Air conditioning has been out for at least two months already it's super hot in there and they don't seem to want to fix it I don't plan to be going back until fixed what a shame gentleman said no they haven't fixed and I honestly do not think they will fix AC issue

a day before my daughters birthday part they called and said they could not fill my balloon order because they were not open on Sunday which when I placed the order no one informed me they were not going to be open on Sundays. when I go and get my refund they could not find my big balloon just the small balloons that I brought in for them to blow up and claimed I must have purchased the balloons there. which I did not. I showed them my Amazon account that it comes with a big balloon and small ones. they did nothing but gave me a refund for the helium. now I'm out of money from Amazon of the big balloon that I purchase. very unprofessional and will NEVER EVER COME BACK

Tremendous stores has everything you must need for party supplies. Very nice laid out as well.

They just opened this location. Everything is really over priced, staff isn't so friendly. When I asked the lady to see if there was a place where I can find party supply's for cheaper she said we'd have to go miles away! Any way after we left we got some donuts next door and realized there was another piñata store with TONS of custom piñatas, candy, every party candy or anything you need from plates napkin, and all. Don't let this over priced store fool you. Not only did she lie and say there wasn't anything any where closer, I understand that it's competition, but oh well. Won't ever be coming here!

i was in desperate need of getting balloons on new year's eve and after going to every party city in town and being disappointed i decided to stop by here and see if they had anything. they had everything i was looking for and were very fast and sufficient! i love it here
