Great service and the review is solely for the nachos since we ordered different items from the food court at Fontainebleau. Nachos were $12 and it had a good amount of toppings on there. The serving size is good for 2 people. If you want to order protein along with the nachos, it will cost you extra. Plenty of seating at the upscale food court and has such a nice ambiance with plants all around and marble tables.

Rating this as 3 stars as overall it was a decent meal, but not great, and overpriced for what it is. The fish tacos were tasty, and decent sized. The rice and beans were OK, but not the best. I love guacamole, but didn't love this version. It was heavy on the lime and just didn't taste as good as I expected it to. The meal was OK for hotel "food court" food, but it was way overpriced for that type of food. The promenade at Fountainbleau is definitely nicer than most food courts. It's gorgeous and has plenty of seating. You can scan the QR code at any table to order from any of the restaurants in the promenade. They text you when your order is ready for pick ups and that worked nicely. However, the price reflects that as well. What was likely a $35-40 meal elsewhere was $55+ here. Sodas were $6 a bottle.

Not worth the long line. Once we got to the front of the line to order our chips and guacamole we were told they were out of guacamole. We ended up ordering a carne asada nacho which they covered with a guacamole sauce which was disappointing bitter. Under the sauce the meat and nacho combo was ok. We then waited 25 minutes to receive our order. Only one person wrapping up our meals and divying them out and one person bringing them to him from the kitchen. Seating was cafeteria style and you had to pick up your own food from the counter. The overall experience was very disappointing hence the two star rating.

Huge portions... and great if you're gluten free- but definitely woke up with a rough tummy after eating their tacos. Probably cooked in some cheap canola oil. Great service though and absolutely delicious guacamole.

Roadside Tacos is a great spot for flavorful Mexican food, especially if you're staying at the Fontainebleau Hotel. I tried two carne asada tacos and a chicken quesadilla, and while both were tasty, the quesadilla was my favorite. It had the perfect balance of savory chicken and melted cheese, making every bite delicious. The carne asada tacos were also good--tender and well-seasoned--but the quesadilla stole the show for me.The margaritas were another highlight--delicious, refreshing, and definitely worth the price. You really get a great bang for your buck.Overall, I highly recommend Roadside Tacos, especially for its convenience if you're staying nearby. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

My fiancé ordered a birria burrito and he says it was one of the best he's ever had. It was big enough and filling. Pricey but worth it.

I am not impressed at all with Roadside Taco. $7 for what is basically a Crunchy Taco from Taco Bell should be criminal!I was at the Fontainebleau Promenade Food Hall and trying something from each of the locations for a video. At Roadside Taco, I decided to get the Roadside Taco. I thought that as a signature, specialty item that literally is their name, it would be a solid choice. Oh, was I wrong. I don't care what they say in the description about the special ingredients and special sauces - it literally tastes like a basic Crunchy Taco from Taco Bell. I'm only giving it two stars because I admittedly love a few good Crunchy Tacos from Taco Bell from time to time! I'd rather just have the $1-2 Crunchy Taco from Taco Bell though, not this one!! It also was not very crowded when I visited, and yet it still took several minutes just to receive one (1) small Taco Bell taco. Not much to say in terms of ambiance, since obviously it's located in what is a glorified food court. I do NOT recommend stopping by Roadside Tacos and wasting money on overpriced & small Taco Bell tacos.

Roadside Taco is a limited Cantina located in the Promenade Food Court in The Fontainebleau Casino/Hotel. They offer tacos, a few burritos, a quesadilla, some sides, and margaritas. We shared two tacos. The Mushroom and the Hot Chicken. I thought the mushroom taco was very good. It was packed with meaty chunks of mushrooms that were developed with flavors. The arbol sauce was spicy and flavorful. Everything went together just right on this taco.I honestly don't think that the "Hot Chicken" taco was made correctly. It wasn't hot. (the mushroom taco was much spicier hot than the hot chicken) It also wasn't fried right because the piece of chicken under the top piece wasn't breaded. (I think the breading fell off?). Maybe they ran out of chipotle sauce too because the aioli tasted closer to mayonnaise than to chipotle.Get the mushroom taco! If you want Hot Chicken go the place next door because the hot chicken sandwich was delicious there.

Craving authentic tacos in Vegas? Then you'll be glad to hear that the LA native, Roadside Taco, has made its way to Fontainebleau. Located at Promenade on the second floor of the hotel, RT offers a variety of Mexican bites and will serve you until 4 AM on weekends. I particularly enjoyed the al pastor tacos. While they're a bit pricier than the average menu, you're paying for an elevated dining experience and much better quality meats. The quesadillas are also a huge hit. Each one is made to order and I loved watching them make it in front of me. If you're feeling boozy, they have slushie margaritas which are always a good idea in Vegas. Don't forget to include your Fontainebleau rewards membership card to get points for your meal!(15/50--2024)
