Sunday brunch was a fabulous experience! We had wonderful attentive service from Brittany, the food presentation was beautiful and everything we had was excellent. When paying Las Vegas Strip prices it's nice to receive the entire experience, with ambience, service and delicious food. Also if you go on Sundays Justin Young is providing you with Jazz music on his saxophone! It is another reason we went on a Sunday to hear his music while enjoying a beautiful brunch. They even start you off with a welcome drink! Tip: Sat and Sun they will validate your Valet parking (otherwise it's $25 or $35 dollars depending on how many hours you park. Please go and treat yourself to a nice upscale, classy restaurant with outstanding service and food. Their fish is delivered daily!Park with the Valet and take the elevator straight up to 4th floor, it's and easy in and out.

We followed our heart to Ocean Prime for a nice Valentine's Day dinner out. Before arriving I requested a seat by a window area if possible. We are local, so we're always trying out new restaurants when we can. It was pretty crowded, as you would guess on this night, but it seemed like they had a good handle on seating guests. Unfortunately, there were two people with the same last name, and when they called only the last name, the person that was supposed to be behind us, of course went in. We brought this up with the front desk and they were able to seat us promptly. The only thing was, I'm not sure if that couple got the window seat as we were brought into the private dining Meritage room that was kind of small and a little claustrophobic, my wife would've said. She likes the more open area and this room felt like a large house dining room surrounded by two walls of wine. Make sure you don't choose this room if you want a more open air experience. I know they were busy so we just went with it.The complementary bread was pretty good, we split the Caesar salad and ordered the calamari which was a little sweet, but delicious. My wife ordered the Chilean Seabass special which was a little more expensive than the main menu offer because it had lobster added to it. Surprisingly it wasn't a lot of lobster and I don't think the price was worth it just for the small pieces that were added. The flavors were great but It's these little minor things that kinda leave you thinking why was it more pricey. I got the Blackened Snapper which our server David recommended. It had a little cumin spice to it which some people might not like but I did enjoy it. I also got the bourbon old-fashioned, which was nice and strong and hit the spot. They made a special ginger beer, fruity non-alcoholic cocktail for my wife, which she liked very much as well. The service was top-notch and the evening was nice considering the name mixup and the private dining room which we would have passed on if we could. Not sure if we'll end up going back, but would recommend if you'd like Chilean Seabass and steaks.

We visited on Saturday for dinner, with a party of six, and it was a very nice experience. First off, the place is a bit difficult to find, especially if you park at the Aria, it is a bit of a walk. There are 2 elevators, be aware that the left elevator goes basically nowhere, stops at the 2nd floor. You need to use the right elevator to actually get to the restaurant on the 4th floor. We arrived and had to wait a while for the rest of our party, so we had a drink in the external bar. The bartender was friendly, the popcorn was good and the margarita was nice. From there we were escorted to our table. We started with a bunch of appetizers; Calamari, Deviled Eggs, Prime, Ocean and Dynamite Rolls, Lobster Bisque and French Onion Soup. All the apps were excellent, with the Calamari standing out. From there we went with entrees; 32 oz Ribeye, NY Strip with Lobster Tail, King Crab Legs, Lamb Chops, Swordfish, and Lobster Linguini. All the steaks were prepared to order and tasty, the lamb was a bit fatty. For dessert we had a Chocolate Torte, 10 Layer Carrot Cake, and a Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie, all delicious. The service was excellent, for the most part. We did have to ask for more ice tea twice as well as a bread refill a few times, and occasionally waters ran dry. But overall we were taken care of well. Great place for fine dining.

Our New Year's Eve dinner at Ocean Prime (a national chain) turned out to be where the spouse and I rang in 2025, unplanned. ATMOSPHERE:Located in The Shops at Crystals. Spacious layout with several dining room accommodations, including an outdoor lanai (which is where we watched the fireworks). We got seated in the small section behind the main dining room, separated by glass. The table next to us could not stay occupied no matter how much the restaurant tried as 2 parties requested to be moved to the main section. RESERVATIONS:Recommended as they seem to be quite popular. MENU:Seafood, meats, poultry. Lengthy wine list. BEVERAGE:Ruinart Blanc de Blancs About a 150% markup from retail, the spouse wanted to celebrate with bubbly. Very smooth as it better be for the price!FOOD:Jumbo Shrimp CocktailPresented in a "foggy" bowl of dry ice, the sizable shrimp were expertly prepared. The cocktail sauce & horseradish were premixed but thankfully not spicy. Dressed Whole Maine LobsterThe chilled lobster was conveniently shelled and tastefully put back in its shell for presentation. Like its name implies, the meat was basted in what tasted like a tequila lime sauce which was divine. If that wasn't enough, a ramekin of the good stuff came to the side for dipping. Crisp Iceberg WedgeThe spouse likes this salad style which I've coined "the lazy chef's salad" as it's literally chop, plop and drizzle. A wedge, is a wedge, is a wedge. New York Strip (14 oz.)The most unembellished presentation gave way to a juicy, naturally-flavored piece of medium-temperature strip on The Strip. Twice BakedI honestly and sadly did not see the "loaded baked potato" on the menu and settled for this. Good, but you can't beat the godfather of spuds. Sautéed Mushrooms The only downfall of the night as they used shiitake mushrooms. I like them in Japanese food but not sautéed as they're too soggy and have that unique taste that goes better with Asian dishes. DESSERT:Warm Butter CakeI'm not a dessert fan but this was really good as it wasn't overly sweet. Went well with the fresh berries, berry sauce and vanilla ice cream.SERVICE:Scott took excellent care of us! Very attentive, professional and friendly. Thank you!The staff brought sparkling wine to all patrons as midnight neared. Very nice touch!OVERALL:We've never rang in a New Year at a restaurant before and had an awesome meal and experience!

