Pho So 1

Our normal stop every time we come to Vegas. Their tabletop BBQ is really delicious especially wrapped in rice paper with veggies and vermicelli.We came on a Thursday, night after Christmas, so it was very busy. Luckily the wait wasn't too long because it's a relatively large restaurant. They play good music and have large screens with closed caption on the walls. We ordered 1.5 orders of the beef and shrimp bbq for 3 people. We cooked the beef and shrimp ourselves on the grill, and finished all the sides they provided. Service is very friendly and efficient.

Ended Vegas the right away after a hefty night out and of course we had to end at pho! I've been going to a different place, but wanted to give this place another try based off the reviews. I got the Small Pho Tai Sach Nam. The portion was perfect and they didn't skimp out on meats! Unfortunately, the broth was a bit oily and tasted too light for me. It was still a delicious bowl nonetheless and perfect for the ride home. Our server did not disappoint. So attentive and quick! Maybe I'll come back to try the other stuff offered.

The food here was a pretty generous portion. There was a lot of protein in the pho bowl that I had. The staff were super nice and very welcoming. And the atmosphere wasn't too noisy, so it's great for a group outing.I minus 1 star because the noodles just didn't taste like how pho noodle should taste like. Think of it having the chewy and after taste of rice paper. I would expected the noodles to be a bit more firm.

This place is our always go to place for pho and vietnamese food. The servers are so friendly and they are fast! I like to order the rice dish but this time i ordered the chicken pho cause i was feeling under the weather. Their soup is always the best! Plain and simple but so full of flavor. I would highly recommend this place if you want good pho and vietnamese food.

Pho So 1 is pretty big for a pho restaurant so there's plenty of seating. It's also in a big Asian strip mall so there's lots of free parking too. Service was quick and friendly.We ordered the Pho Bo with brisket and tendon, Ribeye Pho, and a cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. I don't see many places offering tendon so I was really happy to see it being offered here! Coffee was really good and smooth. Pho broth was very clean, savory, and came piping hot just how I liked it! Tendon and brisket pieces were delicious and good portions.

Hung over and exhausted, my Vegas group needed a pick me up. Pho always hits the spot but this time I opted for Com Tam. If you get the same make sure they give you some Nuoc Nam to add cut the savory taste with acidity. Fairly good meal, no bad things to say!

Visiting Las Vegas so we stopped by Pho So 1 for some pho off the strip. Ambiance - standard pho spot and clean.Service: fast - server did forget one meat item for my pho bowl so I had to ask for it. Overall the pho was ok. The meat wasn't as tender as it should be.

I first tried here back in my high school days. Over the years I've been many times. It was always my favorite pho spot amongst the limited choices we had. I haven't been back here for a while though! Today's impression :Their pho is still very good. I ordered a small beef pho with tendon, rare steak and brisket. The meat portion was very generous and the tendon was soft. Broth was light and on the sweet side. I also got a Thai tea which I really liked. I will try to come back again soon. :)

Good food, plenty of tables and seats. The restaurant seems very clean and the service is very fast. I had a small mixed pho and the quality of the meet and noodles was great. There is also plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant I'm located in a shopping center, close to Chinatown. The prices are very reasonable and the portions of food are good for what you pay. Would definitely visit again when I'm in town.

food: pho #9 Ribeye pho. It doesn't feel any different than a regular steak pho. It's just the meat a bit thicker. service: it was pretty good, not too busy on a mid afternoon on a Saturday. ambiance: lots of space, lots of tables for big or small parties. Plenty of parking.
