Rob's Chicken 'n Ribs

I went back to North Las Vegas' outdoor swapmeet for the first time in 10+ years looking for what it used to be one of the best street-food style barbecue grills. The old outdoor grill was replaced by an indoor eatery, and the previous south-of-the border feel was also replaced by a Texas barbecue style. The menu is pretty simple, but pretty good: BBQ ribs (1/4, 1/2 or full rack), roasted chicken (1/4, 1/2 or full), or Brisket, sausage is also available on Sundays. Another section offers burgers, pizzas and what's not, but I didn't come for that. The meet is tender and the servings are generous, so bring your appetite, or bring a friend...
