Great Asian fusion place offering something for everyone. The curry samosas were a very nice surprise. Crispy and very soft and flavorful on the inside. Spicy wontons are a must order. Popcorn chicken has a great texture. My girl loved her spicy ramen and my shrimp udon dish was great. Noodles are thick and the shrimp is cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed all the teas especially the strawberry osmanthus which I've never had before. Service from Nicole was perfect. She's very nice and proud of all the dishes. We left so full and with leftovers that were great the next day. We'll be back for sure.

Today we have visited a new noodle place. It is truly a hidden gem in the corner. They have a new owner and a new menu. The restaurant combines Asian cuisine (both Chinese and Japanese).It is a very cute place tucked in the corner.Interior is cozy and it has welcoming vibes.The decor is very beautifully done in a theme of Japanese and Chinese style. Service was great from start to finish and we have met the owner and his lovely wife, he was very nice , friendly and helpful in explaining the menu to us throughly.Menu has a mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes, as well as their signature dishes!We have ordered : the Popcorn Chicken - a MUST TRY, Curry Samosa - freshly baked and delicious!Popcorn Chicken was so moist and packed with a lot of flavor! We couldn't stop eating them , because of how addicting they are! We have also tried their signature dishes: Minced Beef Rice , Katsu Fried Chicken- the chicken was perfectly cooked. And their soups: Signature Spicy Black Garlic Tonkotsu and Spicy Szechuan Beef Noodles and everything was delicious. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the meat was so tender. The broth was incredibly flavorful. I am very picky about Asian food and this was very tasty and you can taste the freshness of it. The portions are very generous. Also we had their homemade mango ice tea and honey lime tea. It was very refreshing. We have loved it. We have had a great experience at this noodle shop and we highly recommend it to everyone who loves authentic Asian cuisine. It is definitely worth visiting this place, we guarantee you'll love it!!!

This spot on Silverado Ranch and Maryland Parkway is truly a hidden gem! I discovered that this comprehensive eatery offers a wide range of menu options, including Japanese, Chinese, and Mexican dishes. It's perfect for a quick lunch or a weekend gathering with friends--there's something for everyone!The menu is also kid friendly, my daughter absolutely loved her shrimp tempura udon. A couple of standout dishes include the signature spicy black garlic tonkotsu and the popcorn chicken. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and the chicken was perfectly marinated, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.The service was friendly and attentive, we never had to flag down our waitress for water refills. Don't miss out on their house made fruit teas, they're a must-try!

The grand reopening was just the day before so completely new but seems like the menu is similar to what it was before. Little shop with 8-10 tables. The menu is a mix of Chinese and Japanese dishes. Interesting but we decided on ramen dishes. Got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and the chicken shoyu ramen. Both were ok. I think the black garlic packed a greater punch, as expected. The garlic came through and also not super spicy, it had some heat. The chicken shoyu ramen was more tame. It was a bit sweet but also savory overall. For ~$13/$14 each, I understand the portion size and it was just right but don't come here super hungry unless you want to order more than one dish. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I think there could be some improvements overall but an ok meal if you just need to grab a bite.

Broght family here. Wife was referred by her friend. Was very happy with the service and staff. Evmven owmOwner came to stop by. Food was amazing. I really loved the chicken pot sticker. Out of this world. Ambiance was very nice. Clean and set perfectly. Will be coming back again and again. Thanks for the perfect experience. Must go here. Highly recommended.

This is truly a hidden gem. Nicole and her husband (owner) were so welcoming the first visit to my boyfriend and I. The food is very good Nicole highlighted how she takes pride in her broth which she brews for a long time to get the richness just right. It's honestly the best ramen on the south side of Las Vegas! We went in for a second visit tonight and fell in love with this place all over again. The owners were not in however Daria was just as friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Great place for quick lunch as it is never busy ever I'm here. Not sure why because this place is so good. I like how their bar top is regular table height and it's bigger than a lot of bar tops in most ramen places.I've gotten the spicy black garlic tonkatsu and regular tonkatsu ramen. Reasonably priced for ramen nowadays. The spicy black garlic has more flavor than the regular tonkatsu, but both are still good. Comes with chashu, soft boiled egg, and thin noodles. You're given a good amount of chaschu. Chaschu could've been more tender, but still good. I also like that they don't give you a huge bowl. It's perfectly sized in my opinion.

The Spicy Szechuan Beef Noodles was delicious. I can tell they this was simmered for a long time as the flavors were enriching. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the meat was tender!Price point was fair.I will be sure to come back to try one of their signature dishes one day!
