We did drive thru for 2 4 piece combos. This particular location is set up with 2 lanes for drive thru, 1 was manned by an employee and the other had a typical order board. While waiting for the left side drive thru, with the order board, an employee came out and elected to take our order. This process was so painful and every other word out of her mouth was "huh" - 5 cars went through the right lane in the time it took her to take our order and payment. My husband was a tad frustrated because we didn't order anything special, nothing custom, just 2 4 piece combo meals. When we got to the window, the girl handed us our drinks and they had soda running down the outside. No napkins to wipe them clean, just soda covered cups. The food was hot, but by this point, meh. We don't frequent Cane's and we definitely won't be back to this location due to the lack of any sense of care from the drive thru employees we dealt with first hand.

Everyone's really nice and it's quick to get your order. But my problem is every time I ask for Ketchup through the drive thru they only give me one pack of ketchup.

Love canes. This location is very inconsistent though. I usually go drive through, Half the time my food will be hot the other half its room temp. Half the time I get unsweetened tea when I order sweet tea. Received a soda once instead of tea. When I go inside, huge difference. Food is fresh and of course the drink is correct because it's self serve. I'll still come here bkuz it's close the home. The staff is always very nice.

I giggled when all my Yelp buddies told me to go here last month. When I showed up today, I was shocked! Ok no doubt this is the best Cane's in the city! Ok the best Cane's I've ever seen! No wonder everyone was telling me to visit. The place was huge! And super clean! I see how the staffs working here! These guys are always doing something I see everyone cleaning! They Rock!!!It may look empty inside. But the drive through was rocking busy. And the line was moving!! Unlike other canes the lines are slow. They have a very good atmosphere here. They're playing the Christmas music :)I may live far from here and closer to other canes. I don't mind traveling at all to visit this place!

I used to be addicted to Popeyes chicken...and then I had the opportunity to check this place out. Which is huge for me because I rarely eat fried foods. This place immediately had me hooked! The chicken was ABSOLUTELY juicy, full of flavor, and exactly what you would expect a beautifully fried piece of chicken to be. Not too salty, not overly breaded....cooked just right. AND it's fresh....nothing I ordered looked or tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp...which MOST fried chicken places do. Bottom line, this place has an large dining area chocked full of Vegas memorabilia, super comfy seating, extremely clean and the customer service was....excellent!

Located at the former site of PDQ, the newest Raising Cane's just opened three days ago in NLV. This is the second location of RC's in NLV and features the largest dining room of all the Raising Cane's locations in the Las Vegas Valley. Since it's so hot and new, there are lots of friendly employees working and everything is spic and span. I love that there is love for our local sports teams and musicians with memorabilia on the walls for the UNLV Rebels, Las Vegas Aces, Aviators, Golden Knights, the Killers, and even Elvis. Our orders came out quickly and, as expected, the food was great. There is a double drive-thru if you just need to get your fingers and flee. Glad to have another Cane's in our neck of the woods!

Best Canes experience I've ever had is here! The music and ambiance in this canes is like none I've ever experienced! I love the disco balls at the top and it feel like your in a nightclub! Now! I have to rave about the staff! When you walk in you get greet be Jamilla! She is such a light and just makes you feel amazing for walking in! This set the tone for the rest of our interaction! She was so personable and asked about me which is so rare nowadays! I also met the manager, his name is Ramsey and he was also so delightful and personable! They are definitely assets to Canes! I definitely was blown away by this customer service! We definitely need to have more people like Jamilla and Ramsey in customer service! They are definitely great at what they do! Lastly, the food was amazing as always and I love the consistency of how great the food is at Canes! I would have loved to dine in but had to take to go! Definitely will need to dine in soon! Thank you for the great food and great customer service! This will definitely be my go to Canes spot and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to come here to experience what I did! Rate: The best canes experience I've ever had! 10000000000000/10

Why did the chicken named Cane cross the road? Because he was Able to do so. A reference to the infamous biblical story of Cain & Abel. The first two sons of Adam & Eve were a farmer and a shepherd respectively. At the 3737 Craig Rd location, Raising Canes is all about having options. Providing various lunch specials from the three finger Caniac combo. To family sized sandwich packages. Or perhaps the Baton Rouge founded company emphasizes having good options by being across the street from a local Good Will center. Canes also endorses educational importance as a proud sponsor of UNLV. A unique branch location that indeed branches out the school spirit. Dine In options include ding under a musical glittering disco ball. Wall to wall Art Deco of love themed stories.. From puppy love to the love of the rock and roll King. A fitting portrait for a village shepherds educating a flock of students. Although, In that sense, I prefer the imagery option, Raising A New Generation Of Kings.

RC is in my weekly rotation. Sometimes, it is multiple times a week. The service is always above and beyond. I rarely dine-in but when I do, everyone's friendly and accommodating. It's always clean and the condiments are fully stocked.

raising canes this place is ridiculously expensive I ordered a caniac combo it cost me 20 dollars. When I opened the box the chicken fingers looked like nuggets. It's not worth the money.
