dont know why they dont have a better rating, i booked the cheapest room and it was better than i expected!!! clean and thoughtfully decorate. tv can turn certain angle toward bed. sofa bench against the window. yes they need a mini fridge though!!! you can for a fee but seriously who wants to add on top of resorts fee? location is great, as soon as you walk out the front, theres escalators and go across the street stock up on water and snacks from the ABC store.

Our family of four stayed at Park MGM from Monday to Thursday. This is my third time visiting Las Vegas and this is my favorite hotel to stay at thus far. 1) The hotel is a non-smoking property so the air quality is better and that is particularly important with young children. 2) Our room was on the Nomad side and we had a king room with a long couch and table. It was more than enough space for our family. 3) The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped with the basic toiletries and necessities. 4) Service was polite and efficient. We requested for extra towels and an electric kettle during our stay and both items arrived within 20 minutes.5) The location is in close proximity to Eataly, Hello Kitty Cafe, M&M Store, and Coca-Cola Store. It is very convenient for families with young children. It is classy, comfortable, and convenient.

Finally, a Vegas hotel that doesn't smell like an ashtray! Park MGM is a non-smoking oasis in the middle of the Strip, and honestly, that alone is worth a stay. But beyond the fresh air, this hotel has everything--a casino, great restaurants, and some solid shopping options. My absolute favorite part? Eataly. If you're a fan of Italian food (and let's be real, who isn't?), this place is heaven. It's like a little marketplace of Italian bites, wines, and full-on dining experiences. You can wander through, grab a coffee, a pastry, some fresh pasta--whatever your heart desires. Now, let's talk about the room. The view? Stunning. You get a panoramic look at the mountains and the city, which is a total wow moment when you first walk in. The decor is stylish and modern, very on-brand for a chic Vegas stay. But here's where they lost a star: the dust. I'm talking dust on the lighting fixtures, behind the bed--places that clearly haven't seen a cleaning rag in a while. It didn't ruin the stay, but it was noticeable.Would I recommend Park MGM? Absolutely. It's classy, comfortable, and a nice escape from the usual Vegas chaos. Just maybe bring a dust cloth if you're a neat freak!

After reading hundreds of reviews online I was scared to book any hotel in Las Vegas to be honest. A friend of mine recommended Park MGM and I'm so happy I listened to them. I believe this is one of the only hotels on the strip that has a smoke free casino and hotel all in one. This hotel is literally breath of fresh air. When walking into the Park MGM the lobby was really nice and quite busy. All the staff at the service desk areas were nice and helpful. We checked in through the app and then through the kiosk and was a simple process. Our room wasn't ready but we left our bags with the bellhop and did some exploring of the strip. Once the room was ready we received a text with our room information, we didn't like that our room was on the lower floor so we called the front desk and they moved us to a higher floor with a better view. We were so pleased with the customer service.Once we got to the room it was nice and clean and had all your typical hotel amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the window shades blocked all the sunshine, that it was hard to tell what time of the day it was lol (which we appreciated in our case). We loved everything about our time at the Park MGM and will always book here when in Vegas. Also the location of this hotel is perfect walking distance from the other hotels, stores, and restaurants. They also have a tram service that goes to other hotels that was really helpful when walking.

A classic landmark of Las Vegas! This is a location that always seems to have something to draw you in, but one I've never stayed at. I adore the Hello Kitty Cafe and found myself wandering the area to see what other places they had to offer. Overall, I would recommend visiting if in the area.

Beautiful hotel, with modern updated rooms. The room was very clean and smelled good when I checked in. They didn't skimp on daily cleanings like some hotels do nowadays. It is the perfect stay if you're coming to see a show at the Dolby. You can literally just walk downstairs and never have to leave the building. It can be hard and very time consuming trying to uber here for a show, so it's a must stay for me. However, I stayed in a double queen room and I just noticed little things that were lacking. No mini fridge or microwave (though you can request a fridge and they'll bring one up for a fee...). There also wasn't a hand towel bar in the bathroom. The bathroom has good lighting to do makeup and the water pressure was great. Downstairs there's so many options. Again, you don't have to leave much if you don't want to. For food/coffee there's Starbucks, a casual Cuban spot, a classic American brunch/breakfast spot, a steakhouse, etc. I also love that this hotel/casino is a no smoking building.

I liked my stay at the Park MGM. It was the last leg of our coast to coast road trip before going home. The Park MGM left me pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick and easy. As a Marriott elite member, I was able to check in at the VIP desk. I was given an upgrade to a higher floor. My room was a stay well room. The stay well started as soon as we got off the elevator where we could smell an orange citrus smell. The room was nice. We were given a room with 2 queen beds. The bed was comfortable. The room had an air purification system with what seemed like a HEPA filter. The Aromatherapy made our room smell like an orange. The shower had a Vitamin C shower infuser which is supposedly good for both my skin and hair. This resort had a nice gym with lots of equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, and different weight machines. The gym was clean and head both wipes and towels. It was one of the nicer hotel gyms that I've seen. A breakfast credit is given to Marriott Titanium elites and ambassadors. I was able to get breakfast at La Pasticciera located in Eataly. It was a great stay at the Park MGM.

Stayed here for a night with family and really liked the room we were in. There was a bar, a nice bathroom, large closet space and two couches. The hotel is the former Monte Carlo, so although it was remodeled, you can tell there are some things that could use an upgrade like the light switches. I do like the aesthetics of this place, especially all the dark green touches. Another bonus to this hotel is that the casino is smoke free!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here.As first timers ever in booking and vacationing as one family, we had a blast. Despite there was a down side on our first night, it was resolved successfully the next day. We did have a beautiful view from our room, not the Strip view but it was something. They have Eataly, my husband who is from Europe, he basically hanged out there most of the time. Coffee and the food were incredible.
