We asked for a build-your-own veggie pizza. Apparently we forgot to specify that we still wanted SAUCE and CHEESE because we got plain crust with raw veggies on it! Definitely will never order again!Also the place is located in a very sketch area.

Ordered two pizzas and wings for delivery to my hotel for my family. The girl who took my order said it was $55 and cash was the preferred method of payment. Fine. Driver calls and lets me know he's at the front with the order but it's $64.25 with card and $62.25 with cash. I called the restaurant and the same girl answers and tells me "no it's $62." She told me if I only wanted to pay $55 they would send the driver back to get the wings and give me a refund. So their resolution is to take food away from the customer? I'm on vacation with my family so the likelihood of me ordering again is never but it's pretty crappy that they don't honor their quoted prices.

Spent 70 dollars just to be disappointed with everything I got and food delivered cold after waiting almost three hours. Also was shorted French fries. I ordered hot wings and i got plain wings with crushed peppers on it. they did their hot tenders the same way. Overall horrible experience and customer service

First time trying this place i think some other pizza place used to be here before. But the pizza and wings were pretty fire. I ordered 40 wings and 2 18' pizzas and they got out my order pretty fast for a place that actually has to cook the food. 10/10 would recommend this place i hope it stays here for a while unlike the other place

What is the golden rule in business 101? The customer is ALWAYS right! I was invited to enjoy a lovely meal by the owner last week. I said "great! I'll be in today around 3:30" The owner's wife was standing right next to him when to made this offer. I came back at 3:30 & the owner was not there, but his wife was. I told that I could not decide between chicken wings or a bacon cheese burger. She said, "my husband no here" I told that's ok, "you remember he invited me back to enjoy a lovely meal?" She said "he not here now & he not tell me nothing". No problem I said, give him a call. Said she could not do that because " he not here now & he not tell me nothing." In a way I am kind of glad she did not take my order after reading the only other review of their food that also gave them a 1 star review. Did she think she would get fired? With so many other great pizza places in a 2 mile radius, you would think they would do everything to keep customers coming back. If I were them, I would break out the "Under new management" banner. Next time remember, "the customer is always right!"
