The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright. Super spacious inside and clean. The menu is overwhelming great with a ton of options!Overall, fast service and incredible food! The garlic knots was amazing!

We've been here several times. The first time was great; terrific service and food. However, the waitress we had that first time is no longer there and, since then, the service has been awful. But, the food was good and it's convenient to home, so we kept going back. Never again after today however. It's Super Bowl Sunday and they were busy - I get that... but...We put our order in online at 12:00 for a 2:45 pickup to give them plenty of time. Arrived on time and were told that it would be another 15 minutes. Every 15 minutes we kept checking back and being told the same thing. Finally it dawned on me (after over an hour) that the delivery drivers were being taken care of before regular customers. So we cancelled the order and left. Will never be back.

We have loved Napoli since they opened, however I'm so disappointed that they raised their prices. Since they raised their prices their pizzas have gone downhill (skimping on cheese , barely any toppings and half the pizza is just sauce). I understand raising prices but then make sure quality is top notch. We've also been told the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes and get there just to wait 30 minutes more. Hope they turn this around...

I'm kind of torn on this one. Pizza was OK, but not what I would consider great. Crust was a little thicker than I prefer. Not a big fan of the Italian sausage. Boneless wings were average.

Ordered from here last night! Got 10 piece chicken half lemon pepper half mild. And then a 30 inch pepperoni pizza. The chicken was a bit dry but still edible. The pizza was great... on the half that wasn't burnt. Unfortunately half of it was burnt so it wasn't the best. The part that wasn't was nice though.

After a late night event, we decided we were craving some pasta. I actually didn't realize how late this business is open until, but we decided to come here to get a late night pasta fix.With the late night service, it was still pretty good. We had TY who was serving us and answered any questions we had. He told us about the yelp check in for some garlic balls. I was just honestly surprised at how well of the service was at 2am, my friend and I didn't want to have a complicated order at that time just wanted something quick to eat.The alfredo fettucine was actually alot better than I have expected. A good amount of saucy and the pasta was cooked right. The chicken was not over cooked, overall the alfredo was good. For one order it was enough to share, and I'm glad they seperated the portion between my friend and I. The garlic balls were also very good, had a good garlic-y, cheesy taste and with the marianara sauce it was addicting to eat until I got full.My friend and I have eaten at another Napoli's location and we both have agreed that the food quality definitely tastes alot better here. While I have eaten pizza from this business before, I also wanted to give a review on their pasta and their hours when it's past normal eating times. Definitely a spot to return to again for late night foods.

My family and I pass this location a lot going home and we always see people going in and out even at odd hours (11pm). When we went in, it had a family vibe to it and many tables and chairs available to dine-in. I had to dock off a star though since we had to clean our table because there were still crumbs and sauce on it, and we did come during odd hours, so the place wasn't busy.The menu was very comprehensive from chicken wings to sandwiches to pizza. My family and I love chicken bbq pizza so we ordered a 30in. I definitely think I ordered too much since all four of us barely ate half. I added a regular sized plate for comparison in the picture haha. Next time, I would probably get an 18in or smaller, so I can try more flavors. The chicken wings were very crispy and flavorful! I didn't even need ranch to dip them in. The garlic knots were also a hit and you could definitely taste bits of garlic in it, but not too overwhelming!

I ordered an 18" pepperoni pizza, garlic balls and a capri salad.The garlic balls were a good portion, definitely more than I expected, same with the Capri salad,I initially intended on ordering a large capri but settled for the small since it was only for myself and it ended up being plenty.The restaurant itself is open and inviting and service by Danielle was friendly and helpful.I'll be back!
