Let me start by saying, as I've grown older, I like a hotel that treats you kindly, with minimal fuss. I don't like going to the concierge for this, or the bellman for that... can't the guy who checked me in help me? NoMad is just that! They really know "intuitive service." The Front Desk person saw I was tired, so he did his best to push through an early check in. The bellman noticed I had drinks, and offered to bring up a fridge. I even feel they read my previous reviews and thought enough to take care of some minor details. The service is fantastic! Now to the room. As other people have mentioned, it definitely has a "boutique" vibe. The furnishings are very plush. Dark hardwoods and dim lights are in the room, beckoning you to sleep. I actually love this feature... when I get to my room for the final time that night, I want to sleep, not feel like I should go downstairs again. Only the upgraded rooms have tubs, so keep that in mind if that's important to you. These are beautiful soaking tubs. Their placement is in the room, which is kind of awkward, but it is clear they assume you want to take a bath and take in the views from your room (which I do). The shower and toilet area are in a beautifully European-tiled room (I'm going to see if I can get that for my house!) with old-fashioned but workable shower fixtures. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again. It's a little more pricey than Park (which it shares property with), but you get so much more... nicer rooms, nicer views, and MUCH nicer service!

Everytime we come to vegas, we stay at mgm chain hotels most of the time. This is our first time stayed at NoMad hotel. Located in park mgm.Pool: they have their own pool. Nomad and park mgm guests do NOT SHARE pools.Hall way is very dimmed.Room:We got a 2 queen bedroom. Has a fridge, closet, safe, sofa. Bathroom is ok. Has a very good water pressure, however, the water has a veggie smell. They give you complimentary small bottle water.Service is good and fast. Our TV box doesn't work, when we called for service, the tech guy came within 10min, replaced our box fix within 30min right before we have to leave for dinner.Another issue: the pipe was so noisy. We didn't sleep well the few night we were at nomad.Restaurants: plenty. La la noddleNomad libraryEatalyCubanWe like to stay this area either in Aria, vdara or park mgm, very accessible to walk to bellagio, aria, vdara, nyny, mgm, and plenty of food.

First time staying at the NoMad and tried to check in at ParkMGM's VIP are knowing they're on the same property; but was informed my room was ready & to check in at NoMad's front desk to get the "full experience."NoMad's decor was a contrast to ParkMGM's bright & green vibe, and was very dark, sleek and elegant. The gentleman who assisted at check in was welcoming and helpful; and my room ended up being upgraded to a salon suite on the top floor. The room was spacious, included a stocked mini bar, water, Nespresso machine, and had a great view. We all had a wonderful but short stay, and highly recommend NoMad!

Nomad is very European. And if you like that, this may be for you. If you want to try it out, you'd better do it soon because it sounds like it'll be closing soon and flipping to another brand. We've stayed twice now. It's OK. We don't love the layout of the rooms. I definitely don't want or need a bathtub in my bedroom - that's just crazy wasted space. Large ornate screens behind a TV in the small "living room" area are also just unnecessary space killers. We find the beds very firm.... Too hard for us. The bathrooms are separated into a WC when you first enter, then a shower room off the bedroom area. The shower room is cramped.... Just a bad use of the space. The shower is nice and roomy but desperately needs a shelf or step.... Somewhere to put things. I recommend bringing your own soap - theirs is so small and doesn't lather. Both times we've stayed, they have placed welcome amenities in the room (playing cards one time, chocolates the second). That's a nice touch. Here's something: both times we stayed, we've seen lights flashing in our room all night long. It must be some sort of alarm but it is.... Alarming! It really freaked us out the first time we encountered it - like a little electrical storm going on over your head all night. We couldn't figure out the super fancy coffee maker in the room. Starbucks is right downstairs. The separate hot and cold faucets are quaint and so European but there is a reason we don't use them so much anymore... in America.Service has been pretty good. The place is really dark - all over. From the lobby to the elevators it's DARK. There is a lot attention to detail and its esthetic is definitely spot on throughout. Not my favorite restaurant selection at Nomad or their attached hotel Park MGM. Nomad Library is quite good as is Bavette's but casual places aren't a strength here. There is room service but the menu is tiny. Primrose isn't bad for breakfast but you must make a reservation because it's not that big and they fill up fast - they're the only breakfast game in the place pretty much. We also don't love the non-smoking casino because it just doesn't feel like Vegas to us. Luckily Nomad is well situated and you can quickly walk to Aria or NewYork to smoke and gamble properly. A lot of people will love this place - Francophiles especially. We like it fine, but there are better options for us. If you want to take a bath in your bedroom, better get there quick.

