Oyster Bar

I walked up at 11 am right when they were opening and I was first to sit. The server and bartender were super friendly. The prices are high but it's the Red Rock and I expected that. I'd knock it down a little for price but everything else was great. No beers on tap. I asked the bartender what mixed drinks he liked to make and he said he was an "old fashioned guy". Pretty good Old Fashioned for regular ice. The gumbo had a very brown gravy type base. Different than the oyster bar at the Durango. A couple things could elevate this to a 5 star. Lower the prices just a tad and elevate your ice for old fashioned to a single cube.

Tldr, customer service was so bad, we didnt bother staying to try the food. Don't bother trying unless you have an abundance of time and don't mind your time being wasted. Party of 3 was standing in line for 5+ minutes, recieved no acknowledgement from staff. A second party of 2 walks up, they get greeted by staff and sat ahead of us. Still no acknowledgement from staff, we left quite upset after this.

We stayed at the Red Rock so we decided to use our resort credit at the Oyster Bar. I'm pretty picky about our Pan Roast so it had high expectations for this place. We ordered 2 "The Combo" Pan Roast, Red Rock Pan Roast, and House Gumbo. All the items tasted descent. Overall, I wished they had put in more seafood in the Pan Roasts and Gumbo. I also wished the cook was a bit friendly but I did appreciate our server Duante being happy and upbeat. It was also a plus we didn't have to wait in line, but I know why there was no lines.

Roger Roger Roger!! This Oyster Bar chain shucks their oysters fresh on order vs other locations that shuck it in the morning ahead of time in local Vegas. Monday-Friday Rodger is here! Close late 11pm.Old review from October 2024 Visit.

Late Post...Ate here a couple of weeks ago. Food was awesome. Drinks were awesome. Best Sangria ever! The clam chowder was Amazing!! Will definitely be back

I love this Oyster Bar inside Red Rock Casino!! Ambiance is sleek and modern. Employees are all so friendly and kind. Service is 10 Stars!!Etoufee with Lobster, Shrimp, Crab and Sausage is 10 Stars!!! The generous amounts of Lobster is way over the top!!! And I love it!! The flavor of the soup is a Party in my Mouth!!! The best I've ever had!! I'm sooooo happy and satisfied. I took half of it home for a midnight snack. Highly Recommend!! I'll be back soon!!!

We stayed at the hotel for a night and wanted a quick meal to eat. All we wanted was the clam chowder and it was delicious! This was one of the best places Ive had clam chowder since the ratio of the ingredients were perfect, especially with a lot of clams compared to other places. The restaurant was busy during the weekend but we received our food in a timely manner. Im not sure how long the restaurant has been open but it seemed new and clean. We will definitely be back to taste the other foods!

I'm doing this with the start of 5 stars and subtraction for various reasonsFirst off, I specifically look for the oyster bar in the casino among many other choices cuz I had such good memories from the one in lake tahoe hard rock hotelSo, right off -1 for pushing the beverage order and making the bill over $50. Didn't even want beer. Should just did water. Had to finish that beer cuz it was 10 bucks. Would have had more soup-1 for the crap dinner roll. I didn't take photo. It was essentially cold day old dinner rolls from costco. Maybe it was more than day old. The bread offered in tahoe was warm and freshly bake bread. Makes tons of difference especially with this dish -1 for lesser crab and lobster than tahoe. Not sure if I did get lobster or not. Perhaps it was already de-shelled. I remember getting a whole lobster in tahoe. Disappointed in comparison. Didn't even finish the soup. I remember in tahoe I cleaned the bowl with bread....

I always venture into all oyster bars in all station casinos, and my experience with the service here was amazing. The server was really friendly. His name is Ryan and the ambience was better than other locations. It had more hype and more hip to it. I brought myself on a solo date, so I also had the clam chowder the New England clam chowder, which I prefer over them Manhattan And it was really good. I usually pair that with white wine or a Sauvignon Blanc and of course a dozen oysters I just found out and I'm not going to keep that every Tuesday it's a dollar oyster.

Wanted to try this place after seeing it on a brochure. It was really good. We got there before there was a long line so we were able to just sit down and start ordering food. As soon as we sat down we ordered a dozen oysters and then cioppino. Then added the jumbo prawn Caesar salad. I really liked all three items. But the cioppino surprised me the most.
