Proper Sandwich

We were in the mood for sandwiches so we decided to give this place a try. Ordered online and went in for a pickup. Restaurant interior is clean and organized. We were greeted by a friendly lady and some enticing looking cookies. The lemon white chocolate is amazing. The salted caramel wasn't bad either. We had a Pastrami Rachel, Kyle's Chimmichuri, and a tuna salad sandwich. The meat, sauces and flavors were impeccable, and we were all impressed with the quality and portions. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're in the mood for some delicious sandwiches or even just some good cookies too.Quick Update: I went back again the next day for another chimmichuri beef & a tuna salad sandwich and cookies and it did not disappoint. Such a good place, food is excellent, adding this to my list of favorite local spots.

The portions are large, the meat is fresh, and the bread is perfection. I took photos of the interior so I could post a review when I got home, but I accidentally ate the entire sandwich before I took a pic. They have a rare pop selection as well as a Coca-Cola fountain machine. Don't forget to add the home made chips! So good! This place is officially in my lunch rotation.

Tofu bahn mi is the best sandwich I've ever had in my life.The bread is so delicious, not too thick not too thin. The sandwich is the perfect combo of crunchy, salty, & spicy. I love the veggies and the sauce is amazing. I'm so in love.. absolutely delicious & perfect.

Quality! This is what sums up this place. The food is top notch as they put a lot of care into all of their house made menu items. Chose the Italian beef and the Bánh Mí chicken sandwich. The Italian beef was exactly what I was craving it was perfect in all levels taste and quality of the ingredients. The small variety of sandwiches was a testament to their commitment to quality. I will definitely be back to try one of their other creations for sure.

Proper Sandwich is a small very good casual sandwich shop that is around twenty minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. They offer a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches. They offer sides, regular and house made potato chips, bottled and canned soft beverages, beer, and wine. You order and pay at the counter and either take out or seat yourself. I tried a chicken banh mi. I thought it was very good. It seemed like a real rice flour baguette. It had lots of fresh chopped herbs and pickled vegetables. It also was made with a generous amount of white and dark chicken that was moist and tender.We shared house made salted potato chips that also were very good.My husband tried an Italian Beef with added Italian sausage. It was very good but not perfect. It was made with very good meats but the sausage was over cooked till hard. Also the bread wasn't study enough and the sandwich fell apart.The person taking our order was efficient.Worth a try!

Love this place! Love supporting local, non-chain restaurants who genuinely care and are thoughtful with every detail into what they give out to the community. This is my second time coming to actually sit and enjoy my sandwich so it got the chance to also get to know Jeff. What a great guy who is so personable and knowledgeable about food and the food scene in town...from one foodie to another...we geeked out! The chicken banh mi was so freaking delicious, loaded with cilantro. The bread, the quality and flavor-fullness of the chicken, the ratio of everything was perfect. Except everything on their menu is probably as thoughtful so I will have to come back again and again to try them all and their homemade chips next time. And remember that chocolate chip sea salt cookie! I learned that many of their ingredients are imported and thoughtfully sourced. The place is clean and neutral smelling (not overwhelming like the smell of Lysol or pine sol like other places) and I love that wall made of wine crates. Beautiful touch! Here I am shouting to all who read this review that you need to come here and enjoy everything on their menu.

One of my favorite sandwich places this year. Lost track of how many times I've been here -- especially since it's convenient walking distance for me for when I take my outdoor walks. It's just really simple for me to grab something for dinner or for my lunch at work the following day.Gonna run through some of the sandwiches/menu items I've tried:* porchetta * blackened chicken caesar * cuban-esque * kyle's chimichurri beef * arugula salad w chicken * bacon & dill potato salad * hawaiian spam & macaroni salad * banh mi - grilled char siu chicken * banh mi - veggie with tofu * turkey club I'm really hoping for porchetta to be one of their staple menu items, as that has probably been my absolute favorite of all.

I got the banh mi with salami and it was soooo good! I like being able to customize. The price was a bit steep but it's par for the course for a Vegas restaurant. The person taking our order was also very nice so the service was great. Overall, recommend!

We ordered take out at work which is always fast easy and convenient. The sandwiches are always fresh when we order. I ordered the tuna salad and I was able to request gluten free bread which was actually so delicious! I love that they have this option! These sandos are always loaded and packed with flavor! The coworkers got the banh mi sandwiches and loved it also! Great quick spot for lunch take out!