I'm bummed that they will be changing Nomad to a different "hotel flag". I know that the concept of a hotel-within-a-hotel is kinda weird, but I love that it feels more premium than the hotel below. Checkout was so so quick, quickest I ever experienced and I even went to the front desk instead of their online check in! They upgraded us to a suite with the bathtub in the room which I 110% took advantage of almost daily. The decor is a very warm, perhaps Gothic European style. I love the separate water closet and that it's away from the bed area, keeps those noises and fumes away haha. Every staff we talked to were super friendly, although there was a mix-up with our check out time so the housekeeping staff verified it with us. Ask for the complimentary bath salts! We wouldn't have known about but another guest talked to us about it

First time staying here. Booked to stay over new years (dec 29-jan 2). This hotel is attached to Park MGM. No Made has their own entrance. Walk in its dark inside and quiet...very different. The front desk helped with keys since I checked in in the app. They had no self key card machines. The room was great...different aesthetic than other MGM hotels. Velvet couch...leather dresser and mini bar. Fancy glasses to use. The key card holder was also Velvet. I loved that! Instead of iron room had a steamer. The hotel has a bar(lounge)..not sure time it opens. Elevator for No Mad rooms in same area as Park mgm elevators,.so pay attention. Casino is in the Park so follow signs. I have no complaints..parking garage is by Park Mgm.

This is my new favorite MGM property! I love the exclusivity vibes it gave & the vintage rooms. They're really simple and have a lot of character. I typically use no contact check in but the service at the pool was OK , the food and drinks were delicious and I love that the space wasn't overcrowded. Follow on IG: @viewsandmenus

The Nomad is my new favorite hotel!! While it's not exactly designed to be a work travel destination, I really really love the change of pace. The Nomad has all of the conveniences a professional needs AND it's so relaxing and luxurious in a very vintage way. I think most people come here for romantic stays. It's beautiful and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. If you want to just chill, you can hang out at The Nomad but if you want to step out, you can connect easily to the Park MGM (and pretty much the entire strip) where there are all kinds of restaurants, bars, gaming, shows, etc. are right there. I LOVED the tub. (Ask for their complimentary lavender bath salts.) I already have my next Vegas work trip scheduled and booked another stay at The Nomad!

This place is located on the upper floors of Park MGM and it basically a hotel within a hotel with its own check in desk.It has a really dark old school English vibe, almost like the whole thing is part of an old English manor which is unique for Strip hotels. Our room was clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable as well. Our room was quiet and we didn't hear any noise that woke us up and that's always a plus in Vegas. I believe the pillow are all goose down, it didn't bother me but if you're allergic might want ask them if you can switch those out. Also both the hotel and casino are non smoking.Checking in was inconvenient since we arrived late in the evening after a cross-county flight and were told our room wasn't ready yet. Not sure how rooms aren't ready yet at 10:30 pm but they did give us a comp night, $50 food and $50 drink vouchers and said they'd text us when the room was ready and store our bags in the meantime. We had dinner and played a little at the casino and maybe an hour after dropping our bags off, our room was ready. It wasn't a big deal and they made it right but could've been disastrous if it happened to someone who was really tired or not feeling well and really needed their room now. They did a great resolving the situation with the comp night and vouchers but having a stack of vouchers did make me wonder how often this happens.I enjoyed my stay here and would return but hopefully next time the room is ready at check-in and this isn't a common issue.

Very important update! I found out that I "wasn't" staying at NoMad during my last trip but was only using the NoBad elevators to stay on one of the top floors of ParkMGM. Confusing huh? Well, I "did" stay at NoMad this trip, which I've heard may not be NoMad much longer. It was a much nicer check-in experience this time. The front desk people were SUPER friendly! We joked a little, and she did a great job of setting us up. The hotel was full due to events at the nearby arena and theater, so I was thrilled to be helped quickly and efficiently. The rooms are unique. Since there are already tons of pictures of the rooms, I took pictures of the more unique features I found. More importantly, I took a screenshot of the all-inclusive, very expensive honor bar. menu. Yikes!! What you pay for convenience. I loved that they had bathrobes! That's one of my favorite features of any hotel that has them. The beds were super comfy. We stayed in a small suite that had a separate living area from the bedroom. While I love bathrobes, the lack of a regular fridge always irks me. One quirky thing was that the toilet was in the entrance hallway, and the shower/sink/makeup were off the bedroom. In a way, this was great for two people because one could use the other without bothering the other person. One thing that was frustrating is that the elevators are not exclusively for NoMad, which is the top three floors. While you didn't have to stop at the lower two-thirds of the hotels, the elevator rides did take longer as you stopped to pick people up on the way. Also, at night, with a completely full hotel, the elevators were very slow, and we ended up passing on one or two cars because they filled up with people, and not everyone was respectful to those who got there before them. Overall, it was a good experience. The ParkMGM casino is nice, and you can easily walk to New York, New York, or take the tram to Bellagio/Cosmo and stay inside if the weather isn't nice. It's a great location if you want to stay on the strip.
