Panera Bread

I've been to this Panera many, many times, but finally got around to writing a review. I would say in past visits I was 50/50 - drive thru vs walking inside. At times I had my food from the drive-thru perfect, other times, it was OK. This particular visit was a walk-in and I wanted to try these new dipping sandwiches that I saw on a commercial. Walking in, I needed the help of a Panera team member as I had questions before I ordered the dippers. The team member was very helpful and patient. Kudos to him!The sandwiches were quite good. As I've said at the top of my review, it can be hit and miss at times here, but I did enjoy the dippers. Both the chicken and beef dippers were good. I think this is not a good item for a drive-thru or to-go because when the sandwich is toasted, it's best to consume on the premises. Panera's app had a coupon for the sandwiches so that helps because Panera isn't a cheap place either for what you get. When you go - check your app first for deals!

This is definitely not a critique on the food. Ordered two sandwiches.Both the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and the Toasted Frontega Chicken were well balanced and richly flavorful. We took the food to Lee Canyon at Mount Charleston and it was still hot when we got there. Service was very slow despite the amount of employees working. The gentleman checking the food quite literally used his bare hand to check my bag which included a loose baguette. I got my food about 10 minutes after the time it initially told me it would be ready by in the app. Can't really blame them for being backed up. The dining area is spacious, but it was pretty crowded when I showed up (around lunch time on a Sunday). Considering how some Panera locations get, this one was pretty well cleaned and maintained.

This Panera does as well as every Panera I've been to. The staff is wonderful and accommodating, but the experience is very slow and there's a good chance you will be sitting and waiting. Make sure to order well ahead and make sure to double check your order when you pick it up. The food is exactly what you expect from a Panera, and this particular location is clean and nice if you want to dine in.

Food was good. Service workers were friendly. Tables and bathrooms were dirty and the booth cushions are cracked and flaky. Seems like an average panera to me

Solidly mediocre. You want a bland sandwich and a cup of soup? This is your place. You want a standard-issue salad? This is your place. You want a mediocre breakfast sandwich with some unsalted limp eggs and cheese? This is your place. I walked in the other day and decided to try their avocado toast, which was advertised as 'new'. What I got was a dry piece of toast and a light smear of something green. Assuming it was avocado but could have been avocado pulp. I am well aware that the way food is advertised is not what you're getting - but this was blatant that it felt like a bait-and-switch. I'm not sure how these people stay in business; must be a lot of people that like bland, standard-issue cafeteria food.

I love coming to this location because it's clean, staff are friendly, and the food is excellent. Whether you order through their app, in-person using their kiosk, or with their employee, the food comes out fresh.I personally enjoy their pick 2 menu because it allows me to get a salad or soup with my sandwich. Their pastries are fresh and I never had an issue.I would recommend this location. There is plenty of parking spaces in the front since it shares the lot with 3 other standalone restaurants.

6/27/235:00pmDinner date Spicy chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup 10/10.... Spicy....Yumm! And soup wasn't bland.Ham sandwich, cheddar cheese broccoli and fruit salad 10/10. Perfect portion, broccoli was delicious.Mango Yuzu Citrus - With Guarana & Caffeine 10/10 just be prepared to be wired lolRestaurant is clean, staff is friendly and food was hot. Sat outside as the weather was nice.

The food was fresh and made to order. We got our food quickly! I had the Asian Chicken Salad, We also had the Pizza and the turkey club. The Asian salad was excellent!!!! Crunchy and sweet..... very good!

I'm sooo sad. I love this restaurant and usually they are on it. But I ordered my favorite sandwich for my birthday lunch at work and asked for extra sauce on the side and there was no sauce on the sandwich or on the side. Super dry sandwich! I'm sooo sad. On my birthday.

Coming in later mornings, early afternoon, is great when I see Gaye. She made it a point to remember me and is always so welcoming. She makes great conversation about whatever I'm getting for the day. She never fails to make the start of my day great. My order is always correct and good. Always happy to order here.
