Food (5/5): this was my first time trying Nacho Daddy and we ordered the fajita nachos. The flavors were delicious, especially when topped with plenty of red and green sauce and jalapeños. This was one of the cheaper options on the menu, which was still a bit expensive imo at ~$18. It was just the perfect amount of food for two, but it might not be an enough depending on how big of an appetite you have at that particular moment. Service (5/5): service was very fast and friendly, and our waitress gave us a few of her personal favorite suggestions, including the fajita and Golden Knights nachos, opting for the former option. Ambiance (5/5): we went on a weekend evening and the restaurant was decently busy, with people dining in for dates at the bars, family dinners in the middle dining area, or some smaller parties in booths. The music was lively and the place felt like a fun place to be if you're looking for upbeat vibes. Overall (5/5): it was a great first time experience for me, and I'd like to come back to try other items on the menu, but with the higher than expected price point, I might wait until Costco has gift cards in stock to visit next time. It was the first time I had vegan chik'n that tasted like true fajitas with smokiness and char from a grill. If you want to go to Nacho Daddy and avoid the crowd, then be sure to go to the one on St. Rose. Went in with my husband and a few friends and we were able to get seats at the bar immediately upon walking in. I ordered the Mexican candy margarita and if you like that spicy mango flavor then I'd highly recommend it. My husband ordered a Paloma and then got the white peach margarita which was recommended by the bartender and man I wish I started with that drink instead. The white peach margarita tasted like a white gummy bear drink from Jamba Juice and it wasn't too sweet at all. We also got the filet mignon nachos to share. Very filling! Also want to thank the bartender Wendy for the awesome customer service!

Wow, incredible. We've heard about this place and HAD to stop by. Hot was quick to greet us, seat us, and offered a few different seating choices, we chose a booth. Host gave us a quick run down of the mist-trys. Wait staff arrived quickly and explained all we needed to know (thank you) about options. We went for the Fiesta Nachos, and Filet Mignon Tacos. Nachos - enough for four people. Its BIG. Make it a meal, skip the entree. Just kidding, get the entree, but enjoy all the flavors. Corn is exactly what I expected from my time in Los Angeles, very good. Filet Mignon tacos were flavorful, a bit well-done, but worth a try. Dining area is casual, dress up or dress down, you'll fit right in.

Dinner at Nacho Daddy's in Henderson tonight Always an amazing time at Nacho Daddy's. First time trying the location on St. Rose and it was great food and amazing service. Our food came out so fast and was the perfect temperature. We got the pork carnitas nachos, always a favorite. Decided to try something new this visit, the Thai chicken nachos. They were okay, but not our favorite, I think "Thai" is a bit of a stretch but everything else we've tried here we've loved.

Went in for lunch, got seated pretty quickly . The service was ok.The food came out super fast! I got chips a guacamole . The guacamole was okay. The queso and chips were so bomb! I forgot to take a picture. But trust that appetizer is a must. The sautéed shrimp was ok. Didn't really like the burnt corn.The filet nachos were good, the meat was tender and it was a decent portion size plate. I was not too fond of the filet sauce they use. But I did enjoy eating it.I would go back and try other things.

I had a taste for Nachos, and I planned to go to the Summerlin or downtown location. However, I went to the Galleria Mall, and the Henderson Nacho Daddy was the closest, so I dined there. I would describe the setup as laidback, and I saw people eating on the patio and inside when I arrived around 9:00 pm on a Friday. I ordered the Supreme Nachos, a traditional nacho with beef, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gayo. The Nachos are monstrous! I should have gone with my gut and went with a seafood nacho option because my taste buds weren't impressed with the Supreme Nachos, and the chips at the bottom were stale. They also went too heavy with the lettuce, as the picture shows; lettuce is supposed to be a condiment and not the main food item on beef nachos. The Nachos cost 25.00, which is costly for Nachos. The next time, I will go to the Summerlin or downtown location and try a seafood option because the family's seafood nachos looked far more delicious than mine.
