I always order extra noodles, and most places are skimpy about that (cough, Hashi). But this restaurant delivers with delicious food & excellent service. If you're getting spicy miso, why? Just get the regular, it's a buck cheaper and you can appreciate the beauty of that glorious broth. Parking space can be awful during busy hours. Clean restrooms. And you're right next to Urban Matcha, a lovely dessert-cafe popular amongst Asian locals here.

AtmosphereVery cozy and cutesy. Lots of Japanese miniatures along the wall. Small but seating was plenty, it is inviting. Outside is a bit hit and miss, I would recommend parking close to the establishment and not too far away. ServiceWe were greeted right away, waters in hand. Fast and friendly, willing to give recommendations and met with a smile. Value/PriceFair for a ramen spot these days, seemed worth it for the omount and quality of food. FoodSuper yummy, ingredients were not lacking and the broth for the tonkatsu shoyu ramen was rich. You get to pick the mount of spice, I opted for mild, hubby opted for medium. We got the Deluxe ramen. We also ordered the chicken karaage, it was crispy and tasty.

Service - awesome. Waitress super nice and great with my kids, very attentive. Ambiance - nothing special, but clean and typical of local ramen spotsFood - broth was better than most places. The chicken broth was surprisingly good and flavorful. I added black garlic oil to the miso Ramen, but couldn't really taste it as much as other places. Noodles were a great and the proper texture. Eggs cooked perfectly. Its not the best ive ever had but definitely one of the better places in town and Ill definitely be back.

On a weekend lunchtime, this place was not very packed. We were quickly seated, and the server was very friendly. They have some cute lego sets that are Japanese themed...pretty cute to look at! Parking is relatively easy, but the plaza can get pretty busy at times!Key Points: PRICE IS FANTASTIC!!!!! SPICY COSTS EXTRA!!!!! NO EGGS INCLUDED IN PRICE!!!!Tonkatsu Shoyu Ramen- Medium spicy ($11.99 + $1.5), 7/10- Spicy is extra $1.50!!! Didn't see that when reading the menu, it was kinda hard to understand. Spicy is not worth paying extra, although it is pretty spicy- Flavor is solid! Creamy, rich broth, although don't expect the best ramen of your life. - Portion size is decent, will get you full, but it wasn't enough for me to take leftovers home- Ramen tasted better when I remembered that it costed $11.99, which I haven't seen for a ramen bowl in like 10+ yearsMiso Ramen ($12.99), 6.5/10- Chashu is delicious, soft/tender! They only give you 2 pieces, which is a slight bummer- Toppings are only Beansprouts + corn, which is kinda interesting, but good nonetheless- The miso flavor was not particularly noticeable, and I think overall I enjoyed the Shoyu ramen more

We had lunch at Ramen Tatsu with a family member who lives here as we were in the area. ATMOSPHERE:Located in a strip mall. Inside is very homely with a few tables and booths. PARKING:Plenty of free parking. MENU:Ramen in 9 broths, rice dishes, Japanese style apps. Beer, wine & sake. FOOD:Gyoza (6 pcs)I didn't care for the filling as it had an unusual taste that even the dipping sauce couldn't remedy. Skins could've been seared more as well. Pass. Fried RiceWow, this was really good! It looked and tasted like jasmine rice as it wasn't super starchy. The dark hue gave way to a bold, savory flavor that coated every grain, with bits of pork & egg mixed in. Highly recommended. Shoyu RamenI had high hopes for this but the broth was so bland and lifeless. Their thick noodles are pretty thin and not eggy in flavor which is what I prefer. Half of a seasoned egg was textbook gooey but was served chilled. Chashu slices were thin and mainly fat. Pass. Tsukemen The spouse didn't read the description well and ended up ordering the tonkotsu instead as he hates fish/bonito flavor. I had a few bites and thought it was okay. The broth was a little fishy but super oily as I guess that's how tsukemen bowls are. I'm not a dipping noodle fan so my expertise on it is nil. SERVICE:Everyone was sweet, friendly and very welcoming. OVERALL:Killer fried rice and friendly service.

So hard to go wrong with what I consider to be one of the finest Japanese curry places in Las Vegas!!! I usually get the chicken katsu curry but I opted for the pork instead. The pork sometimes is dry because pork is so lean now. My usual is chicken katsu because they use the proper chicken not that horrible white meat chicken most places use. Another thing which is very important, the rice, this place doesn't skimp on crappy rice, their rice is great and they know how to cook it properly. The waitstaff working here has not changed in a long time, so you get great waitstaff ina wonderful restaurant which serves superior food. You might want to look at the decorations in this restaurant also, I'm told that all the tiny houses adorning their walls are all painstakingly produced by hand.

I've been here a couple of times in the past and decided to come by for lunch since I was in the area. This is one of the best ramen places I've been to. The place is small, a good amount of people were here for lunch, and I observed a couple of regulars. I decided to try to the Tonkotsu. The broth was perfectly creamy, not too overpowering and salty, but just right. The broth also had a toasty flavor to it with the sesame seeds. I'm not sure what type of sesame seeds they use or if they toasted the sesame seeds, but it was a nice addition to the broth. I enjoyed the pork chaschu, thin noodles, green onions, and mushrooms it came with. The chaschu was sliced not too thin and tender, but I think the pork could have been a little bit more tender. Monta's chaschu is my fave because it is so buttery and super tender. The chaschu here is still very good. Overall, this place is wonderful for ramen, and I would love to come back to try something else.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My husband and I went to Vegas last month and decided we would try some gems off the strip to eat at. On our first day there we came here. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the wait was only about 5-10 minutes before we were seated. The decor in the restaurant is very cute and has a comforting feel to it. My husband and I both ordered the tonkotsu ramen - I got medium spicy with chicken and he got regular with the chashu pork. Both were epic! The broth alone you can tell that is something that is cooked all day long because it was full of flavor, and it definitely had you wanting to eat more. Every time we go to Vegas now we always make sure to stop by and eat here during the trip.
