Our stay at the Paris was mainly pleasant which is why we give 4 stars. Starting with the check in process; our receptionist Valentin was exceptional. We asked him if a room with a strip view was available because it's our 4 year anniversary and he said "I gave you guys a slightly better room" and he managed to give us a suite on the 32nd floor (second to last) with a view of the Paris and Bellagio Fountain. Valentin deserves a raise as he made our check in experience and our anniversary a wonderful and special one. Valentin deserves 5 stars. Now once we checked into the room, the room was clean HOWEVER we found dirty socks all around the room. Under the bed, under the curtains. The people who stayed in before must've left sockless. Not a big deal, it happens. The bedding was clean, the bathrooms were clean so no complaints there. One thing that surprised me is that whenever I called and asked for basic hygiene products, they were all out???!! I've stayed at Caesar Rewards Properties including the Caesar's Palace itself and last time I asked for a toothpaste tube or shaving kit, they always provided it with promptness. This time at Paris, they had NOTHING. Not sure if it's a budget cut thing or they just ran out right when we checked in but it was just odd.

Our stay at the hotel would have been pleasant but due to the lack of follow through and unkept machinery, it turned into a lackluster experience. We arrived on Friday afternoon and it started out great. The check in process was smooth and only took a few minutes. When we arrived at our room and did the walk through, we noticed the provided vanity mirror wasn't working. My fiancee immediately called the front desk and asked for a replacement. She was told a replacement would be sent up shortly. We left to celebrate Valentine's Day and figured when we returned to the room, the replacement would be there. It was not. The next day, we decided to indulge in the huge tub our room had. Right before getting the water running, my faincee noticed a ring of dark film surrounding the bottom of the tub. Again she called the front desk, brought the issue to their attention, and they promised to take care of it right away. Again, we left the room to explore Las Vegas figuring when we returned to our room, the replacement mirror would be there and the tub would be clean. We returned to our room later in the day and were highly disappointed to see neither issue had been remedied. Because I wanted my fiancee to enjoy the tub we paid for, I washed it out myself. At this point, we walked downstairs to talk to the front desk directly. We brought it to their attention that we've now asked for two issues to be taken care of and that both haven't been fixed spanning multiple days. We were there another day and a half but the issues were never handled. The icing on the cake was what happened after we checked out. As we began our trip out of their parking garage, we took the first turn to the exit from the second floor. We were met with a huge backed up line of cars. After roughly 40 minutes we finally made it to the pay machine and that's when we found out the reason for the long line. The machine to pay was faulty and not reading the parking tickets. It took us a good 5 minutes of fumbling with the machine for it to finally read the ticket, accept our payment, and let us out of the garage. Due to the extended time it took us to exit the garage because of the faulty machine, we missed our flight home and had to spend an extra 3 hours at the airport. All in all, it was an underwhelming experience and not worth the cost of the room. I will no longer be giving my business to them and hope they offer compensation for the poor experience. Other things to note:- The ice machine on our floor was also broken- You have to pay for the coffee in the room- House keeping never replenished our towels, body wash, or shampoo

Very pricey for what you get, although that is Vegas Expensive. They charge you for the air that you breathe.Check-in was not smooth at all. We paid for early checking out keys did not work, had it redid twice. Waited precious time until finally, they gave us another room with a poor view.No coffee in rooms, and you are forced to go downstairs to any of the multiple places that serve coffee and wait in line for at least 30 minutes - feels like an eternity. The room was nice, clean, and comfy beds. The location is excellent, we walk all over the strip for 3 days

Didn't have one issue staying at the Paris. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful when checking in. Be aware that the Horseshoe is connected to the same garage, so when you exit make sure you head the right way to checking or it will be a long walk back to the Paris.one of my favorite, most chill casinos.

My first time staying at Paris. Check in/registration could use some work, took way too long. There was not enough staff for these long lines, they didn't seem to care. I don't know if they have a formula to decide how to staff for the various times throughout the day, but could use some work. I didn't get much orientation or direction upon check in, or even a map of how to get to the hotel towers, which is a walk further down. But after a few times circling around for a while, we eventually acclaimated to the large space of the casino, hotel, restaurants, and ballrooms. My room was a king for $199/night (conference rate) with an Effile tower & pool view, on the 16th floor. I could see the Bellagio water show from my window, which I loved. The room was updated enough for me, and I was satisfied with my stay. Bathroom was large, even had a tub. My room was cleaned, and bed made each day without having to specifically request for it, which I appreciate. Lots of restaurants throughout. Such as Vanderpump, Martha Stewart, Gordon Ramsey, Nobu, etc. I was there for a work conference. During the day I was at the sprawling conference center ballrooms. It's a massive space, and freezing cold, as expected at any conference. Buffet style breakfast and lunches, which I presume is catered by the hotel.

We checked in on Christmas Day around 3:30 p.m. Of course, there was a line that was one hour long. Our bad. It's Christmas, and tons of people decided to go to Vegas, too.I'd love to write something good about this place first. Let's start with its location on the strip. You will be within walking distance of many places... if you can push through the masses of people who have no manners. Now, let's get to the subpar things about this hotel. After we checked in and went to the room, we noticed the TV didn't work. So, I called the front desk and got connected to someone in another country. How did that happen? The person answering the phone did not care that the TV didn't work. She said she would send someone as soon as possible to fix the problem. Well, an hour later, no response.I called again and got connected to the same person or someone who sounded like the first person. She said to turn off the TV and turn it back on as they were "resetting" our internet. Well, that didn't make sense. Were they going to reset the whole hotel's internet for our sake? After 15 minutes, the TV failed to work. I called again. Lo and behold, I got someone in another country again telling me they'd send someone. She didn't know when, but they would. We went walking and came back hours later. Still, the TV didn't work. We called again and asked for a manager. The lady said she could not let us talk to a manager and told us we had to come to the front desk. She's paid pennies to answer the phone overseas. Then she hung up on us.So we went downstairs and waited in line 15 minutes to talk about this TV that didn't work. The guy at the front desk was apologetic and gave us a refund of the resort fee. Our "ticket" has been expedited and the "engineer" will be handling it. The "manager" called himself.Guess what? I'm writing this post 7 hours after first reporting the issue. Does our TV work? Nope. Might as well give up on that battle.Besides that, the carpet was old and gross. There was a smoky smell that permeated through the room. And there was no coffee maker or microwave. The pillows are not comfy; the mattress hard. The most basic hotel rooms have better.Ehhh... Stay somewhere else for the price.

This has been by favorite hotel on the strip. The rooms were clean, not deteriorating, and cute! It was very spacious which was perfect for 3 people. I liked how there was a mini fridge and a bathtub, things that a lot of hotels have gotten rid of. The staff here were friendly and the house keepers were really nice too. Definitely recommend!

I love this hotel. The casino area with the Paris theme and the boutique shops and restaurants was fun. This hotel hosts many great restaurants. Only negative is they need to be on top of maintenance. Some wear and tear showing in the rooms and the hallways.

This is our second time staying at the Paris Las Vegas on Las Vegas Blvd. in three monthsWe are giving the Paris Hotel five stars because every time we check in it goes really fast, even though the line looks long. They get you through it very, very fast and nice. Also, a great feature in the room is that they have YouTube. We watch YouTube a lot on the TV at home and we enjoy this. Check out is at 11. If you want a 12 o'clock check out it is $20. And well worth it. Another thing is the rates are really good for the Paris. Also, we and Vanderpump Paris, and it was one of the best experiences for my friend Birthday that we've ever had. They have many great restaurants here, so you can almost spend a few days here and never have to leave.Thank you, Paris hotel we will be back again soon
