The seafood pho is not bad. Especially here in the casino! LOL. The broth is good and can't complain. Fresh seafood such as shrimp and scallops. However, the price is ridiculous for a bowl of pho. Yikes! But because we're here for a business trip, and to keep our schedule convenient, we had our dinner here. Service is not bad. Very friendly staffs. So, if you are hungry and staying at the T.I, give it try!

This was a bad idea! Pho was not available which is what we really wanted after a fun night out in true Vegas style! Instead, we received a long wait for food (simple food, like a danish and a bagel). Food was so so and so not worth it!If you'd like to feel like you are on a losing streak on a slot machine, be sure to come here and pull the lever.

Negative star!!!Unexpected finding the Pho in treasure island while we were waiting for the show. We were kind excited because my husband and I both want to have some noodle soup to be warmed up. The waitress came a while later, but it's ok. We understand she is BUSY. We ordered #4 and # 11 under the Noodle Soup section. However, #4 came with RICE. So I explained to our waitress that not what we ordered and the rice was not even noted on the menu. She told us that the way they make it with a poker face. The bus boy was passing by and told us he can get the manager for us. So I told my husband do not eat until the manger get here. We waited a little bit, the big manager came, OH MY GOD, how a restaurant would hire such RUDE manager????He was like this is the way we make, either you eat it or you eat it. No matter what say or not say on the menu, you get whatever they serve. No apology NO shame!I felt lots of warmness that one lady behind us stand up for us to inform the manager his manner/ attitude was not right to customers. We come to Vegas twice a year for vacations, we never had such bad experience with any restaurant we ever tried. I would suggest people to stay away with this place to avoid ruining your day!!

An unexpected find in the casino at Treasure Island Hotel. I went in, not expecting too much since it is Pho in a hotel and in Las Vegas. The service was friendly and fast. We ordered several items including some summer rolls and the Pho Ga as well as the Beef Stew pho. It wasn't too bad actually. The only weird thing was the red onions used in the Pho, which I'm not use to. The soup was tasty, not heavily ladened with MSG so that was another plus. Great place to hit after a night of drinking and losing money in the hotel. The only downside is you're paying resort prices so the pho is anywhere from $16.95 and up. But the portions were larger than expected as well so another plus. I believe they are also open 24 hours, which is a good thing if you have the munchies after midnight.

If you're going for great pho, definitely come here. If you're coming for atmosphere and great service, don't. Although the pho was absolutely stellar, the people sitting behind us were the loudest, and crudest people I have ever dealt with. My father had to get out of his seat and go find us a waitress because we waited so long before ordering. After he did that, we got everything as soon as possible (I hope). The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the service and loud people (the people is expected from a casino, but still...). Overall, great food, medium prices ($14.95 per bowl), and fun people watching in those horrible Vegas outfits!

Located in Treasure Island Hotel with large open dining space, mornings and dinners can be rough in terms of waiting in line. Originally I was confused as to their name, do they sell pho or coffee or other items. But come to realize they sell coffee, traditional pho, and an American menu of burgers and breakfast items. Like everything else in Vegas it is overpriced pho. Service was nice but the food took a long time to come out even when they were not busy.

Pretty standard casino coffee shop, but at 3:30 AM it is a welcome haven. Stopped by for some grub after a night on the town and it was not a bad experience. We had a group of five and initially they said 15 min wait, but a table opened up right away. The menu is actually quite extensive for a coffee shop and the service was very good. Their wings were quit tasty and the rest of the food was prepared well. Only ding is that the prices are a bit high, but when it is the only place open, it is hard to complain.

If you want a meal that will stick with you ALL day until dinner time, have the oatmeal for Breakfast at the Coffee Shop. They serve a heaping bowl of oats, and sides such as raisins, bananas, brown sugar and milk with a hint of maple syrup. I ate this every AM at about 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 7-8pm. Such a great start to a day, and price was nothing crazy...less than $10.

After a night of partying and a liquid diet of Goose, only two words come to mind...GOT PHO? After a disastrous pho aka "Zen Noodles" experience at Grand Luxe Café at our last Vegas trip, I was very skeptical when Nicole S. brought us here on Friday, March 4, 2010. But, I'm glad she did because who would have known you could find almost authentic Pho in TI?FOOD:*Cha Gio (Vietnamese Egg Rolls - $9): Meh. It tasted like pork veggie lumpia straight from the freezer section from the local Asian supermarket. The pork and veggie filling had no flavor and was very dry and it wasn't wrapped in the traditional banh tranhg (rice paper). The nuoc cham tasted water down as it lacked the pungent flavor from the fish sauce. *#11 Combo Pho with rare beef slices, brisket, tendons, and beef balls ($14.95): Yes, the pho is almost 3x the price of what I would normally pay at a Pho place in SF's TL, but you CAN NOT put a price tag on a hangover cure! The beef broth was rich, savory, and wasn't too salty (the MSG did kick in heavily later). The portions are massive and they do NOT skimp on the meat portions. The rare beef slices and brisket were very tender, the huge chunks of tendon literally melted into your mouth, but the beef balls were a bit hard. The noodles were cooked al-dente just the way I liked them. Throw in the lime wedges, fresh basil, hoison sauce, and Sriracha and you get the perfect balance of tart, liquorice, sweet, salty, and a fiery kick. Just to note: stay away from the bean sprouts which were brown and not fresh. SERVICE:Fast and attentive. We got our pho within 10 minutes. However, on our second visit on Sunday, March 7, 2010, our waitress had somewhat of a bi-polar personality. When my friend was ordering her pho, she requested no onions, and the waitress kept on insisting on the green and red onions. My other friend tried to clarify, and the waitress rudely shushed and waved her hand at my friend. But, then throughout our meal there she was as sweet as can be. AMBIANCE/DÉCOR:No frills coffee shop type of feel with brown tables and booths, and funky multi-colored brown carpet. Thanks, Nicole S....thanks for showing us there is life after death from those "Zen Noodles"!
