Ramen Hashi

I've had a lot of excellent ramen in my life, and Ramen Hashi is definitely on that list. It's 100% the best ramen in Las Vegas, that's for sure. It goes toe to toe with the places I've tried in Convoy (San Diego) and Little Tokyo (DTLA). The spicy miso is probably my favorite, but the tan tan ramen is also good, it just has more of that mala flavor that I don't necessarily crave all the time. The mazesoba is also solid for Las Vegas! The broth is creamy, rich, and also clean at the same time, so you don't feel like trash afterwards. I'll keep coming back to Ramen Hashi for solid, fast service, and really really good ramen.

Fresh noodles. Really inexpensive. Unique chicken broth with a natural collagen flavor and great mouth feel.My husband got the paitan and I got the mazesoba. I thought my husband's was way better. Next time I'd try the spicy miso.The pork in my husband's bowl was on the dry side and only had 2 slices, but that makes sense for the price. The meat in my mazesoba was also on the dry side.$35 for 2 people is a steal in Vegas. We'll be back!

One of the best ramen spots I've tried here in Vegas.I had the Shio Original Ramen with extra noodles, and it did not disappoint. The broth was incredible! It was light yet flavorful. The pork was tender, and the tamago was cooked perfectly. Adding the extra noodles was definitely a great move, as the regular portion wasn't quite enough for me. One of my friends ordered the Chashu Don, and it was delicious! I'm definitely thinking of ordering that next time. I was really surprised and a bit disappointed to see that they don't offer any appetizers. I'm used to having one with my ramen. Even just a couple of options would have been great. The space is small, with a few tables, but there's also a bar area facing the kitchen, where you can watch them prepare the food. The vibe was mellow and pleasant. Prices were fair, the place was clean, and customer service was decent.

Omggg amazing ramen!! Flavorful and not too salty. The broth is comfort food and so yummy. Filling portions and frugal prices. Awesome customer service. Also, the best ramen after a night of drinking.

This tiny little noodle house is a DO NOT MISS!! It is very small, but if you have to wait, it's worth it. They have at least 4-5 different broths to choose from and the noodles are handmade every day. It comes with braised pork belly, tamago, green onions and bamboo shoots. I added extra pork belly and green onions and also added corn. This is the best ramen I've ever had!! The broth is perfectly salty, the pork belly is fall apart tender, the tamago is perfectly soft boiled and of course the noodles are delicious. They also offer condiments like vinegar, spicy chili oil, etc. They have an open kitchen and it has to be the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen in Vegas. Service is very fast and it's super affordable! We will be returning many many times.

Food is so flavorful and filling at a good price! You choose what you want on the paper menu. I ordered the Tori Paitan and it was very filling. Service was okay but you don't come here for the service, you come here for the food! Ambiance - the place is small but accommodating. Very casual ambiance for a quick meal.

20/10 every single time. I get the same thing every time and it always taste amazing. Miso broth is to die for and I love how they make their eggs. Same employees always a great experience

Hidden ramen gem! This place has delicious ramen for an amazing price! The portion is great too!I got the Tori Paitan and it was delicious!! The Tantan men was really good too if you like spicy. The noodle texture is good and cooked perfectly. The broth is so flavorful! Place is very clean and the service was super fast!Would definitely recommend this ramen place!

Extremely yummy ramen bar!! My sister and I stopped there for a quick lunch before work and we loved it!! The service was extremely friendly and fast. We got sat immediately, put in our orders quickly, and got our food very quickly as well. They sat us at the bar so it was cool to see them make our food. The ambiance is very traditional Japanese bar restaurant with a few tables Even though I usually like pork based ramen their chicken tonkatsu was yummy and a rich flavor broth which I loved. The noodles were also a great consistency. I also greatly appreciate that their eggs weren't cold like other places I've been to. I asked for a side of rice as well even though it wasn't on the menu and I got a nice serving of it (of which they didn't charge for idk if that was on purpose) Check out was also fast! They even put my ramen in a to go container for me instead of having me do it myself I would love to come here again

The ramen here was absolutely amazing. Would recommend. The broth was so clean and perfectly balanced. Really good value for money.
