Rocco's NY Pizza & Pasta

I was in the area and craving pasta, so I stopped into this place. Upon arrival staff was friendly and communicative on wait times. The restaurant was clean but sadly empty. I talked through the menu and went with their fried ravioli and a cannoli. Starting with the fried ravioli, it had a good texture and fry that wasn't too greasy. However, it was not super flavorful in comparison to others. The cannoli was boasted as one of the best in Vegas and it did not disappoint at all. The cream was rich and the shell was crispy. I plan to revisit again to try their pizza or pasta to see if these signatures might be a better representation of their food.

I was at the Visionworks next door and decided to try this spot out. I ordered the Ravioli with lobster sauce and it was very good, and very much to my liking. I received good, welcoming service. The food was freshly cooked. I ordered for take out, but the place looks nice for a casual lunch or dinner.

Deceptive practices the photos are associated with my visit.I purchased the 2 any slices with soda for $9.99 then he proceded to charge me for another soda, I said that stated $9.99 he said that "it's for take out"... this is nowhere on the sign, then when my bill came out $10.38 and when he rang it up the total was $11.26, when asked why the person behind the counter we charge for extra for card use, and he pointed to the sign and continued to say they charge 3.5% so we charge... I asked where it says that and he pointed to this PayLo sticker.Charge me, I don't care, but tell me before hand what you are charging.There does seem to be some corrective action being taken by the counter person. Understand idc about the money it's the practices that need to change.

My fam and I had a hankering for some New York pizza and having a full lazy day cooking was not in the cards for dinner. Based off of the reviews I saw online I was excited for some delish pizza. Our order took a good 30-45 minutes which was expected and to our surprise was still pretty hot upon arrival. We opted for a cheese pizza and some fettuccine Alfredo. My kids and I were huge fans of the cheese pizza. We love a big flavorful bite and a crunchy thin crust. So so good definitely worth ordering again. As far as the Alfredo it lacked a lot of flavor. The noodles were cooked perfectly but seemed like the sauce was majority water. I don't think it would be on another order unless they spruce up the sauce a bit. Overall was a good experience and will keep them in the pizza rotation.

So on the way the the Knights game my friend I decided we wanted good old fashioned New York cheese pizza. We walked in and it looked like a typical little pizza place. The pizza cook immediately said hello. Once we were looking at the menu the cook offered help in case we needed anything. We ordered the Fried Ravioli (did not get a picture), and a large cheese pizza. The Raviolis came out first and couple minutes later the pizza came out. It was all very fast. The rebuilds were not what we expected. They had ricotta cheese inside and not mozzarella which we are used to. They weee good but putting a little cup of marinara on the side makes dipping impossible.The pizza was so good. Perfectly cooked, and great flavor. The workers came over many times to check on us and were so nice. We of course couldn't eat all of it so boxed up the rest. As we were leading the workers asked again how we liked it. The service here is definitely great. The restaurant was pretty much clean, could use a little more wiping down. The bathroom was clean as well. The restaurant was a tad on the warm side, explained by the huge pizza oven lol Overall this is a solid choice if you want good pizza. The prices were great and the staff super nice. Definitely give this place a shot if you haven't before!!

Great NYC style pizza and food.Healthy large salads, the eggplant rollatini was delicious.I'll have to try the Italian ice next visit.

The Lasagna Pizza is the Bomb com! Rocco's also has the best customer service with a Smile toboit. The Manager, Sandra, was so nice with us. We'll be back soon for the Monday Pizza Special $11.99 for a Large !

This pizza is sooo good and the employees are amazing. Very friendly! The prizes are great! Unfortunately it's very dirty inside. It made it difficult to enjoy our food because it was so dirty. My daughter got water from the soda fountain and there was black pieces floating all in her drink. I even tried dumping it out and adding new water but the same thing happened. Then I was so paranoid to drink my Diet Coke because I was sure there were black floaters that I just couldn't see. I'd love for this place to be cleaned up real good and maybe then we will go back. Until then we might try their other location in Summerlin and hope that is more clean.

Nice and clean however the pizza was very bland. The pepperoni pizza came out very bland and the everything pizza did have garlic but it was just average as heck. Sadly disappointed considering I'm from the east coast and wanted NY style pizza. The crust is crunchy but again lacked flavor and was super plain. I would not go back. Los Olivos is an amazing hole in the wall Italian joint with beyond spectacular food. Not sure if it's close by geographically but if you're looking for good sit down or take out, Los Olivos is it. Go there instead

Restroom was nastier than any Porto potty or pit toilet I have used. The stench was so strong, we could smell it from our dining table. We decided we wanted to take our food to go. Worker said no, it will be ready in 2 minutes. We should have just left. I asked for a container for leftovers. They gave me a paper plate with a paper bag. They gave my friend a stryfoam container for her chicken strips.I asked if I can have one, too..They said no, not for pizza. Worst experience at a restaurant!
