Easy to order easy to pick up super Friendly staff. Good are a bit expensive. But totally worth it.

I was hoping to find a place like ocean group lv with lower minimum order so decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, the salmon fillet I got had a huge 1lb bony section (see picture) that was unusable for sashimi/poke. The salmon fillet is less trimmed than ocean group, found some pin bones, and also quite a bit of scales/fins on the skin. Will be using ocean group since their fillets pretty have very little unusable sections.

Had came here for the first time as another local supplier did not have what I had wanted at the time. Communication by text (702)575-2995 was pretty easy overall. They also have an IG account you can follow for up to date info and new products ! Had ordered a pack (3-4lb) of hamachi kama at 11.50/lb and a pack of uni from Tasmania at $62/tray (200g) for pick up next day. Their entrance is on the side of the building. Upon entry, you feel like you've walked into an office lol... There's a few shelves off to the right with varies knives, and other items they also offer. One guy had helped me get the order and pay, which was pretty easy and seamless. Each item was individually bagged with its own ice pack, keeping it nice and cool.

My first time ordering here was good. I ordered ahi/tuna block for sashimi, salted salmon to make Hawaiian lomi salmon, and black cod collars. Service was good. I made an account and ordered online to pick up the next day. Ahi block was fresh and good only $16.95lb. Minimum order for ahi on website says 3lbs but my block weighed in at 2 1/2 lbs. Minimum order to order anything they sell there is $10

We are extremely disappointed ordering from this fish vendor, we tried to order salmon on the website and only do 5 lbs increment, so we called a salesman on the phone if I 8 lbs is ok, he said minimum 5 lbs, so I asked him again, is 8 lbs ok because it's more than 5 lbs, he said yes it's ok. Later on when we are ready to make an order again, we asked them same question again to try to minimize any possibility of miscommunication, we even ask if they can cut into 1 lbs fillet for us, and all he said on the phone is yes we can. He told us to text him on our order, we even listed out exactly as following "we would like 8 lbs salmon, cut into 8 pieces to make it 1 lbs each, 8 x 1lbs, 8x$9.99", all he replied is "ok got it", on the day we went pick it up, he said he can only do either 5 or 10 lbs, so in the end, we are being forced to buy 10 lbs, on the order receipt, it even said "8 lbs" order, on top of that, he said he cannot cut into 1 lbs each, unbelievable, so why can't he tell us this when we called and texted him? if he's not fit in communicating, he should ask someone else to take an order, or simply just say no to the customer, we have big family and order fish every week, we will not be coming back, the other fish vendor Ocean group is just a couple dollar more, but they are extremely friendly and clear on communication, they will even package each 1lbs of salmon nicely for you, we will be going back to them instead, paying extra dollars is worth it for not having to deal with poor communication and that I have to spend a lot of time cutting fish at home.