Service was on pointAmbiance is GORGEOUSShopping around at crystals & wanted an app/cocktail, stopped by (been wanting to go, just haven't had the time so we had to stop in) - turned out to be happy hour at the bar which you CANT beat, half off 3-6 M-F I believe. Also- THEY DONT SKIMP ON PORTION SIZES- regardless of happy hour! Food was great & so was their berries & champagne cocktail. Service from bartenders & food sooo good we're going back for a full dinner experience hopefully soon. Also, as we were leaving we saw they had a 3 course lunch special for $45!! Wow!

Food and ambiance continues to be amazing but service was slightly off for our latest visit, unfortunately. Not awful, but just not the level we expect from this place. They've set a high bar for themselves, and didn't quite meet it on this visit. For example, they let water glasses sit empty for 30 minutes +, dropped food (lobster) on the table and didn't acknowledge, apologize, or clean it up, instead, the server covered it/hid it, with the plate. Wait time was a little longer than expected for RSVP, but that was fine. Let me emphasize, these are a bit nit picky and I wouldn't even mention them if I were reviewing a more casual restaurant, but Ocean Prime holds themselves out as fine dining, so, there are certain expectations.

This place is *chef's kiss*The entire experience is always a pleasure. First tried this at a Yelp Elite brunch event, and I haven't been the same since. I had to go for my anniversary. Their sushi is a highlight, and we also went for those truffle eggs, short rib, and lobster pasta. Melt-in-your-mouth flavors, top-notch service, and a beautiful interior and patio. Like the place always seems to be hoppin' and the vibes on point. Can't wait to go again soon- if anything, to sip on that orchid cocktail which is so unique.

Loved it here. From the bartender who was super friendly and made delicious drinks. To the amazing food. Everything was so flavorful and definitely recommend to get away from the craziness of the strip. A little tough to find though

I researched for the best happy hour in November 2024 and found this Ocean's Prime had great half off happy hour that includes food and drinks! I am glad they still had this happy hour still active as I watched YouTube reviews about this. There was another restaurant that advertised same thing, but later they made changes to their happy hour, so I decided not to dine with them. This is a relative new restaurant that is actually outside on the side of Crystals shopping mall. You will have a hard time finding this place if you haven't been to this section before. The Arte Musuem is also at the same outer side walkway that goes around the Crystals shopping mall. If you used the 2nd floor Cosmopolitan pedestrian bridge make a right toward the Crystals, but take a sharp right to see ads for Prime and Arte Musuem. This section is called 63 City Center and at end there is an elevator to go to the top. I believe this is the only way up? Luckily I came here earlier so I knew my way better here as I made reservations at 5:15pm on Open Table. Lovely low light venue in the bar and lounge area which I believe is the same in main dinning room. Dining alone is fine and relaxing and the waiters are attentive and helps explain the menu and how happy hour works. I was mesmerize by the lovely presentation of food and excellent quality of ingredients of this fine establishment. That complementary truffle popcorn was unexpected and I should have been brave enough to ask if I could have another refill for it was strong flavor of truffle and it made me want to order the Parmesan truffle fries which I did, but the flavor of truffles was more on the mild side. The thick cut of fries was good and was a good portion size for a single diner and these plates are also meant for sharing with others, but I just ate half and took other half home. This was an extra dish that was an unplanned spontaneous order I did. lol. My main goal was to order the 3 items which were my love for Lollipop lamb which I relished as lamb is my favorite and was glad I was a solo diner at this point. All mine lamb! I love you! And my tummy was quite happy at this point. The sweet sauce on lamb was extremely tasty and I pretty much cleaned that plate well. Tender median cooked lamb was just cooked to perfection with great flavor. Waiter told me people normally have the meat cooked anywhere from medium rare to well done. I am not sure still why people order well done, for you lose the flavor of the meat and relying on the sauce to make up for it. It something I don't understand. On the cocktail menu I had my eye on the Berries and Bubbles where they use dry ice to make a fun show out of it as the head waiter said get your camera ready to record the show and it was fun to see my drink bubbling into a cloud of smoke. He filled it to the brim, so I just sipped it slowly. Very unique and nice! A+ on the show and sweet taste of the drink. I love it! My final order was the Wagyu burger and it was sweet and tender soft, I was impressed with it and it's a good portion size where this makes sharing between 4 people perfect. All the plates of happy hour can be easily made into sharing with other people. I highly recommend people to come here before Ocean Prime decides to change their Happy hour which many places do after a while and chefs may change. The food is great in a relaxed yet a bit chatter around you in dim lighting setting with nice wait staff. The waiter even encouraged me to come back next time. Also they have a $45 fixed price power lunch weekdays which sounds like a good deal as well. I will try that next time when I am back in town. Thank you for a wonderful happy hour Oceans Prime!
