Cute little Japanese market tucked away in a shopping center!! With all the best drinks , snacks and ingredients as well as household and skincare products. I loved all the milk tea options and the fresh sushi and onigiri . Super affordable and the staff is kind! I got a drink, salmon sushi and a rice ball for only 11$.

This tiny Japanese store has alot of selection of a few categories of Japanese foods. Noodle, cup noodles, rice, sauces, pocky sticks... Some Hawaii foods...sake. The staff are typical Japanese store types "irashai" and "arigato" extremely polite. The store is tiny, and as of late, been moving around the layout. So i might lose the curries, arabiki, or rice aisles for a few seconds, but its ao small so it found again. I find the items a little pricey but, its 5mins from my house so i cant complain.

There is a pop up resturant from Hokkaido Japan serving Ramen and is known for their Tonkatsu Shio Ramen. It is a must try and they are only here for 3 days only. Starting today to Sunday.

Came in to check out this Japanese supermarket when I was in Vegas just to see what they had. I believe I saw some people talking about this place on social media so I wanted to just see what the hype was about. This store is completely stocked with many traditional Japanese products that you might see when you are at a 7 11 convenience store. It gave me that type of vibe. Also, the store is super organized and very clean. I bought some ice cold drinks from their fridges, candies, rice cracker snacks, and also an eyebrow pencil for my eyebrows since I forgot mine at home. Overall I'm satisfied with all my purchases and if you want some Japanese products such as food, makeup or drinks this is the right spot to come to!

Hiking trip starts with Nakata. Landed in Las Vegas, Nakata is the most decent Japanese grocery store. I got bento for lunch and dinner for the day. Sushi and aji-furai. Decent and great. I also got fruit roll cake and a lot of okashi including my favorite one CHOCO-PIE.

Yelp Review 2024 #41:I went to Nakata yesterday since I had to take my car for annual service across the street. I grabbed a basket since I know I'll be grabbing a lot of Japanese treats. The place is organized and spacious. I've been to their Henderson location which seemed more crammed.Pocky, Japanese KitKat, Meiji chocolates, Japanese crackers, Calpico, Pocari Sweat, Ito-en ice cream, Kewpie, condiments, sauces, noodles, onigiri, sushi, karaage, sashimi bowl, beef bowl, katsu sando, fruit sando, matcha, Ramune, natto, tofu, miso, Japanese beer, sake, ingredients and tools/ utensils to make a Japanese meal, Calorie Mate in boxes and in liquid form, tabi socks, beauty products, stationery, and so much more...can be found here. They have sushi-grade fish (salmon, tuna, octopus) in the freezer. They have Kyoto Matcha IPA for $13. If I remember correctly, I only got it for like $4 in Japan - I know imported things cost money but that's a 300% price jump! It's hard to find in Vegas so I bought it anyway. When I got home, I wondered about their markup. Do all of their items have a 300% markup? I started reading some of the reviews on here and many have mentioned that for the same items, you can buy them cheaper at Asian stores. I don't normally pay attention to price tags on groceries until I went to Nakata. They also charge you a fee for using a credit card but they don't tell you that. The service was not friendly.Today, I went to another Japanese market to compare prices for research purposes. And man, Yelpers were right! Nakata is selling their Matcha Sakura Pocky for $7.99, at Fuku-ya it's only $5.80! Wow!With that being said, don't get pre-packaged snacks and ingredients here. What you should get here: sushi-grade fish, onigiri, rice bowls, sando (fruit or katsu) and that's about it.

Overall: 3.8/5The store itself is small but filled with lots of great Japanese products from condiments to snacks to cute figurines. However, they are all overpriced by a couple of dollars each item which adds up. It costed us over $100 for snacks ($70) and one set of men's Gatsby products ($40) so unfortunately, this was only a one time thing. They also sell food but it didn't look fresh, probably because it was at the end of the day near closing time.

This place is a gem with the friendliest service around. Nakata Market has easily become a favorite of mine. As you walk in, you'll find a small yet well stocked Japanese supermarket with a large selection of Japanese groceries. Everything from meats, sweet treats, bread, teas, seasonings, condiments, noodles, rice, kitchenware, gifts, and so much more! The prices are also not that bad compared to other Japanese markets in Vegas. I love how they also have pre-packaged items like onigiri, sushi, inari pockets, fruit cream sandwiches, and pork cutlet sandwichs. They've been great for when I'm in need of a quick pop by for lunch or a yummy snack or sweet treat. The food is very delicious, fresh, and clean. All around, a great place and market with exceptional service and good prices. Thanks, Nakata Market of Japan!

My late mother made the most delicious Futomaki and Inari. I've had others, both homemade and at restaurants. Not even close to what Mom created. The Makizushi here is da bomb!seasoned and created deliciously.

Dependable Japanese grocery with a solid selection. Seasonal items are also a highlight, including all of your needs for お正月. The employees are always helpful and will check the back for extra stock if something you want is missing from the store shelves. It can get a bit busy around lunchtime since lots of people come by for the pre prepared items. Even so, I've never had an issue with the ambiance here.
