Nobu Las Vegas at Virgin Hotel

Don't come here to get stuffed to the brim. Come here to experience some excellent tasting dishes that are shared family style. Everyone gets a bite. Some dishes come in multiples of 3 so be prepared for "enyo" on some dishes. Recommend the 15oz Australian Waygu in the black pepper sauce if you're in a larger group. Also recommend the Sea Bass in the myoga cilantro. Finally the White Chocolate pot de crème is quite tasty. Many other dishes are just as awesome but the recommended ones were my top. Going in a larger group, say 6ish is good. Just so you get to try many different dishes. Service is what you would expect. Be courteous and they will shine for you.

I came here on a Saturday night for my friend's birthday while a major event was going on at the theatre so I was surprised to still see a crowd inside the restaurant. I was seated near the bar and lounge area.There was some confusion on service as I had different people check on me. The waiter that took my order was a fast talker, and there was some information overload as he made suggestions and commented on the choices that we made. My friend was a bit intimidated and asked him to slow down and give her space. He came back and took the rest of our order. That was the last we saw of him.In the meantime, we had two or three staff from the bar check in on us when they weren't busy. It took enough time that I was frustrated enough to forgo dessert for the birthday girl and close my tab.As for the food, most of the dishes we ordered like the jalapeno yellowtail, black cod miso, and ocean trout, were excellent, but I expect that given the high prices. The house sake was also delicious.

The environment was dim but relaxing.Service was superb. Our waiter explained everything well, was attentive, checked in often and took the time to speak to us and even gave some extra wakamomo when we asked about his delicious fruit we tried for the first time. Food was delicious, we loved the crispy shitaki salad, salmon nigiri was melt in your mouth, new style was very good, wagyu tacos was small but tasty as were the oysters, their signature cod in miso was pricey and just an OK for me. Don't usually like fish sweetened and it wasn't flaky but more mushy than I like for my fish. However, the lychee elderflower martini was sooo good! Yum. Def worth a try!If you want to try a fine dining sushi restaurant then maybe give this a try if you're celebrating a special occasion & just want to splurge a little.

Camer here for dessert because I was craving kakigori and there are not many places that do it in vegas. We do have shaved ice places but kakigori shaved ice is softer than most places I have tried. The ice is shipped from japan which is amazing aand why it's so soft. The kakogori comes with a pineapple sabayon, li hing citrus syrups and condense milk. It is an amazing balance of sweet and tart from the condensed milk and li hing syrup. It also came with mango and coconut sherbert. Making it a tropical dessert. The pot de creme was amazing as well with freeze dried raspberry and green tea sponge cake. A beautiful place to go and take your date or a girls night out!

So I've always wanted to eat at Nobu's & the joy of seeing one inside of my hotel made my day. That was the first stop of ours & I must say I wasn't disappointed. We elected to sit at the chef's bar so we could get the full experience I started with the shrimp tempura. It was delicious some of the best sushi I've ever had. Then the main dish we spilt a shrimp and lobster with spicy lemon sauce. It was fantastic I can't tell you everything that was in it but all of it was good. But the best part of the experience was the staff our waitress & chef was so transparent & engaging that made the visit so much more memorable. Nobu is definitely a place I'll be visiting every chance I get

Everything we ordered were all delicious; New Style Salmon Sashimi, Shrimp with Anticucho Miso, Chicken Anticucho with wasabi sauce. Minus 1 star due to portions were on the small side and had to order rice separately. The Bento box (Vaithona Dark Chocolate Fondant with Matcha Gelato) was superb & portion was perfect, 5 stars.

I had a good dinner here! Came to town for work and sat at the sushi bar by myself. Sushi chefs were wonderful and I enjoyed every dish I got!

Just had an excellent meal at Nobu at the Virgin Hotel.$$$$ per usual Nobu prices & even more so because Vegas, but I was not disappointed.We ordered:- tai sashimi with dry miso, loved the crunch of the garlic chips- tuna tacos- wagyu tacos- king crab tacos- spicy seafood soup- wagyu dumplings - spicy scallop roll- tempura roll - spicy tuna on crispy riceEnded up being a little over $400 with tip.

This is the only Nobu in Las Vegas to offer the customary happy hour specials (i think because it is not associated with Caesars...). The Nobu happy hour is my favorite as it is a less-expensive way to sample many of the dishes, and often times there are dishes on the HH menu that are not present in the regular menu. We love dining at Nobu a few times a year and had a wonderful experience here as we expected to. Great food, great service, & great times!

Yummy cocktails and desserts but literally airport or gas station quality sushi. Not worth the hype, probably would just go for desserts which were chef creations!
