Brief Summary:- Detox soup was our favorite- Some of the paninis in the menu are served cold. I asked the staff on which ones were served hot- Seats near the register, but there are more seats looping around the corner- Served in the takeout plates, for easy grab-and-go style- Casual eating ambience- Located inside Caesar's PalaceThis restaurant has a casual atmosphere, so it was a great place to peer through the menu, grab and go to your next destination. This also became our favorite place to have the detox soup. The soup's flavor was like a refreshing spring bloom, leagues away from the proteins and the carbs of other restaurants.Caesar's Palace is humongous, but Pronto is located "close" (with quotation marks because you would still need to walk a lot inside) to the main entrance. There was one sign I saw hanging from the ceiling that pointed to the direction, and it leads through a narrow hallway. Miss that sign, and we found ourselves walking in the completely wrong direction and doubling our steps.

This little bakery is located inside of Caesars, you would never notice it if you didnt look it up prior, but it was very cute inside. I only ordered the gelato: nutella and a lemon flavor. For gelato, I wasnt super blown away by the flavor of the nutella, but im not sure if my expectations for gelato were higher. It had more of a subtle taste versus packing a big hazelnut taste. The lemon flavor on the oher hand was a nice kick a lemon and had a nice smooth sorbet texture.Staff was a but slow here, but if youre not in a rush and want to just sit and enjoy your dish, this would be a cute place to chill.

Stood in line for 20 minutes to order coffee and hot water. Then another 15 minutes waiting for it. It was very busy but the efficiency of this place is not Pronto. There should be a separate line for coffee/drinks. A supervisor by the name of Vee, Vi or Fee (asian lady) did not acknowledge me after I told her I was missing my hot water even though she rudely said she did when I asked again. She shouldn't be in the customer service business let alone a supervisor. I expressed my concern with her and she smiled at me as if I was full of crap. No apologies, no concern whatsoever. If customers are willing to spend a lot of money at these expensive cafes and restaurants, customer service and efficiency should be a priority. They should takes notes from In n Out, Starbucks & Chick fil-A on effiency who have even longer lines.If the line is long, don't bother going here. You're better off walking to another cafe.

Stop by for a quick breakfast meal. The Lemon Cookies were a highlight - soft, flavorful, and utterly delicious. The Chia Pudding Yogurt was a refreshing and healthy treat, with a lovely balance of tangy and sweet. And the Lemon Potatoes were cooked to perfection, with a burst of citrus flavor in every bite. It is expensive so don't be alarmed at the price. The staff were friendly. The lemon cookies were free with yelp check in!!

Popped in for a cool refreshing drink and had a delicious "Frose." It was excellent and definitely hit the spot for an afternoon cocktail. Selected wines and other adult beverages are also available should you choose.The bar area is large as is the seating area which, can accommodate several people. The staff is great and a special shoutout goes to my bartender Freddy. He had a great personality and even did a little dance while preparing the drinks. This is a very chill spot with good drinks.

Oh Giada! You're gorgeous but C'mon. $10 for a hot mocha which wasn't good at all? You keep disappointing me, first with your restaurant at the Cromwell and now with your coffee. I'm thinking about cancelling our upcoming wedding. Danny Trejo may not be much to look at, but his coffee crushes this swill by Giada. Service was awesome though, so thanks to the wonderful Barrista who did her best with the tools given to her.

Wow this place is expensive. A breakfast burrito for $23?! Yikes. Anyway, the sausage and egg sandwich is good. No substitutions- it comes as-is. My friend wanted a bagel instead of the bun and they made her buy a $8 bagel in addition to her $14 sandwich. Wild. The lemon olive oil cake is delicious, though. I might have dreams about it. Service was pretty quick- not super smoky and fairly quiet considering it's in the casino.

This review is for a June 2024 delivery order to our room at Caesars. Arrived tepid and everything was just 'meh'. Somewhat interesting lemony buttery sauce on potatoes, cinnamon roll seemed basic but stale, good orange juice and fruit with balsamic sauce was good. I miss when hotel room service came hot on a cart...now all you get is cold take out in a bag..

Service was very good. Employees were helpful and waited on me quickly. Not the restaurant's fault, but it's out in the open of the casino and so just as loud. I was disappointed in the food. I had the Salami Panini and the olive tapenade was smeared on much too thick and it was overpowering. Perhaps that is to cover up the bland salami. On the plus side, it is on the menu as a cold sandwich, but the staff did ask me if I wanted it heated up.Overall, just OK. Would not recommend that particular sandwich. As for those who complain about the price, you're in Vegas, baby!

All of the representatives lack any care for customers. Had a full conversation with each other chewing gum and focused on themselves. Made us feel like we inconvenienced them. Snapped the recipient out of the printer and acted like it was a chore to give us the receipt. Left gelato at the window and we just guessed it was ours. Horrible service will contact Caesar'S as well as Giada.
