My favorite so far was the smoked tuna quesadilla. One of those dishes that just makes you feel good when you eat it with the perfect balance of spicy and savory.

Ole Manny's Seafood Shack was in my neighborhood at the Farmers Market so I decided to get lunch there. I've seen some posts about this food truck and everything looked so good. I was greeted right away. There was a line to order but one of the workers handed me a menu so that I could look while I waited. My mind was made up on tacos. I went with one surf and turf and one gobernador. I waited under the cover they have outside the truck in the shade. The wait was a little long, but well worth it. The tacos were fresh and well made and they played music which passed the time a little quicker. I took my order home since it was a hot day. If it was cooler outside, I would have enjoyed my order outside the truck. The experience reminded me of eating fresh tacos on a beach in Mexico. Both tacos were stuffed with fresh meat, shrimp, and other toppings. The surf and turf was topped with fresh guacamole, pico, and pickled onions. The gobernador was so tasty. The sauce complimented the shrimp and melted cheese well. Even the tortillas were fried to a perfect crisp. I will definitely show up every time Ole Manny's Seafood Shack is in my neighborhood. I'm craving their tacos already but plan to try even more of their menu.

Stumbled upon this food truck at Market in the Alley and what better to have on a hot day than some refreshing fish tacos.I went with the spicy octopus taco. Octopus was grilled and topped with cheese, chipotle crema, pico and cabbage. Not too spicy as I was able to handle it and had a perfect grilled taste to the OctopusThe fish taco was my favorite of the two I tried. Fish tacos are one of my favorite of all tacos and this one was definitely up on the list. Fried Baja style with cabbage, pico and more of the chipotle crema every bite was satisfying. Two of the employees waited and spoke to me while my order was getting prepared and were very friendly. I am now following them and look forward to trying more of the menu.

I've been borderline-stalking Ole Manny's social media account, trying to find a time to go by and try their Mexican style seafood dishes. They were recently at Tivoli Village for the weekend farmer's market, so I dragged my husband to try a trio of tacos - and of course, their jalapeno queso dip. The truck was easy to find, and I like the colorful exterior. The menu is clearly posted along with a sign of specials, and I appreciate that their website has the pricing ahead of time so you know what you're getting yourself into. When we went, they had staff both inside and out of the truck to answer questions, take orders and distribute food, which helped things run smoothly.We ordered the spicy octopus taco (their specialty), the shrimp taco (my husband's request) and the gobernador (grilled shrimp and cheese), along with the aforementioned queso. As a Texas girl, queso is the way to my heart and it's surprisingly hard to find the style I like here - but this one was really good, and served with fresh tortilla chips. The spicy octopus taco was good but lacked any heat for me. The shrimp taco was crispy and generously portioned, and my husband enjoyed trying his first gobernador. I felt like the pricing was pretty fair for what we got, and everything was very fresh, but maybe I need to ask for extra salsa or something next time because there wasn't quite as much flavor as I was expecting. That being said, service was great and we enjoyed our meal. I am looking forward to catching them again to try their ceviche and the Surf & Turf burrito!

When back to Ole Manny's, still can't find a surf and turf burrito better than theirs in Vegas. Being from San Diego it's hard for me to find great Mexican Seafood Tacos and Burritos. The owners of Manny's are super nice. Everything is cooked to order to perfect.

The food was fresh, came out fast, and tasted delicious. We found them outside of Beer Zombies, I would definitely recommend.

Hands down the best seafood tacos and seafood/Mexican cuisine in Las Vegas. We've been going to them forever, and they never disappoint. The spicy octopus taco has always been a fave and a must-get, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Nothing compares to their consistent flavor and amazing quality of the seafood. Probably the best seafood tacos I've ever had, even outside of Las Vegas. They are also the nicest people around, and you know they care about their product. Cannot recommend them enough.

There is nothing like this anywhere! Everything is so thought out and seasoned perfectly. We love the ceviches and every taco, especially the octopus tacos. Everything you guys have to offer is so good that we can't get enough and have to keep on going back for more. We are especially grateful that you guys have the truck to be everywhere. We also really love that you are a family run business. Everything you do, you put your heart into. Excellent service and food! 100 stars! :)
