The husband and I had dinner here before heading to the Cirque show. I ordered the scallops and he had a steak. The scallops were really large and perfect cooked. They were delicate and soft inside, not tough at all. I tried a bite of my husband steak and it was juicy and tender. The service was superb and the ambiance is intimate.

Phil's Steakhouse - disappointing experience on Sunday, February 16th. General Manager wandering around the entire time we were there (2 hours), chit-chatting with employees and the bartender. Never went around to any tables or greeted any customers or asked about food. When we walked out after spending $300 for the two of us he glanced at us but continued chit-chatting with the bartender. It is also very loud and just off of the casino floor. Most high-end steakhouses have doors that close between the casino floor and the restaurant. The entire two hours we were there all we could hear is a cat meowing constantly from a nearby cat themed slot machine.Server was Lindsay (?) and she was extremely scatter brained, and not very professional. We felt like we were in a diner given the service. She was nice and she was trying but the service didn't cut the mustard for a high-end steakhouse. It was our wedding anniversary which I noted on the reservation and not one person acknowledged it or said happy anniversary - no complimentary item etc. On the bright side, the food was EXCELLENT. The kitchen has got it going on. Although it is extremely expensive. Given the service, we would not return. Do not recommend (even with good food).

One of the best steaks in Vegas. Variety of pastas and salads is a must-try. Offers good service with an upscale ambiance. They close late especially inside the hotels.

Ate here before a cirque show. Service sucked. Our waiter only became attentive when it was time to pay the bill. While ordering if we asked for any alteration or addition, he would act like it was a big deal, but then would "go ask" and in fact would follow through with our request. It was bizarre. Many of our drinks were overly sweet. I will say that my pork chop dish was absolutely divine and I am picky on pork. Other members of our party were not as impressed with their dishes. Crap service and big bill with lackluster food and drinks would result in even less stars, if not for my entree.

Phil's is still serving great food. This time opted for an all seafood meal - jumbo shrimp cocktail (not the largest I've seen, but large), caesar salad, steelhead trout with fennel salad and add on scallops, and a side of asparagus.Place varied from rather empty to somewhat full.Every casino hotel in Vegas, even the downtown dumpy ones, has at least one upscale restaurant, and at T.I., this is it.Comparable to some of the other casino steak houses on the Strip.Fast efficient service.

Decided to take a chance and eat at this steakhouse at treasure Island because they had Dover Sole on the menu, for a little less than the other steakhouses on the strip do. Ordered it and was very disappointed. Four fillets that were breaded and didn't taste very delicate or fresh like I was expecting. Also started with a Caesar salad and the dressing was definitely premade by Sysco or someplace, not freshly prepared. Oh and the iced tea is not fresh brewed, something I consider a fraud. If a restaurant isn't going to install iced tea brewing machines, it should be clearly stated on the menu or a warning issued by the server before delivering a cup of instant tea to me. I will never be fooled by this and call it out every time it happens. People wouldn't tolerate a cup of instant coffee being served to them at a fine steakhouse, they certainly should expect the same from their iced tea.I recommend spending a few dollars more and going to one of the many other wonderful steakhouses available in Vegas.

TBH a pirate themed casino is the last place I'd expect a haute dining experience but to my surprise, this little steakhouse hidden away in a corner (kinda near the elevators) @TI is for the money one of the better steakhouses I've been to in Vegas (Del Frisco, STK, etc...)The move here is without a doubt the hot seafood combo plate ($40/ person) + the bone in rib eye : the two of us split the 2 entrées and it was surf n turf perfection: 5 bright stars.
