I left a one star review here two years ago and haven't been back since until yesterday. I like Popeyes chicken and haven't been here in forever so I stopped by here yesterday. I ordered a three-piece spicy number five combo and was told it would be at least a five minute wait while they get the spicy tenders. I was asked to pull around to the front and I waited for about five minutes until you brought my food at which point I went home to eat it and found that the tenders were not spicy, which was exactly what I had been waiting for. The rest of the order was correct, just the tenders were not spicy. Food still tasted good and no issue other than the order was incorrect. I went back today again to order the same thing, again I was told I would have to wait for five minutes while they cooked spicy tenders. I pulled around to the front of the store and no kidding. I had to wait 27 minutes for them to bring me my order. When I got home once again, the tenders were not spicy, they had packed me mashed mash and gravy instead of the red beans and rice I had asked for, and they did not give me a side, dipping sauce of honey, which I had asked for. I am baffled at how I go there twice after two years hoping that store has turned around and both of my orders I place are incorrect. this place needs management supervision big time.

This Popeyes location is very popular due to the proximity to Legact HS, shopping centers, and the apartments. Ordering online is easiest way to go to avoid the lines.

If I could give this Popeyes a 0 star I would! I placed a mobile pick up order assuming that would be a quicker route then drive thru or walk in. I get there wait in a long line for about 20 mins then was told I needed to wait a extra 6 mins for my food that I had pre ordered and paid for already . Not only that but I waited and extra 10 mins instead of 6 for my food. Then had to go knock on the front door just for them to bring my food out. I'll never order here again this place either needs new management or a whole new staff cause this ain't it!

So I'm literally standing inside for like 10-15 minutes at the register while no one greeting bond did they care to speak at all! The manager saw all this and also participated in the shenanigans. Never again

Slow service, bad service and they mess up orders all the time. Tried to go there for lunch and there were at least 4 people waiting in line and about 6 people waiting for their orders. No one was taking orders at the counter and people were coming in from the drive thru because orders were wrong. Either they don't have enough people working to accommodate the customers or they just suck at their job.

The service here is irrefutably terrible. I ordered thru the app and the manager and employees did not fill my order for 30min because "they did not see the order" although I had my receipt thru the app as well as the receipt in my email. Terrible service and time management. I wasted time because of an issue with their app. Will not be back to this location. And the food was unfulfilling and not tasty after waiting all that time for their mistake.

Does anyone have a clue what's going on with this location? How is this still allowed to operate under the Popeyes brand? The customer service here is abysmal, the wait times are laughable, and it's consistently terrible. Every other Popeyes can manage to get it right, yet this one is a disaster. Sure, maybe you'd think it's the area or the pool of workers, but other restaurants nearby--Cane's, Chipotle, In-N-Out, Panda--don't have these same issues. This is a direct result of horrible leadership and gross mismanagement. Corporate needs to step in, because this place is a joke. Get it together.

I walked inside the restaurant on this visit as it did not seem like the drive thru line was moving. This place is usually very busy but there was only one customer ahead of me when I walked in. I probably spent less than 10 minutes inside and got my food very quickly. Upon entering I was greeted which I loved. Lots of places don't even bother to acknowledge you when you enter so that was nice to hear. I ordered a family meal using an online coupon which saved me a few bucks. The cashier easily accepted it and just asked me to read him the code.

This was the worst Popeyes I've ever been to the worst chicken sandwich I ever tasted at Popeye and I've never had a messed up chicken sandwich really wasting my money

I went to Popeyes for dinner on Sunday. I ordered the chicken wings with Garlic parmesan sauce. I was never told that they were hot. I assumed that they were just garlic Parmesan. Well when I receive my order and I started eating and my mouth was burning so bad I told that young lady I took my own and she told me oh sorry we can exchange it. My manager won't let me I said excuse me this is already paid for this was $11. What can I just change it for something equivalent or without the sauce? She refused to help me refuse to go get the manager I would never ever go back to the Popeyes on Durango again it's not the first time they're very slow and they're very rude in there. The left to know what the right is doing and the management sucks Papa you need to do better with the people that you hire beware folks and if you go on a Friday expect to wait an hour for your food.
