I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Palermo's Pizza has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it as a warning to others. This place is absolutely terrible, not only because of the subpar pizza but also because of their invasive and unprofessional marketing tactics. If you value your peace and privacy, stay far away.Let's start with the pizza, which is, quite frankly, awful. I gave Palermo's multiple chances, hoping for a better experience each time, but it never came. The crust is rubbery, the sauce is bland, and the cheese doesn't even melt properly. It's like they use low-quality ingredients and don't put any effort into preparation. Every slice felt like something you'd expect from a cheap fast-food joint rather than a proper pizzeria. The toppings are sparse, and the whole thing just lacks flavor. If you're in Las Vegas and craving good pizza, don't waste your time or money here. But the pizza isn't even the worst part. What really pushed me to leave this review is the ridiculous and completely invasive marketing strategy they employ. My friends and I are staying in a hotel in Las Vegas, and for the past few days, we've come back to our rooms to find multiple flyers from Palermo's Pizza slipped under our door. This has been happening every day, without fail. We've reached the point where we feel harassed rather than advertised to.We even asked the hotel front desk if they could speak to the pizza place about stopping this nonsense. Apparently, they've received complaints about it before, and it's a known issue with Palermo's. The hotel staff tried to address it with the pizzeria, but clearly, it hasn't worked. It's one thing to advertise, but it's entirely another to disregard both hotel policies and customer privacy to the extent that they're constantly bombarding us with flyers as if we have no choice but to take notice. At this point, it feels like a form of harassment. The whole experience with Palermo's Pizza is a case study in how not to run a business. Instead of putting effort into creating a great product and earning customer loyalty, they've decided that pestering hotel guests with flyers is the best way to get business. It's unprofessional and utterly tacky. Instead of making me want to order, it's made me actively avoid them. I feel manipulated rather than invited, and that's not a feeling any business should aim for.In short, Palermo's Pizza offers mid food at best and engages in an incredibly invasive marketing tactic that will leave you frustrated. If you're looking for good pizza and a relaxing time, do yourself a favor and skip this place. The constant barrage of flyers under our door has been one of the most annoying things I've experienced during my stay. Don't waste your time or energy on this one--there are plenty of other places in Vegas that will treat you with respect and offer better food.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! I order from Palermo's often for my job catering. After the first time Jocelyn knew me by name and makes sure to call me when my orders are complete and ready for pickup. The food is SO tasty. I have 12 coworkers and everybody always asks what's the name of the place I order the pizza from because it's so good. The meat lovers is my absolute favorite but the supreme and the margarita is also good. Honestly they're ALL really good. They're usually pretty quick and the quality is always the same and very good. The service is amazing, again Jocelyn is SO sweet. Very helpful and always makes it a smooth experience. If you're looking for a new pizza spot - THIS IS IT !

The food was awful. Don't waste your money, they charge us $6 delivery charge. That's a little high. I will not order nor eat anything from this place again. No ambience.

I appreciate the feedback, however. I asked the woman cashier if you guys had other slices than cheese and she said no. No suggestion that toppings could be added. Better training?

Meh.. sub par in my humble opinion, not horrible, but doesn't live up to the reviews of some of the people who obviously don't know what real Pizza is & certainly not the best!

If you're in the mood for top-notch pizza delivered right to your door, this pizzeria is a must-try!I ordered the Margherita pizza, and it was fantastic. The crust was perfect and the mozzarella was so good. Very high quality ingredients. If you're looking for a delicious pizza without leaving your room, this pizzeria is the perfect choice!

I love this place. Everybody that works. There is super nice, especially the lady that works. At the front counter, I think her name is Jen. 10 out of 10 recommend, and there 2 slices and a soda deal is the best. The pizza is amazing and very fairly priced. If you haven't checked this place out you're missing out

**BEWARE**Owner or employee stole my credit card information from MULTIPLE cards on MULTIPLE occasions after placing orders here. I ordered through their direct website (not a third-party app). I had to file a bunch of reports (i.e. BBB, FTC, Police, etc.) and cancel multiple credit cards. I created this Yelp account so I could warn others, I didn't want to use my own personal account because I like to keep the mystery of which one of your customers is going to ruin their life and hunt them down. :)I almost didn't believe that Palermo Pizza was the place stealing my credit card information (because I'm in Las Vegas and there are skimmers everywhere), but after a few times they stole my credit card information, I knew they messed up. I placed multiple orders online through their direct website, not a third party, and after the first time, I just went about my business and closed the account. The next time is where they messed up:Number 1 - I had a brand new credit card account and this pizza order was the first purchase I had made. Not even 24 hours later my information was stolen. Now this is when all doubt was gone and it was pretty easy to track down where the culprit was.Number 2 - He used his personal Apple, Snapchat, Discord, etc. accounts and I now have his information too! Good luck with that one buddy.Anyway... This was really disappointing because this pizza place has actually really, really good food. That's why I ordered multiple times. If you want to try them I would suggest cash only and probably not even give them your real first name. Oh and, good luck getting this review removed. I BROUGHT RECEIPTS
