First off, I cannot believe some of the negative/irrelevant reviews on here. We stayed here for the first time and we absolutely loved every part of it. We stayed in a one bedroom suite on the 56th floor, amazing view, amazing room, clean, spacious, huge bathroom and shower. We also did Valet parking here and it was super easy and very worth it. This resort was super laid back, not too busy which we loved. Casino was very nice too, couldn't even smell the smoke! We went to almost all the fancy restaurants here and all of them were great. I highly recommend reservations though. It is on the end of the strip but close to the convention center. We are already thinking about booking our next stay here we loved it so much!

Got a chance to stay at the Crockford portion of Resorts World Las Vegas, during our Feb '25 stay. We had a chance to visit the Bellagio, and you really get the sense of much more crowded (and chaotic) the south part of the Strip is, compared to this area. It just seems more calm. But of course there are exceptions, and my wife forwarded me an article about how wait times to check-in have exploded, with an example of having to wait 7 hours to check-in at the Hilton here? With leaders looking for problems to apply their custom solution to, one would think this would be an issue that should be front of mind. If the largest hotels in the world (the Royal Carribean Oasis class ships) can check-in 7000+ guests with passport needs in 5 hours, certainly a landbased hotel could do better. In terms of the rooms, it had the amenities that I enjoyed before, including Mojave Ghost bath products and a rechargeable massage gun. The view from the higher floors was great as well. One really bad thing was the pathetic water pressure with the cheap showerhead...other places used Speakman, while here, it was a non-descript brand that needed to be switched out since it was already plugged up.

The Lyft pickup location is a journey to get to. It's soooo far away. No shade no benches to wait. Parking is $18 a day if u decide to come here. The inside however is beautifully decorated. There's so many eateries and great restaurants.

I was truly disappointed after gambling for two nights and heavy gambling. Played craps for 6 hours night one. Made bets in the $100-300 range on average. Tipped well. Next night played craps same way for about 3 hours and then switched to black jack and played another 6 hours at least $300-500 per hand with the occasion of $800-2000. $218 on credits? Insulting. I won't be back.

Resorts World Is comprised of Hilton, Conrad, and Crockford located off the strip. I stayed on the Hilton side. There was a cute globe tree holiday display at the lobby in December. The check in was easy and they give you two complimentary mini water bottles. The self parking is free with stay. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice. Everything in the room was polished and still looking brand new. The market street food area by the casino was a bit disappointing. There were options but nothing that stood out as a must try. There was a Starbucks on the lobby level which was convenient. There were some shops at the Conrad area but it was quite dead. I wanted to check out Alle Lounge on 66 and the pools but didn't have enough time. Resorts World itself is a beautiful property. I would come back to stay especially if their price was more competitive. They have the space to hold attractions and events so hopefully they utilize that.

I booked a stay at Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World through the Capital One portal (Luckily as you'll read later on), but unfortunately, I didn't even make it past check-in due to the complete chaos and disorganization.Upon arrival, I had to wait in two separate lines--one for confirmation and another for the room key--only to be told that I had to wait for a text before I could even receive a key. No hotel staff were directing guests to the correct lines, leading to confusion and frustration. To make matters worse, a major system outage was affecting reservations, and there was zero communication beforehand--no emails, no alerts. Instead of a secure check-in process, they had guests filling out paper forms with sensitive personal and payment information in a crowded line, putting everyone at risk of identity theft.Since my reservation (made on December 16th) wasn't recognized due to it being booked through a third-party, I had to call Capital One. Thankfully, their agent was able to get me rebooked at The Venetian while I was still stuck in this never-ending check-in nightmare. It's unacceptable that the system had reportedly been down for days, yet the hotel made no effort to notify incoming guests. This was a complete disaster, and I will never book this hotel again--possibly never another Hilton property either. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with Resorts World. The hotel itself is lovely, modern, and clean! The staff allowed us to check in pretty early and even upgraded our room for free because our original room wasn't available at the time we wanted to check in. We had a strip view, and enjoyed it.The hotel room itself is very clean and spacious--especially the bathroom. I actually enjoyed Resorts World compared to the Aria from my last visit.Staff were generally really friendly. They helped with keeping our luggage on the premises so that we could hang out during the day (and our flight was in the evening) when we had checked out already.I wished that the gym was open with longer hours. Believe their hours were 5 am to 8 pm. If they were opened later, that would be helpful! We also went to their Awana Spa on the second floor, same floor as the gym. Although I really enjoyed the experience, it was quite pricey, but I guess that is to be expected in Vegas.I didn't hang around their casino much, but walking around, it seemed pretty standard. I liked their mall and food court. There was plenty, but we tended to go to other locations on the Strip, just because that was our plan. I highly recommend staying here!

Outside of the fact that in any Vegas hotel it seems to take 100 years to check in, my experience at Resorts World was great! I chose to stay at the Conrad. There are 3 Hilton properties available: Hilton, Conrad and Crockfords (I listed these in order of luxury level). I was informed by the bartenders that there is more to come for this property which is wild to me considering it is already huge. There are multiple restaurants and bars to suit your fancy. Since Janet Jackson started her residency while I was here I decided to enjoy the concert as well. The staff in the concert hall were amazing. I don't think I ran into any employee that seemed like they did not like their job. I will like to come back when the weather warms up to check out the pools. I took off one star because for some reason in my room the plug that is closest to the nightstand would cease to work when the lights to the room were cut off. I am used to one master switch being in a room to cut all electricity, but not both switches! So i had to plug up my phone clear across the room for it to charge.

I really want to like this resort but it's just not as good as the other ones.Went tonight to check out Stubborn Seed (it was delicious) but it he resort it's self was a ghost town. $18 to park, the basic loyalty tier doesn't get free parking anymore. The food court was over half closed by 6:30. We stopped to have a quick predinner drink at the bar in the food court - $20 for each speciality cocktail - okay it's the strip. But it's a premade cocktail! And not even a good one. $45 with tip for the bartender to turn the tap on and hand us a plastic cup with premade drinks...We forgot to give the restaurant our loyalty card, and when we went to guest services to ask them to add the points they said they don't do it anymore. What a joke

Resorts World Las Vegas sets a high standard for modern luxury on the northern side of the Strip. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with top-notch technology, making your stay effortless and comfortable. The dining options are impressive, with highlights like the diverse food hall--though it's a bit pricey for what you get, which is typical for the Strip. The casino floor is lively, and the pool complex is a standout, offering both fun and relaxation. The only downside was the staff--while not unfriendly, they didn't feel particularly attentive or caring, which was a bit disappointing for the price point of this resort.Overall, it's a fantastic destination with just a few areas for improvement. I'd still happily return. The location is close enough to some of the major casinos to visit and the fashion show mall.
