I had such a pleasant experience meeting the owner of this shop Tylor this morning at the Downtown Summerlin Farmers Market. Everything from the pasta to the butters to the sauces are all handmade. There is even a vegan pasta (covers my daughter) and gluten free options. I have been on a roll lately tasting and enjoying fresh pasta and I could not pass up an opportunity to try Tylor's brand. I ended up purchasing their Capellini pasta and will be eating tonight. Can't wait!I plan to check out this store next week and try some sauces, potato gnocchi, ravioli, and the garlic butter.Tylor explained to me that many of his ingredients come from Italy that he uses in his products. That is all you had to say to me. The eggs used in the pasta come from naturally raised hens. You can also orders your pasta online and they deliver! Wow! Love the service. In addition, check their website as they are selling at local Farmers Markets around town.I am excited to support this small business and I think you should too. Check them out!

Our family loves this company! FRESH PASTA! That says it all right there, not to mention a key thing for us: sourcing their flours from Italy, making their own gluten-free blends and making everything including their sauces with real true food! I mean, their Alfredo sauce is full fat, full cream, full amazing! They also make lines of Vegan sauces too if needed. They deliver TO YOUR DOOR 2 days out of the week and are at many farmers markets around town. Check out their website or instagram ... the photos alone will have you placing many orders to come. Because it's made from whole ingredients it is guilt-free eating to me. It's so good and so good for us compared to anything you can find out there for pasta!

I found this dynamic duo at a farmers market. After moving from Brooklyn I was missing fresh pasta so badly. I have tried almost all the varieties they offer. Excited to finish working my way through all they offer. The red sauce is a staple in my fridge I go through at least one a week. I couldn't be more excited about the shelf stable line they just started. Now I can keep my pantry too. Also run do not walk to get to the truffle butter they sell!!!

Currently still waiting for my in town order that was supposed to be delivered. Order placed 7/12, got an automated email it was supposed to be deliveded 7/19, but the order never came. After emails, phone calls, and voicemail attempts with no response, I am left wondering if it will come at some point or not. I did receive a new automated email 7/27 with a delivery date of 7/29 now, I am minimally hopeful at this point. However, the online ordering process was simple and many choices, so that was good.

There is a new, young, brash entrepreneur on the las Vegas farmers market scene. And his name is Keegan. He is best know for being the proprietor of BEST Banana bread. Banana bread just isn't my thing.(even if Betty Crocker made it herself). But pasta is a passion of mine. And swashbuckling Keegan has recently acquired REDSTONE pasta provisions. Such a rich articulate texture. Only the finest ingredients.

Saw this place at the farmers market, but didn't get to buy the pasta since I was planning on making fettuccine Alfredo the following week. I was going to stop by next Saturday, but my grandma wanted me to make Alfredo tomorrow, so I called and the service was amazing. Good timing too he was doing his deliveries offered to drop it off. He was so nice, the pasta looks & smells amazing you already know it's going to be so bomb. I'm so excited to use it!! I'll post the pictures of my fettuccine tomorrow!! Update: Oops I forgot to take a picture of the pasta because we devoured it in seconds, but just know it was amazing !!

I see that my review from September 8th and another reviewiers revew from July 8th aren't posted on the main page. Let's me know that unfavorable reviews aren't factored into the rating which gives potential customers a false overall review. Well, it's almost one month later and I still have yet to receive my order OR a refund. I have not had my emails or phone calls returned, received no explanation as to where my order is nor have I received a status update. As I stated in my previous review, Tylor, the owner I met at the Farmer's Market is nice enough but the company customer service sucks and since I have neither received my order or a refund, I declare that he is a fraud so all I can say is: Customer BEWARE!!!!!

I'd give a negative quadruple rating if I could. I met the owner at a Farmer's Market while visiting Las Vegas last year. I was with a friend who lives there and she suggested we walk over to the Farmer's Market and see what they have. Tylor is as nice as he can be. With great detail he went over all of the pasta and sauce offerings as well as shelf life, etc. He told me they deliver locally and ship within the U.S., which made me quite happy since I live in another state. My friend actually purchased the fettuccini and cream sauce, raving about it, telling me that I absolutely must try it and that I would love it. On 11/9/2020 I ordered almost $100 worth of the different pastas and sauces and eagerly anticipated the arrival of what was sure to be many pleasant meals that I could rave about as well. On 11/13/2020, I received an email from Tylor informing me that my shipment would have to be shipped overnight due to COVID and shipping issues and he just wanted to inform me that the cost would be slightly higher and ask if I was okay with that. I appreciated the notification and advised him that the extra cost for overnight shipping was no problem. Sometime around 11/20/2020, or so I received a call from Tylor advising me that UPS could not get inside the gate to my home and was asked for the access number. I informed Tylor that I do not live in a gated community and that there is no gate that surrounds my home. I had him confirm the address he was having the order delivered to and it turns out that either he or someone on his team had entered an incorrect address. He told me that UPS would attempt a redelivery but it never happened. On 11/25/2020, I received a refund from Tylor as my ordered was never received.Fast forward eight months later and I give it another shot. I figure the previous issue was just a one-off and things will go more smoothly this time around. I order the pastas, sauces and even some focaccia bread this time. On 8/13/2021 I receive my order confirmation, On 8/23/2021 I receive a notification along with my confirmation# informing me that my order has shipped. I'm excited and in my head I'm planning which pasta I'm going to have on which day. On 8/29/2021 I send an email asking if there is anyway to track the shipment and inform Tylor that I have not yet received it and am concerned about the freshness of the items. I order food frequently and typically receive it within one day of shipping confirmation so the fact that six days had passed with receipt of the items had me a bit anxious. I sent a couple of more emails on top of having made several calls and leaving voicemails. I just so happened to have a trip planned to Vegas on 9/1/2021 and while there, made several more calls. No answer and no returned emails or phone calls. The same friend that I went to the Farmer's Market with last year actually went again on my behalf either 9/2/2021 or 9/3/2021. She had me forward my emails to her so that she could have it as reference for Tylor to see but when she got there no Red Stone Pasta and Provisions booth was there. I have since made a couple of more calls and sent another email informing Tylor that I would be working with my bank for a refund. As kind as he may be, his customer service is terrible and I will never order from this company again. I suggest that unless you're standing in front of him at a Farmer's Market, that everyone else follow suit.

The pasta is not very good. It turns into a gooey ball when you cook it. The alfredo sauce is fantastic, though. The service, however is terrible. The employee sent my order back before the pick up window had ended with insincere apologies. He was too busy staring at his phone to care. If you want fantastic fresh pasta and great service, go to pasta shop ristorante.
