Great theming and wonderful neon at NYNY in Vegas

Nice hotel and lots to do within the property, we had wish there were more healthy food choices for healthy Plant based diets. We booked with our Marriott points as my husband has high status, but the hotel does not recognize Marriott Bonvoy members, sadly no upgrades, no free breakfast, no lounge access and no early check in which was a bummer as we were celebrating our 25 year anniversary, had we known we would have booked another Bonvoy property that offers the benefits we have earned.I feel if MGM has Bonvoy properties in its portfolio it should honor the benefits or not be in the program.Otherwise we had a nice time and the staff was great and so was the location.Next time we will stay at the W!

I spent 5 days at the New York New York Las Vegas hotel and would rate it a 3/5, which I think is quite generous. My room was upgraded to a larger one, which was nice, but I wish they had provided slippers because the floors were cold, and a large area of the floor was tiled. The bathroom had a separate area with a locked door but there was no trash can in that area. It was closer to the sink. They clearly weren't thinking about a woman when using the bathroom outside of 1 or 2. The lighting was also very poor. I got a really good deal on the rooms since I booked over 40 of them.Personally, I'm not a fan of the hotel. They need an updated air filtering system. There aren't enough workers, and my trash was left outside my room for too long. Walking through the hotel, my throat and eyes were irritated, and I'm not usually sensitive to smoke, so this told me the filtering system needed an upgrade. The hotel is huge, but the gym is way too small. You spend most of your time waiting to use the treadmill. Housekeeping doesn't replenish bottled water in your room. I didn't feel my room was fully clean, and the floors were slippery from mopping. Lastly, the lighting in the hotel is too dark for my liking. If I had my choice, I wouldn't stay at the New York New York hotel again.

Used the app to check-in and was superConfusing. Navigating to our tower was impossible without the help of a host. Had to also figure out how to get keys, there is a separate kiosk for that. Our room had no fridge and ice vending machine was broken. I used the iron and board and they were both useless. The blanket on the bed is super thin. Staying here felt very mediocre. The food was the worst part of our trip. We tried 5 different places to eat and they all were nothing special. We were very disappointed with the lack of flavor and preparation of our dishes. The donut place was stale, Tom's watch was mediocre. The pizza place was nothing special. Gallagher was the worst. Our steaks were burnt. The Irish place served us stale bread. They don't seem to care about the food at this place. Shame. I am not sure I will stay at another mgm right, I definitely won't be coming back here.

WARNING: THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE HOTELI love the Net York New Yorks whole vibe. Definitely one of my favorite casinos on the stop in terms of design. It completely looks like a city in the inside, and they also have a roller coaster!

The New York-New York Casino in Las Vegas is a fun place to visit! It's huge and has lots of games to play, from slot machines to table games. The casino also has a cool roller coaster and plenty of places to eat. The staff are friendly, and the whole place has a lively vibe. I love how they have created a mini New York right in the middle of the Strip!

Check in can be done on your phone, at a kiosk or with an employee that has a tablet. Self parking is $20. Getting around the hotel is a bit hard because they don't have too much signage for the restaurants. The room itself was bare. There were dirty socks on our bedroom floor, there's space for a refrigerator but no fridge. No coffee maker. The room was stuffy.

The New York New York Hotel & Casino is located on Las Vegas Blvd. It's off of the I15 and Tropicana exit. I ended up going to this casino to eat at the Nine Fine Irishmen with a friend on a Thursday evening around 6:00 P.M!I don't recall the last time I visited the New York New York Hotel & Casino! It was a lot of fun when I went though. The food was terrific at Nine Fine Irishmen. At the end of my visit, my friend and I ended up playing some of the arcade games on the second level at New York New York Hotel & Casino. The parking is free for the first 3 hours if you're a NV resident! You can scan your license when you exit the hotel & casino. There's a lot to do, from dining, entertainment, and shopping at the New York New York Hotel & Casino. Some of the restaurants include the followingTom's Watch BarGonzalez y GonzalezTop RoundBeerhausNine Fine Irishmen (amazing food!!)Shake ShackGallagher's SteakhouseHello Kitty Cafe (Ice cream is great here!)and so much more! There is currently a cirque show playing called the Mad Apple. You can book tickets through the mgmresorts.com website. If you like Rollercoasters, there is the Big Apple Roller Coaster. If you ride it, you'll see some great sights of the Las Vegas area and all of the casinos! There is also the Big Apple Arcade inside the hotel and casino too! I ended up playing some of the arcade games like the basketball hoops with my friend. It was decorated for the season, Halloween, with Halloween decorations! I had a lot of fun at New York New York Hotel & Casino! The next time I stop by here, I'll have to eat at the cafes and stop inside the Hershey's store, right next to the New York New York Hotel & Casino.

We try to make it out to Las Vegas a couple of times a year and we have stayed at a lot of different hotels. New York New York has always been one of our favorites. There is always easy access from the casino to our room and self parking is fairly easy. They have so many different places to eat in the "New York" food court. The fish at Fulton's is always good, the beer and pizza is a great deal, the chocolate martinis at the chocolate bar can't be beat and Greenberg's deli has the best sandwiches around. The atmosphere is always lively and if you'd like to watch sports, there are plenty of TVs around. Our room was clean and our view was decent, which was nice since we got the room for free using our MGM offer.

Parking: Flat rate of $18 or $23 for 0-24 hours. Utter b]#^**#{ if you ask me. I mean, we're Las Vegas residents - we live here and we are charged like we are tourists. I get that tourists bring in the big money, but locals who love places introduce tourists to new places. So, why not give locals a discount? Or let people park for free? Outside of the parking shenanigans - the hotel is lovely.
