Pizza was just meh. There was hardly any cheese on it and just spots of dough and sauce. I'll pass next time .

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!We ordered online for delivery, on app it says it was delivered, but no pizza on our door. When we tried to call the store location, the automated system put us on hold for 30 minutes and nothing. I tried to place an order and someone answered. I told her about my problem and she "tried" to call the store location and NO ANSWER. She gave me a customer service number, and the person cannot help us, and have no answer as to where our pizza is. So now we are out of $35 and NO PIZZA, and will take up to 24 hours for a manager to call us back. WORST CUSTOMER service I've encountered. And that's something from someone in Vegas.

I'll never come back here. Service sucks, the three people that are working here are all eating product while they're making pizzas and standing at the order counter. Trying to order a pizza from the online menu that doesn't appear on my phone after doing the scan. I finally just order a promo pizza from what they have on their counter medium three meat.

Tonight this location was not letting customers in the front door. They were serving pizzas and other products through the window only. Its very poor customer service, and the so called manager was rude to me when he was leaving the building and locking the door behind him. He told me to cancel my order and get my money back. Its cold here when the sun goes down and homeless people hang out up and down Boulder Highway. The pizza also had very little toppings on it !!! Again, very poor customer service !!!!!!

This Papa John's Pizza on Boulder in Vegas is absolutely perfect. We've ordered in store, online for pick up & online delivery and every time it's hot, fresh & delicious. The in store staff are friendly & courteous.The delivery people have been amazing.. giving text message updates on pizza status & traffic issues. The general location may not be the best but trust me the employees won't let you down.

Friend ordered pizza. Not delivered. Tried to call manager. They hung up on him. Terrible service.

I used to love Papa John's but I rarely buy this band because the quality is inconsistent. Decided to give it another chance tonight because we wanted to try the new Parmesan crust pizza and the stuffed crust option. We ordered: 1) a large "Epic stuffed crust" with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, black olives 2) a large "Deluxe Cheese Crispy Parm Pizza" w/ 2-Cheese Alfredo Sauce3) Cinnamon pull apart bread4) 2 liter of PepsiPros: easy ordering online, delivery within 30 minutes, friendly driverThe stuffed crust pizza was just ok, the original sauce tasted good and toppings were evenly distributed but the Canadian bacon looked and tasted more like week-old ham. Not sure what cheese is used to stuff the crust but it tastes a lot like uncooked dough... way more bread than cheese in this crust - unfortunately not what I'd call "Epic". I really should know better, this reminds me of Pizza Hut's stuffed crust and just as boring. Damn my cheese addiction and need to try everything stuffed with cheese!The Cinnamon Pull Apart bread was just "ok" as well, icing was a bit on the gritty side, but it's cinnamon and sugar so of course we're going to eat it. The most unfortunate part of the meal was the new Deluxe Cheese Crispy Parm Pizza with 2-Cheese Alfredo Sauce. This looks really good in the commercials and online. The description online: "On the top, two melty cheeses with alfredo and pizza sauce. On the bottom, parmesan and romano cheese baked onto the crust. Our Deluxe Cheese Crispy Parm Pizza brings extra cheesy, crispy flavor to every side of each slice! Finished with Italian Seasoning." This is not what we received at all. Very little parm crust, not finished with Italian seasoning, nor was it extra cheesy - there was no discernible Alfredo sauce on the pizza and a slight amount of cheese (photos attached). Crust is definitely crispy like a cracker, thankfully I got a spicy garlic butter to dip it in or I wouldn't have finished my slice. $62 (tip included) for the entire meal was really high for what we received and that's after $12 in discounts. If these had arrived piping hot, flavorful and as advertised I wouldn't have minded the price. We'll stick to our other local pizzerias in the future.

I've had many issues at this location but decided I wanted to give them another shot we ordered 4 pizzas and they were actually made decent! The garlic butters opened and spilt on the pizzas but we called and they corrected that issue i hope next time we order the pizzas are made just as good!!! Im going to request that they put the garlic butter on the side next time.

Ordered three pizzas for delivery, two of them came and tasted fine but the third one didn't and we just got an empty box. 30 minutes on hold to speak to a manager and no answer. Never ordering from this location again f*ck this place

Pizza was great, however the person at the counter with his salty face was horrible. He had me wait 20 minutes additional for my order when the entire time the order was ready! Customer service has to improve!
