Came here on a whim with a friend, this happens to be their favorite ramen restaurant in town, so I knew it was going to be good, and it definitely was! Ambiance: Located right off Durango near 215, it was very easy to find and parking wasn't an issue. Signage was clear. The interior is a bit small, but it honestly helped to give it that authentic Japanese restaurant vibe. We came early in the evening (5pm) on a weekday, and while they have a waitlist system, we did not have to wait to be seated.Service:Service was quick and very professional. We were greeted as soon as we came in, servers were helpful, and the ramen chefs in the kitchen were lively and cheerful. We were also wished well when we left, which was a nice touch.Food:The menu is simple and clear cut, with a variety of options without being overwhelming. As a side note I always appreciate quality over quantity, such as when you have a well-honed menu of really well-made items. I got the black garlic ramen (I love garlic) and it did not disappoint! The meal was made as I had requested. We left fat and happy, and will definitely be back for more!

Overall, it was just "okay". The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant dining experience. I also appreciate that they offer vegetarian options, which is a nice touch for those with dietary preferences. However, the menu is quite small, and I found the flavors to be a bit underwhelming. While the ramen was decent, it lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for. It wasn't bad, but it also didn't stand out compared to other ramen spots I've tried in the Las Vegas Valley. If you're in the area and looking for a simple bowl of ramen with great service, it might be worth a visit.

We stopped in for some ramen on a chilly evening and it was perfect. It's a small restaurant but we were seated right away at one of the tables. They also have plenty of bar style seating. Our server appeared promptly, was very friendly and had our orders taken straight away. The Gyoza was probably the best I've ever had. It tasted super fresh. I had the Shoyu Ramen, medium spicy and it was exactly what I needed. A little spicy but not too spicy, the noodles were delicious and everything tasted very fresh. The price for two bowls of ramen with an appetizer wasn't bad at all and it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend and I will absolutely be back.

We went there around 6pm there were still empty seats/tables. Ayako (server/cashier) was very friendly and jolly. Guests starting arriving and she knew majority of them. Looks like they are frequent guests there. Then the place became packed. Place was not too noisy really felt like a local resto.I ordered the dipping style just because I wanted to try "dipping style" lol. It was good. The rice bowl topped with pork belly was really tasty. Left the place with full stomach and people waiting to be seated. Try this hidden jem!

My work group visited Ramen Kobo and we had the sought after Birria ramen, and it was an absolute hit! The rich, flavorful broth paired perfectly with the tender birria meat, creating a hearty and satisfying bowl. The service was top-notch -- quick, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. The seating in the restaurant is very limited, so make sure you set out some time to wait if you have a bigger party. Ask for the chili oil they serve on the side. It was so good that I ended up taking some home to add to my leftovers the next day. Definitely a must-try for anyone looking for unique and delicious ramen! I can't wait to come back and try more.

We sat at the bar and were able to watch food being prepared. Tables filled up while we were there. Ordered ramen and it was good but nothing really stood out about it to me. I ordered spam musubi as an appetizer and it was great. We also ordered pan fried dumplings which were good. The yuzu baked cheesecake was a small slice but delicious. I learned next time I will not share it. That being said I would return just to get a slice of that. The staff was friendly and the place was comfortable.

Small restaurant located on South Durango. Tried the Tonkotsu ramen. The flavors were ok. The broth was average and noodles the same. Had better.

Ramen Kobo is a great lunch/dinner.It is always affordable and delicious.Walking through the door feels like you are transported directly into Tokyo. There is a bar or small tables you can sit at.The service here is knowledgeable and helpful. The affordability is what I enjoy about this place.Ordered 2 pork ramen with some add ons. Gyoza( a little on the oily side).A beer and a coke. The total for 3 people with food, drinks and beer was around $50 plus tip. Which is great for Vegas.
