Went here for my first time after spending hours at Sunset playing disc golf. We were all hungry, wanted something quick but healthy. So happy my husband found this place and took us there.Its basically a subway for Mediterranean food! You pick your style, bowl, plate, wrap, pick your protein and toppings!We both got the bowl and it took me about 3 meals to finish haha. I added the hummas and tasiki sauce, each an extra $1. Wish the sauce was included. I don't mind paying for the hummas but without the sauce I don't think the meal would be as good as it was.Best part (besides being fast and affordable) is the amazing portions. Every one left happy and full!

Big fan of mediterranean food and building my own bowls! I went here for lunch with my husband and there was no issue getting food if youre in a rush. We ordered to-go and the staff was very quick.Food: i ordered the chicken schwarma bowl which is a marinated chicken leg with other sides and toppings. The toppings were all so fresh, and the chicken was cut straight off the rotater. this might just me being picky, but the chicken was a bit thin, i think if the cut was thicker it wouldve have alot more flavor, but i cant compain, the portions were HUGE!Price: I paid about $15 for a bowl and it was so worth the price because you get so much.Service: the staff hooked it up, I was so shocked how much rice the staff poured. She was quick as well.Overall, if youre looking for a big meal and best bang for your buck for a flavorful bowl, then this is your spot!

We recently moved into a neighborhood not far from Parsley Mediterranean and were so excited to find a spot for delicious, fresh Mediterranean food. I came with my husband, kids, niece, and sister, eager to try something new.Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The ladies behind the food counter were incredibly uninviting, one of them had a demeaning, condescending tone and borderline rude (actually, full out rude) . This couldn't have been a language barrier since we all speak Spanish, and when they said something in Spanish, I replied in kind.As a total foodie who lives for discovering great local spots, this was such a letdown. We all want to feel welcomed when we go out to eat, especially when trying new places with family. It wasn't just bad service; it was bad vibes and terrible customer service to me, my kids and my extended family.I dislike leaving negative reviews on platforms like Yelp,and as you see from my profile I've never really had to. Unfortunately bad service, and find hair on our food left me with no choice.....Parsley team, I hope you can work on improving the kindness and reception toward your customers. The food might be okay, but the service truly sets the tone. There are so many more welcoming spots in Vegas to try! I wish we had left feeling excited to come back, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. On top of that we found a hair in the salad, at this point we don't know if it was on purpose or not.

My husband and I tried this fast-casual Mediterranean spot while spending the night in Vegas. The meat and toppings are good but the sauces were subpar which made the whole thing hard to consume. The tzatziki was bland and the hot sauces are not for the faint of heart. The service was awfully kind and helpful. It's small and hot inside - more a spot for takeout than for hanging around. It got the job done and filled my tummy but was nothing special.

Hummus was good but meat needs more attention.I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl ahead of time. It wasn't ready when I got there. I had to wait another 10min when I arrived there. They gave me 1 big piece of pita which was not really enough for all the humus. There were no veggies which was disappointing. The major disappointment was the meat was so DRY. It tasted like it's been sitting around for hours and dried up. This is suppose to be the main protein on my plate. Service was okay except for the wait! Ambiance is casual.

This place introduced me into Mediterranean!!!! This is like a Mediterranean chipotle!!! They offer multiple meat options in which you can get a bowl, a platter, a sandwich or even some fries!!!! All customized your way! My favorite will be a chicken Shawarma bowl with pita on the side topped with veggies Taziki sauce, and feta (: The rice is hit or miss here I do notice that it can be slightly hard idk if it's been sitting there :( For what this is and the price it is delicious ! This is more Arabic based as they offer falafel as well.

Parsley makes some of the best Mediterranean balls that you can have. I generally go with the half rice, half salad plate with chicken and all the toppings. If you like spicy, I recommend both the green and the red as their salsa is extremely tasty and has a good kick to it. For under $15 you end up leaving with a really good portion and if you do the Yelp check-in you end up leaving with a free baklava.
