This artichoke, musroom and tomato can feed atleaat 3 people. Their portions are huge and well worth it. The potatoes were thin and crispy.

Great dining experience. The restaurant is well lite and inviting. Friendly staff great ambiance. Friendly fellow diners. We joked and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was good. The server delivered the drinks first followed by the bread choice (I chose yummy banana bread with butter). The meal came quickly after the muffin. It was hot, delicious and exactly what I ordered. The booths are padded making for a comfortable dining experience and the bathroom was very clean and fresh. I truly enjoyed this dining experience and the friendly staff truly enhanced the overall experience. They also have a 10% military/veteran discount. Which is greatly appreciated. #Veteran247365 I recommend checking out this restaurant.

I absolutely love this place! It is a quaint breakfast establishment in Summerlin. The Ambiance reminds me of a cute restaurant that we would've seen back in the day. The staff always has a smile on their faces. There are several options to chose from on the menu. Now on to the good part, the taste of the food. EVERYTHING, I've had here and I mean everything is delicious from the entrees down to the sides. They serve mimosas as well! One thing that I might recommend is upgrading the champagne. It is a bit too bubbly which kind of sits on your chest, but all in all, you can't go wrong here.I workout at a gym down the street and love stopping by here afterwards to gain my protein!

Here is my review;- ordered the egg white omelette with spinach, mushrooms, zucchini and tomato ( left out tomato and zucchini). With a side of potatoes and toast. [see pic]- the portions were generous - the taste of the food was top notch- the waiter new just how much to check in with me without being a bother. - environment was relaxed- the price of the meal was fair. Not over or under priced. You get more than what you pay for.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BREAKFAST!!

I've been here too many times to count and every time I sit where I can be served by Stacy. Everyone is amazing but she is the absolute sweetest lady ever. The food is delicious hands down best biscuits and gravy in vegas. They also have super rich shakes. If you're in Summerlin and looking for a great breakfast spot with great service and tons to choose from go to the omelette house. You won't regret it.

This is a nice breakfast/brunch restaurant that has many different types of omelets. I had the Mexi-Cali this morning. It is Ortega chiles and onions with Jack cheese. Not a bad choice if you are wanting to stay within a point budget on WW. The eggs/chiles/onions are cooked very well and taste fantastic. I got the tomato slices in place of their signature spuds (sliced potatoes that are fried and seasoned). The potatoes are really good here, just can't spend the points on them. I would suggest not getting the tomatoes since they are Roma tomatoes and not really good as a slicing tomato. Just a different flavor that I really don't like. The service is fantastic. My coffee cup was never over half empty before it was being filled again by any waitress or bus boy walking by with the coffee pot. I have been here quite a few times before and found every omelet I have tried to be a good mix of flavors. Definitely a good place to eat. Usually gets busy on the weekends as people are out and about and it is close to a grocery store. Enjoy!

I got a coupon in the mail and used it on the breakfast special egg sandwich and it was delicious! The service was 10/10 the food was 10/10. My coffee cup never was empty cause the staff was on top of it. My grandmother and I enjoyed our first experience here. We will be back. I took a picture of my plate but sorry I ate it all haha

The menu is very close to the original omelet house. They have specials on the wall that change in rotation. They have a breakfast bar to sit at in front of the kitchen. At this location you pay at the register. Service was quick but nothing memorable. Breakfast was good but spuds were soggy and greasy. The location is nice and clean, with wide booths and tables.
