Papa Johns Pizza

I went to this Papa John's on December 31st and not only did they make my pizza exactly how I ordered it, but they were also extremely honest. I had been distracted while paying and picking up my order, which led me to forget my wallet behind. Soon after I received a call from the store telling me what I forgot and that they would keep it safe until I was able to come and pick it up. I cannot relay on how pleasant this experience was and I hope that these employees can be recognized for their extreme honesty. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I ordered a pizza soaked in the garlic dipping sauce? This is not how you serve food. Do you do inventory inspection/check? Obviously not.Do better papa John's

This is the papa John's that I frequent since I live close by and the pizza is always good. It isn't going to be the best pizza you ever had but it's always consistent.

By far thee worse manager I've ever spoke to! I asked for paper plates for the $90 order my family placed and the lady who answered said it would be no issue to have them delivered with my order. Didn't get the plates and no apology from the manager and told me to order the paper plates from the app lol never again and we have ordered for the last two weeks the same order I'll find a different papa johns and will be ordering with a different one for my basketball events as well as football events.

My new favorite pizza place! For some reason I've never tried Papa John's but I recently saw a commercial for garlic epic stuffed crust and I knew I had to have it. It looks so good on the commercial. I'm happy to say the pizza looked exactly how it looked on the commercial I couldn't believe it and it was so yummy. We ordered online and picked up in store and they had it ready in about 20 minutes on a Friday evening at that! Very efficient location and the quality of the food was perfect will be back

I'm not picky about pizza at all bc it's my favorite food, but I'm genuinely upset with how they did me tonight. The pizza was lukewarm even though I live pretty much DIRECTLY next to the location, there was nearly no sauce on there whatsoever (It was literally so dry that I had to add my own sauce & cheese), and my garlic cup came spilled and flip upside down.

Tried mostly all there pizzas on the menu and I'm definitely getting the Alfredo sauce with spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms. That one was really good. It's very difficult to find that pizza with red sauce and just cheese, like pizza rock makes but this Alfredo pizza will do. Papa johns has good deals on there app. Definitely take advantage of them.

Papa John's is wonderful. Their food is great. Unfortunately, if you're an American and only speak english, do not order from them. Except for on the weekends because they only use DoorDash and none of them speak english, so none of them can find the place. I've been over an hour waiting for my pizza. They had to remake it because it came with no seals on it. So I don't know if the driver did something to it or not, but not taking the chance. Now, this one he's been 15 minutes. Looking for the place because here again, he only speaks Spanish and doesn't understand it. English and I don't speak in Spanish.So this is ridiculous.I will order from pizza hut if I want pizza during the week

I hardly ever give 1 star, I ordered a pizza that was a replacement from the last I ordered from here, I ordered extra sauce on my pizza but it looks and seems like they barely put anything on it, it is so dry I can't even swallow it

I decided to try the new Ny style pizza from this store. When I received the pizza it was extremely doughy and the crust WAS NOT crispy and thin. I spoke with FABIAN who I was nice to about wanting a refund for the pizza because i simply did not like it, he first told me that's how the pizza should be made and asked if I wanted him to make me a new one which I declined because if that's how the pizza is made WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER PIZZA THE SAME EXACT WAY. All I simply wanted was a refund for the pizza but he said he did not want to refund the pizza until he got the pizza back, WHICH I CHOSE DELIVERY, if I had a ride to drop off the pizza I wouldn't have chose delivery I would have just picked it up. When I told him I don't have a ride there since I had it delivered he said for me to bring it tomorrow. Unbelievable. If that's how they treat customers who simply just don't like the food then Fabio should NOT be running this store . I will be complaining to corporate, someone who actually has great customer service and knows how to deal with situations when the BUYING customer aren't pleased with the food.
