Pho Saigon is hands down the best pho spot in all of Las Vegas! From the moment I walked in, the service was quick, friendly, and incredibly attentive--even on a busy Saturday night. The staff made sure everything was seamless, and I barely had to ask for anything because they were already on top of it.The pho itself? Absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the ingredients fresh. They offer plenty of utensils and a great variety of sauces to customize your meal, which I really appreciated.On top of that, the restaurant was spotless, which made the dining experience even better. You can tell they care about cleanliness and creating a comfortable atmosphere for their guests.Overall, if you're looking for top-notch service, an inviting environment, and amazing food, Pho Saigon is the place to go. Highly recommend it for anyone craving great pho and a well-rounded dining experience!

I'm originally from Las Vegas (46 years) and watched the Asian scene explode! I remember a time before Chinatown existed. My husband and I used to eat at the Pho Saigon 8 restaurant on Spring Mtn and loved their food.While visiting family over the holidays, my daughter took us to the PS8 on Hualapai, and I have to say it was good, but not as good as the one on Spring Mtn. I ordered the crepe (for lack of improper Vietnamese spelling) and it wasn't crisped as well as it could have been. My daughter ordered pho with brisket and tendon, but it had no tendon in it. Although there were some missteps in preparation, the veggie accompaniments were crisp and fresh, and the fresh spring rolls that we ordered for an appetizer were decent. I think I'd like to try the original place on Spring Mtn next time I'm in town and will re-review then. All in all, we had a good meal, just not great.

Super quick service. Very clean table and restaurant. Big menus much larger than featured. Excellent food, very fresh. Large portion with various flavors. Romaine in bottom of bowl with vermicelli on top. Several fresh veggies, meats and spring roll. Very filling. Great price. We will be back.

This is a great place to satisfy your craving for Viet foof. The pho here is solid and comes with plenty of meat and noodles for the price. You definitely get your moneys worth here. The service is quick. The soup comes out super fast and gives you plenty of time to kick back and talk over a delicious mealThe restaurant was nice and quiet and very peaceful. I enjoyed this place and am very glad it is close by.

I've tried to come here twice this week. Absolutely zero parking. Shame that they will lose customers because of their location. I've even circled for over 5 mins. Finding a new pho place. This is ridiculous. Every time.

Great broth, this is the type of pho you want to eat as is. Don't add any of the table sauces in your bowl but make a sauce for dipping your meats on the side. Service was okay, food came out at a steady pace. We had eggrolls, and the fish sauce chicken wings for starters. The wings had a great flavor. A little on the salty side but It is fish sauce, would honestly be great with rice. Bowls of pho were filled with lots of meat, I wish they served bun Bo hue at this location. But also, when did 2 apps and 3 bowls make It up to $60+ not including the tip. Kind of insanity lol.

This is my favorite place for Pho! Both locations are very good! Love their broth, very tasty!

Service was great, food was good. The server complimented us on our skill set eating with chopsticks. Had the same compliment in a Korean restaurant. We are from Hawaii nuff said!! I thanked him that's when he called us sisters. Thank you so very much brother it means the world to us. If you know you know!!!

Nice Resturant bigger than it looked from walking in. Great customer service our server was on it with allof our requests. Food came out quickly after we ordered, calamari rings were ok the crust was more like a breaded batter and not tempura.Gyoza was good crispy on the outside and juicy meat inside.Received our drinks strawberry smoothie with boba was thick and a great flavor of strawberry. The Vietnamese Coffee was very strong but delicious. All pho dishes were delicious, I recommend getting your meat (beef) on the side. Ask for broth on the side and cook the beef in the hot liquid so it's no over cooked. Add lemon and sriracha and some hoisin sauce so that way you're not messing with the broth. Ask for some scissors to cut the beef and some onion on the side.Everything was delicious!! Highly recommend!!

The #13 is so good!! I order it everytime . The Togo service is eh but overall I come back for the food
