We have been here at least 8 times since they opened. Really good quality and clean pho broth. I love their rice and vermicelli dishes also. It's been our new favorite and go to now.

New pho place opened up, had to try. Restaurant looks clean. Had combination pho and spring roll.Portions were small for what they charge. Did like meats but even meat portions were small.Spring roll, carrots were too thick cut. Also small, and carrots over powering almost everything. Peanut sauce with spring roll are way too thick in my opinion. I will stick with noodle bar down the street.

This was Pho4Real which I wasn't quick enough to try and now it changed hands and is Pho79 DC.They had the "buy 1 get 1 free" special since it's a grand opening. We showed up around 12:30pm on. Sunday and we're seated right away. The gentleman greeted us warmly, told us about their specials and gave some suggestions. We ended up ordering an order of eggrolls (2 in 1 order) and the Phở Đặc Biệt per his recommendations and usually has the tripes, various meat cuts and tendons. For the Pho: The broth is perfectly seasoned: rich flavors but not heavy and it wasn't bland or too salty. It was very spot on for me in terms of flavors. The noods were good, not overly cooked or al dente so that was spot on too. The meat cuts were decent, more lean than fat which is what I like. It was lacking though in the amount of meat: 1 spoon of the finely cut tripe (I don't care for it so I gave it all to my spouse) and there were barely any tendons and there were a couple of meatballs. i think for the price ($17.99/bowl), they probably could be a little more generous with the meat. But the flavors were good, so that made up for the lack of meat. It comes with the usual condiments: basil, wedges of lemon, some slices of jalapeño and bean sprouts which were light blanched, so that was nice. The eggrolls were ok, not your typical eggrolls to me. The wrapper is lighter but not the tradition rice paper type, Seems more crispy like fried wonton strips and the fillings isn't anything I have had. It's different, not bad, just different. I also really liked their hot chili oil. It was flavorful, not bitter like in some places. Overall, I would come back for the Pho. Hopefully they will do well and stay put for a while (and not change hands quickly).

My husband and I saw a Facebook posting for Pho 79 DC, with their grand opening on Saturday! Pho 79 DC is located at Spring Mountain and Westwind Road. It's right next to the One Piece Café. There are plenty of parking spots available. We decided to stop in at Pho 79 DC as soon as it opened, around 11:00 A.M. There was only 2 other customers inside the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful! There are plenty of tables inside the restaurant. It was open seating when we went in. We ended up sitting next to one of the windows at the restaurant. As we sat down, a team member brought over the menus and waters for us. Looking over the menu at Pho 79 DC, the restaurant specializes in Pho, grilled meat vermicelli, chicken, pork chops and much more! I haven't had a Pho in at least 6 months so I just had to order the #18 which was Pho Ga - Chicken. My husband ordered the Pho Chin Gan (Brisket). The team member assisting our table recommended the egg rolls too, so we ended up ordering the eggs rolls as well. While we waited for our meal, we had a chance to look at the restaurant. There is a large painting of Washington D.C. with the Cherry Blossoms. There was also another painting that was cherry blossomed theme as well! It was stunning! We didn't wait long for our order, less than 15 minutes for the Pho and egg rolls. My chicken pho was delicious! There was thinly shaved slices of chicken in the broth! I ended up eating the meat first! At the bottom of the pho was the noodles. I mixed it in the broth and ate most of it! It was quite filling! The egg rolls were outstanding! You could tell that they made them from scratch! The egg roll wrapper that was fried was put together with all of the different ingredients! It was super scrumptious! The restaurant is brand new! The team member assisting our table was friendly! He did mention to us it was his first day working at the restaurant when we asked where we needed to pay. We ended up just going to the register and paying for our meal. I'm sure as the restaurant is open for the next few weeks that some of the service processes will become smoother! We had a wonderful meal at Pho 79 DC.

Stopped by as we were so hungry and couldn't fight Shanghai Plaza peeps for a parking spot so we came here. It happened to be the grand opening day & we got seated quickly. The service is okay, I asked for fish sauce and she gave us nuoc cham. I don't think she understood me but the owner was also very kind. The portions are typical but for $18 a bowl of a pho. The broth could use a bit more depth and salt in flavor. The rice plate was very delicious and standard. There wouldn't be any particular reason I'd pick this place over others though. Relatively costly for pho but food is consistent with Vietnamese flavors. Parking is easy but I don't find a rush to return over other pho restaurants in Chinatown.

Saw a post on Facebook about Pho 79 DC's grand opening and they were going to do a BOGO deal. Since Vietnamese food has gotten so pricey, I figured this would be a great time to get my Viet craving out of the way! Pho 79 DC, I believe, came from Washington DC. This might be their first Las Vegas location so welcome to the valley! Today was their grand opening and we arrived around 11AM. They are located in the same plaza as SK Seafood and took over the old Pho4Real location. We were seated right away and they weren't as busy as I anticipated. We were handed menus once we sat down and they told us that for grand opening, they had a 50% off pho special. The 50% off is for pho and pho only. Well, that's a bummer. Felt like their grand opening post and poster was misleading. Anyways, I decided to get a #8 pho tai bo vien which was a pho with rare steak and beef balls. My husband decided to get a #1 pho tai which was a pho with rare steak. We also decided to get their their 2pc cha gio aka eggroll. Unfortunately, I was not a huge fan of the broth. It was a bit on the bland side and lacking serious flavor. Not sure if they just didn't have time to shimmer the broth enough or maybe they just didn't put in enough beef for the flavor. You can taste the spices but just not the beefiness to it. There was a decent amount of meat. The noodles were a bit overcooked though. When I was moving the noodles around in my bowl, I noticed that it was easily broken. Usually when that happens, it means they cooked the noodles a tad too much. The egg rolls were pretty good though. Tasted like it was freshly fried but the flavor was a bit on the lighter end. It didn't come with pickled veggies, which was a bit odd. Overall, it was pretty average. I think there is better in the valley. The portion size was a bit small so at the regular price of $17 per bowl, I don't think it's worth it. I'm not sure if I would be back but I wish their business the best of luck!

Tried this place out on their grand opening! Was able to get seated quickly and overall had a quick and great experience. Forgot to take a picture of their menu but it seems very simple with different Pho and Rice plate options. Got their combination pho and their Viet Ice Coffee! Their broth was clear and flavorful! They only have one size but was definitely a lot. The restaurant itself was very clean and had beautiful decoration. The staff are very friendly and attentive!

I don't know what's wrong with that male Karen with the one star. The place is brand new and remodeled that's why it's so bare. I ordered the pho and the broth was really light tasting in a good way. It wasn't oily at all. I wish they had tripe. The spring rolls were good. The eggrolls were good. The only thing I didn't like was the sauce which was sweet and sour sauce and a peanut sauce. I would prefer fish sauce. I'm going to go try the rice plates when I go back. The service is typical asian. Order your food and eat. Don't Karen the staff.
