Great food, large portions and reasonable prices. The carrot cake is to die for, but make sure to bring 3 friends to help you finish! The service is amazing and our waiter for several days was Alan who was very energetic, service with a smile and remembers what we had the day before which is truly amazing for a server who sees many customers throughout the week. One thing for sure is he is very genuine and continually shows his appreciation for him being able to serve us . Also Jimmy the hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable about Planet Hollywood and all the celebrities photos. What a treat to visit this establishment!

"I've visited the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood multiple times, and it's always been a fantastic experience. The venue is impressive, with plenty of staff available to assist with any needs, making everything run smoothly. The organization is top-notch, ensuring a seamless experience from entry to exit for any event. My latest visit was to see Shania Twain--this was my third time seeing her show, and it was absolutely incredible! I won't spoil it with photos; you simply must come see it for yourself. She just keeps getting better and better!"

Okay yes the rooms are a bit outdated and worn BUT don't let that stop you from staying at PH! You can't beat the location if you want to be near the action. Our room was a suite and it was huge. Amazing bathroom with separate sinks which is perfect for couples. A huge soaking tub with separate shower and an enclosed toilet. The room has a spacious foyer with a closet with the must have full length mirror and room safe. Now the main room is open and spacious with a couch, table for two and a desk. We had a king bed but here is the epic fail for me but I did not take a star away because this is a personal preference. The bed is way too firm for me. No give at all. Now thankfully we didn't wake up sore and yes we came to Vegas to relax. But besides that the room fit our needs just fine. The elevators require a key card to get to the rooms but some scanners work and some don't. Some elevators have broken mirrors and are a bit dingy. The star for me is the smell. You walk in the mall entrance and the smell of sewer hits you. Smells horrible! But I also have a sensitive nose. You can smell it on the casino floor but not when you're in the center. Fortunately that smell wasn't in our room either but it it's you no matter what entrance you use. So disappointing. I couldn't enjoy the mall like I wanted because of the smell. Would I stay again...maybe. The bathroom sold me honestly.

PH is like the Hollywood Walk of Fame. You recognize the names of yesteryear even though there are obvious signs of age, such as smears, bubble gum, and wear and tear. PH is very outdated, and it shows, but if you don't care and just want an average-priced room that's left in the center of the strip, then PH may be for you. The Glitz has worn off but with Criss Angel and Shania Twain shows and the often updated and underrated Miracle Mile shops plus Gordon's Burger restaurant, PH is a budget family-friendly option on the Strip.

First time at Planet Hollywood and it was pretty decent! We was able We were able to check in early in the room is very nice futuristic and artistic. Customer Service is great and everyone is very respectful and courteous. They have miracle mile shop and good restaurant and Fat Tuesday . I think I may come back and stay at this hotel again since it's in the heart of the Las Vegas trip . - Marshay D. O

Went to the Shania Twain concert and it was terrible. Her voice sounded horrible. People stand in front of you so you can't even see the stage. On top of that PH encourages people to stand. Stupid. Pay attention to your surroundings and be courteous. There's no need to stand for every song or sit on the top of the seat to boost you higher. There needs to be a pit where those people can stand and not block everyone's view. Terrible waste of money!!

Well we have stayed here in past and didn't had a great experience but heard they renovated rooms to decided to stay again during my office trip this time. This was more disappointing to stay for many reasons. While the room was huge with extraordinary space for bathroom, but as soon as we checked-in, dust was all over the cabinets and tables. In the bathroom, bathtub that was the USP of this option, was leaking somewhere from bottom too. The door in the standing shower was not closing well too and so water was going outside often. The toiletries they provided are not premium at all and not satisfied for the price we paid.Additionality, they charged for early check-in and also we decided to pay extra for late checkout. Unfortunately other than the location of this resort, nothing else is there to recommend while there are plenty other good options on the strip in similar price ranges.

Just finished a four night stay at Planet Hollywood leading into the New Years. The stay was Ok, but definitely nothing special to write about. One of the most annoying aspects of staying at Planet Hollywood is the parking situation. It's a pretty long walk through the Miracle Mile Shops to the actual hotel. Luckily for us, we planned to Uber and walk more than drive ourselves around. Location on the strip was a major factor in choosing Planet Hollywood as it's pretty much centrally located. The rooms are pretty small and basic compared to the other hotels on the strip I've stayed at. It isn't the worse, but it's definitely towards the bottom middle of the list. I heard the rooms had a redo not too long ago, but I wasn't impressed; I don't even want to know what they looked like before. Let's now talk about the elevators. They have some issues. One of them doesn't read the room cards to go up, others were malfunctioning during our stay. On 12/29/24 at about 11:30am, the elevators were extremely slow and full. I waited 40 minutes seeing full loads of people go by. I finally got tired of the wait (as well as others who got there after me) and took the elevator up. We basically stopped at every floor up and then every floor down. At every floor, there were huge groups of people going through the same thing. The hotel needs to fix the elevator situation. Now that I got the annoying aspects out of the way, let's say that the pricing wasn't bad, and the location of the hotel is almost center of the strip. My Ultra Hip 1 King room had a couch and the hot tub size tub was decent. My lovely friend and her guest had a a double queen room down the hall from me, and their room was a bit more cramped than mine. I did make use of the gym one morning, which was small but had the necessities to be useful. You do have to walk through the Reflections spa to get to the fitness center, but it isn't too bad. The Miracle Mile downstairs added a bunch of food and bar options if you don't want to leave the hotel for a quick meal. I would stay at Planet Hollywood again, but it is far from my first choice, if I'm being honest.

The last time I stayed here was in 2019. This weekend I'm here with a group of 10 girls to celebrate mine and two others birthday. The room was a massive disappointment compared to last time. It's as basic as can be. And it wasn't very clean there was trash from previous guests. The hair dryer didn't work. The bath tub is dirty. The view was to the sphere but not much to see which is fine. The tv remote hardly works. Very disappointed for now however we just need a place to sleep and won't be here very much so it doesn't matter. My second room was a lot better which was a king room in the north tower on the 37th floor facing the strip and I enjoyed the view and fountain and seeing my old home The Veer towers.Positive is you have good wifi everywhere. On Sunday the lobby had only one person working the line was so long and the wait kills your vacation mood. The pool was closed super early!!! 5pm!!!There's no DJ but both Saturday and Sunday there was loud music at the adult pool. They have waiters at the pool. Drinks start at $35.On Sunday my clothes were stolen at the pool. I had my valuables in a back pack in eye sight but my clothes in a chair. Just wow. Besides that the pool is not fun. You have to pay for everything even a chair. There were free chairs in the area between the 2 pools. I called "lost and found" in the hope my clothes were found somewhere and was told they'd be open at 7am but when I went there I found out they weren't open until the next day 10am which was after my check out time.

I played up to diamond elite last year and this year already I'm a diamond plus. I do not drink alcohol or sodas, I just learned that the Starbucks and Nook Express drinks that I look forward to when playing at a Caesar's property, and the bottled waters at certain locations I frequent, are no longer available to me as a diamond elite rewards card holder which is costly to achieve. Shame on Caesars properties for abruptly removing the one perk that got me to show up at your casinos to play slots. I don't even use your staycation offers because I'm a local and like to stay at my house. Honestly, I hope you lose lots of business as a result since I feel like I've been ripped off by Caesars. I lost way more money playing Caesars slots even this year than the cost of the drinks that you have taken from me without adequate notice. I justified losing the money, believe it or not, because of the four Starbucks drinks that I could get for my status. That money will be going to another casino from this point forward.
