Pepe's Tacos

My boyfriend is a born and raised Vegas local, so when we were in need of late night food to soak up some drinks he recommended Pepe's. The two guys in my group each had an Al pastor burrito, which were huge! I opted for the carne asada taco and a side of fries. The taco had a hefty amount of meat and onions, which on its own was lacking a little flavor but the red sauce was the perfect- spicy- accompaniment. I found the spice level to be perfect, others in my party thought it was a tad too spicy. Just a matter of preference. The fries were perfectly crisp with a delicious seasoning sprinkled on top. I added the red sauce because I love spice.It was pretty busy at 12:30am, however the wait wasn't anything crazy, only about 10 minutes. There were plenty of tables to accommodate the late night crowd too.All in all, this is a great spot for a quick bite and is much better than other local chains I've tried.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Let me set the scene: it's been an 1 hour and 30 minutes and I'm sitting there wondering where my life went wrong. Oh wait, I know--it went wrong when I decided to eat here.First of all, why was it even open this late if the staff clearly stopped caring hours ago? The service was so slow I thought I was in a time loop. We waited so long for our food that I started aging in reverse like Benjamin Button.And let's not even talk about the atmosphere. I could hear the kitchen staff arguing about whose fault it was that they ran out of ketchup. Spoiler alert: it's everyone's fault.Do yourself a favor: if you find yourself here just go home. Starvation would be a better option.Side note due to the wait i had left customer service was so bad, when i had asked for a refund and nothing was done as they had said 10 more minutes i had enough of it and left.

The food is always made with love, they might be small but they are full of flavor. The two fish tacos were soiling and the avocados are so creamy. The chef was singing along to the music inbetween making the tacos. For $30 for two people i feel its a steal. The service is always nice as boyfriend likes one of everything because he can never choose.

Tried the carne asada taco ($3.15 per taco) and chicken taco ($2.99 per taco) with a large pineapple aguas Fresca. They have several other options. Such as asada fries in size medium or large, burritos, gorditas, mulita, taquitos, nachos and more! A must try when in the area. Food was decent. Be sure to ask for cilantro and onion, pickled carrots, salsa and radishes for condiments!

came to pepes tacos as soon as i landed in vegas. took a ridiculously expensive uber to get there but im glad i did!!! horchata was fire, tacos were fire, rice and beans were rice and beaning, open 24/7, cute lil vibe, bathroom key was attached to a comically giant disk, it was out the ass expensive especially for tacos but im not even mad at it for some reason. it felt right. i want pepe to get his coin i feel like he deserves it and im glad he knows his worth. i love u pepe

We took a chance on this spot, hoping it would be good. I was wrong. I'm from LA and these have to be damn near close to the worst tacos I've ever had in my life. I knew instantly once I got my plate. You can see how dry the meats are. I ate them because we already paid and I was hungry and hate to waste food but trust me, there are better tacos out there. I won't be back. Tacos were also overpriced at $3 each. The only good thing about this place is the free refills on aguas frescas. I got pineapple, and I liked it.

THEYRE CHEAP FOR A REASON... DIRTY PLACE!!! I would never go back here. Terrible service and everything is extremely outdated. Terrible food cheap meat and ingredients. A lot of cheap old places like this use goat and horse meat for everything posing it as cow. Utterly dissatisfied. Save yourself from the nasty energy!

My husband and i ordered from here today and I don't think we'll eating from this place again. My husband ordered menudo and found BONES.... not just frangments.... FUCKING BONES in his soup. If my husband gets sick you people are not only gonna pay for the hospital bill you can get sued for that!!

Horrible customer service, the cashier Mayra was so rude, it was 110F outside and the AC seemed to not be working, I had asked a employee if they can turn on the fans and he said they were broken, invest in your business it was so dirty, I would never go there again.

The Food is so yummy here!! Fast lines!! Everything smells good as soon as you come through the door
