty. Another must order. Spare ribs - fall off the bone tender. But pretty flavorless. Glad we got the sauces to help with this. Pulled pork - our serving had a price of plastic in it. The pork was dry and over cooked. I think they were trying to make carnitasRib tips - meh. Not very flavorful (though better than the ribs). Good chew. Collard greens -great flavor! Very watery but good texture and so tasty. Mac and cheese - good flavor but weird consistency and not well mixed. Baked beans - definitely must order! Meaty, tender, smoky, with a little kick. Not sweet just good!Sweet cowgirl and original BBQ sauces are so good I'll probably buy a bottle of each to put on my own smoked meatsPeach cobbler - again meh. Definitely not worth the price

I'm willing to go out on a limb here and suggest this could be the best BBQ place in the whole of Las Vegas, it is that good!I love the bright and colorful interior coupled with the wooden picnic style tables, it is everything a proper BBQ place should be, and service is friendly and attentive, but let's get to the real event...The food...well you are in for a treat. The Rib Platter's are to die for, and have too many of these and you probably will! A perfect combination of 3 Baby Back's, 2 Spare Rib's and a Beef Rib, and if that does not sound a lot of food, believe me it is a portion to be reckoned with, but so good and my go to here. There's also a wide selection of sauces to add to your ribs, so whether your favorite is vinegar based, sweet, spicy or gates of hell spicy, you will be well accommodated. The platters also come with your choice of side, my personal favorites are the fried okra or BBQ baked beans. The waffle fries are really good too.There are other meat combination options if you're not just into ribs, including the usual brisket, chicken, pork and sausage link options. I've tried most here and you can't really go wrong.So, get yourself rolling over to Rollin Smoke and enjoy some awesome BBQ, but be sure to bring your appetite because you may well need to be rolled out of this place too!

Our experience here was for the most part good but it could have been better. My hubby was craving a sandwich but he could not decide what to order so he asked the guerita at the counter for recommendations and she picked out a sandwich for him (we do not remember the name of the sandwich) whatever she recommended it sucked. My hubby tried to eat it but he couldn't. Good thing I ordered the 3 meat option. I ordered before him hoping to share a meal & out of nowhere he comes out with his sandwich cravings. SMH It was a great thing I got the 3 meat option because he could not stomach to eat that sandwich. I took a bite & it just did not taste good to me...but the plate I got was delicious. The Mac & Cheese was in fact cheesy & delicious. The beans were phenomenal! My hubby and I loved the sides so much. The ribs were absolutely amazing! The chicken was ok, but the brisket was very dry. We also got the southern peach cobbler which was good but it was missing the crumble topping. I comment this to the Asian lady working here that had recommended it to us & she apologized because it is supposed to be topped with a crumble topping. They forgot to add it though. Our experience here had ups & downs but we both would want to come back again now that we know what to get next time.

Absolutely fantastic barbecue, and I use to live in Texas! Stopped here on a road trip and customer service was extremely kind, they let us bring in our dog and gave him some water! I kind of love the layout, no frills, and it was kept pretty clean. My favorite, the world famous beef ribs (or dino bone) was amazing, just fall off the bone tender and so smoky, freaking delicious! Besides that I also enjoyed the spare ribs, the brisket was a bit too dry. On the sides, the BBQ beans and coleslaw was great, while collard greens was decent. Price is a little high, but worth it. We will be back!

Delicious bbq! Atmosphere was fun! Check out the fish tank made from a smoker (featured on TANKED). You order at the counter and then someone brings out the food. Service was quick!

This place was recommended by my Uber driver and I'm glad he did because it was just what I was looking for. Don't let the sketchy area deter you, the food here was finger licking good. They have a wide variety of bbq and sauces so it may it was really hard to choose but I settled for the 3 meat trio including brisket, qtr chicken and ribs with a side of Mac n cheese. All the meets were flavorful but the brisket needed sauce for enhancement. There are several bbq sauce t choose from and I'm more of a sweet sauce guy so I went with "put some south in your mouth" and it worked well with my meat. My friend ordered half beef rib and it was 2 bone filled with tender juicy , flavorful meat. The smell alone was divine. I ended up eating half of one and no sauce was needed. If you're in town and looking for some quality backyard que this is the place for you. I'll be back.

Rollin Smoke is always a 10/10. Foods always great, even when they're busy the service is always good and fairly quick.
