Ordered take-out from this place on a Friday night. Took about 15 minutes to make. It was so good, and the portion was huge!! I love the way they seasoned the pork (super saucy), and the nuoc cham sweet dippy sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and tangy! Egg rolls had a good crisp too!I def wanna try more of their menu!

As a spot I came to often during my pregnancy cravings, I can proudly say I still enjoy the food even now. Combination Pho is my go to, but we've had the banh mi as well.Service is quick and staff are kind. They were patient with me and my mom when we first came by to check out the menu. We appreciated not being pressured or rushed to order. The atmosphere is nice and it's not too crowded.

"Manager" Lonnie is a liar and when called out and own it, she said "are you trying to gaslight me?". No Lonnie, you lied, wasted time and the restaurants money. All you had to do was say, "I'm sorry, let me get thus right for you". Instead, you tried to defend yourself. If you're going to lie over a customer order, cannot begin to imagine what else you will lie about.Own it, own YOUR mistake, don't lie. Instead, apologize and make it right. By owning it you can make it better and gain business not lose business, it's part of growing and maturing.

The price point for Pho Ever was on the high end. Pho started at $17.95 and went up to $25.95 for the speciality noodles. The special when we visited in October 2024 was Bun Rieu ($19.95) which was my favorite. Hubby got the grilled beef Banh Mi. I was impressed when the Bun Rieu came out with fresh garnish including water spinach which was rare. However, I was disappointed with the flavor of the broth and crab meatballs. Missing were also blood cubes. My husband raved about the $9 Banh MiThe owner came out to check on us. She told us she doesn't use MSG and asked for a good review. I had hoped for better food given the prices but unfortunately, Pho Ever did not meet my expectation.

This was my fourth time having the food, the first three times I would have given a 5 star, everything I had including their beef stew was amazing.Went back on Friday and the food quality and taste was horrible. I couldn't believe it came from the same restaurant that I grew to like. - Salt and Pepper shrimp looked nothing like their photos. It was breaded for some reason and the guts were backed with black, the most I've ever seen inside a shrimp, and they were all like this. The breading made the shell not as crispy and the whole thing was not eatable :( - The beef stew was so salty that I could not drink the broth. The meat was basically 70% tendon and or skin (pictured). Any pieces that were left were too hard to chew. Leaving a two because maybe the chef had a bad day? But I was unable to eat my food so I don't think I will be going back again.

I came here many many many years ago with my boyfriend now husband. I don't remember it being a bad establishment, but I never tried it again until recently. When I say many years ago I mean like 2013. Owners have switch I'm sure. The decor is different and the place seems smaller than I remember it.I was quite disappointed in my pho here. The egg roll tasted hot on the ends but the middle was barely luke warm. The meat looked a bit pink so I was pretty skeptical about finishing it. They barely gave any pickled veggies and 1 lettuce for 4 egg rolls! They provide reusable wooden chopsticks, red flag - not sure how clean they can get these. My husband got a fish and it was so tiny and barely had any meat. For the price, the portion was terrible. My search for a pho place near summerlin goes on!

My go to spot when I'm in summerlin. There's only a couple good pho spots out here in Vegas that I know of and this is one of them. I never received bad service here so I'm a little confused about the review but at the same time I feel like energy is reciprocated. What you give is what you get. Overall, always a good experience when I eat here and they've done a lot of work to the atmosphere since they first opened. Can't wait to see what's to come :)
