Can't remember when was the last time when I sad wow when I got my food. The food was delivered to us. I don't know should I make a comment on their pita bread which was still warm when it got delivered to us. I took one brad and start to eat just plain bread which was delicious. Then I realized I can eat together with white sauce (tzatziki). So I had two breads with white sauce and it felt so good, like home made bread. I still had my chicken bowl to eat. Chicken came with rice/row carrots/lettuce/chickpeas/tomato and cucumber and it was fresh and delicious. But the best parts are their sauces. Green sauce is combination of cilantro and parsley with something else added but it was delicious. The orange sauce i think it had curry or ginger or turmeric not 100% sure what was inside but it was delicious, maybe little too spicy for my taste. But I made it to eat somehow. Baklava wasn't great so I won't coment. But the rest of the food was amazing. Definitely coming back.

I have never eaten here before. I absolutely love Mediterranean food. However, I found myself disappointed with this restaurants food. My food was personally delivered to me. So I did not get to see the inside of the restaurant nor experience their customer service. My steak was oily and burnt. It looks like they gave me the scraps that needed to be tossed out.My pita bread was cold. I am used to the bread being served warm at other establishments. However, that wasn't the case at this one.The hummus was mid. The overall dish flavors were truly lacking in my opinion. I was highly disappointed.Yet, this is just my opinion and my tastebuds. If you would like to try this place out. I encourage you to do so. For me. I will not be coming back.Thank you

Love the decor of the location ...multiple tables to sit at and TVs to watch ...always clean... The food is always so good and fresh tasting. All of the people who work there have always been so nice. if you haven't been you need to go. prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

First time at this location (previously enjoyed the location on Sunset and Pecos Rd.). Parsley Modern Mediterranean has quickly become a favorite of mine. Delicious and fresh every time, with friendly staff and consistency no matter which location you visit. I'd describe Parsely Modern Mediterranean as the Mediterranean Chipotle. You enter and choose your meal in 4 steps: you pick your protein, style, toppings, and dressing. I highly recommend the beef kabob basmati bowl. It is EXCELLENT! The salad, sumac onions, tzatziki sauce, tahini sauce, and pita bread really complement the beef kabob and fluffy basmati rice. The portions are HUGE, too!!! I can easily split one basmati bowl into dinner, lunch, and a snack. Talk about bang for your buck! You have GOT to stop by and enjoy a truly delicious, authentic Mediterranean meal here. They're clean, provide excellent service, phenomenal food at reasonable prices, and dog friendly outdoor seating. What more could one wish for?!

Solid DIY Mediterranean bowl place! I've been looking for a Cava dupe in Vegas and was recommended this place. Reminds me more of Halal Guys upgrade. It doesn't have the same grain (brown rice) and dark green variety (kale, spinach, etc.) I crave but still a solid contender. Parsley is one of my Las Vegas staples for a hearty but healthy meal. If you're thinking of a kebab, there's a 15 minute wait but it's worth it. My go to is a chicken shawarma bowl but I've also tried the falafel and it was excellent. Don't miss out on their mint tea, it's perfectly brewed.

I'd liken this place to a Mediterranean chipotle, except the portions are waaaay bigger! You choose what type of food you want, I went with the basmati rice bowl, and from there they have tons of free toppings, and then some toppings that are extra but definitely worth it. We also had the feta green beans appetizer and it was delicious! I had almost half a bowl of leftovers, and it was definitely worth the money. It's quick service and just a casual restaurant, so it's not necessarily a big date night place or anything, but for a lunch or quick meal, it's absolutely worth it.

Very good, just very good. I dream of the falafels, they're so flavorful, crispy, warm, delicious. Everything is very good. To be honest, I only like this location because the workers are absolutely awesome and give a bunch of food and are super kind. The other locations they're so so stingy.
