Renaissance catered N event at Aliante and I found the food provided to be top shelf. Even though I almost never give 5 stars for catering let alone restaurant, the amount of food cooked and the range provided is outstanding. Even at large volume.Brisket was soft and tender.Salad was fresh with nice vinaigrette. French cream puff perfectly light and creamy,Likely gained 2 pounds from my returns to the buffet line.

What a great place to get your catering from! We got a charcuterie platter and it was so fresh, so colorful and huuuuge!!! Did I mention huge? Ok yes I did but again it's huge! hahaSo many goodies I didn't even know where to start. You will want to share them with friends, family or colleagues, (or not). Perfect for the holiday gathering, birthday parties, company parties and any big gathering. This is the place you want to call. Just from memories alone there were different types of cheese from soft creamy Brie to a buttery Cabernet cheese to stuffed olives to hard salami, thinly sliced smoked turkey, cherry tomato to delicious plump figs to gooseberries, and rambutan. Yes! Rambutan! Exotic sweet tropical fruits. Renaissance Catering went above and beyond. So creative, so talented and so nomnomnom hahaha. I'm sure you can make some request if you just let them know. I can't wait to see what other delicious creations they can make. Thank you to Michael and the Renaissance Catering team!

We attended an event at the Neon Graveyard catered by Renaissance Catering and enjoyed the delicious food so much that I was determined to use this company when I hosted a large party at our home. We were not disappointed. We selected about ten items to serve from a huge menu offered by Renaissance (see photos): lamp chop pops. shrimp skewers, a salmon platter with fixin's, a veggie, fruit and cheese spread, a dessert spread, and more. Our guests could not get enough and they left with covered plates filled with leftovers. The professional staff was remarkable... friendly, helpful, keeping everything warm (or chilled, as needed) and kept everything topped off and plentiful. At the end they cleaned up and were gone, leaving very little mess for us to deal with. We love this company and hope to use them again.

Chef Ray and Mike were exceptional! They worked tirelessly and handled everything from menu creation, staffing and providing a full hosted bar and hosted buffet, breakdown and clean up. The staff were kind and proactive, with a smile on their faces! Definitely would recommend Renaissance.

Absolutely the best! They can do anything from a back yard BBQ too a full service cocktail event! Always professional and over the top kindness from the staff. The company truly goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. Remarkable flavors and presentation, Chef Michael never disappoints!! YUM YUM YUM!

Renaissance recently cater a corporate event for us at our branch and let just say it was the best I ever seen in LV. We had a two-part catering that met all our expectations and then some for our event. We wanted something simple like chips and sandwiches, but Chef Rey elevated it to the next level to give it a very elegance touch which our guests loved. Staff were so nice and very attentive to all our guest. Quality of food was great and very fresh which they also cater to our vegan crowd. Highly recommended for any event.
