We tried coming here a few months ago for dinner but the line was out the door. We were back in Vegas and we came back at an off time and we got right in. For the hot pot we got the nabe signature and miso, both were very good. They had a variety of different noodles, vegetables, and sauces for your hot pot. I like that you can select as many or as little as you want. All the meats were great. I did concentrate a lot on the appetizers. I liked their bulgogi. It was more sweet than I tend to make it but it was cooked very well. Also I recommend trying the "oh shit". The tempura was really good as well. Very light and I could still taste the vegetable underneath. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and the food came out fast. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how loud the music is but it was just a small annoyance and quickly forgotten once I started eatting.

We got the Signature and the Tonkatsu broth. I really liked the Tonkatsu brith but the signature didn't do it for me. Meet choices are good for the price and my favorite would be the beef Belly. Their veggie and shabu bar is limited as well. They don't have quail eggs, glass noodles or rice cakes. I believe Sushi & Shabu selection was a little but more. Sauce bar is on point. Sushi is ok....I have had sushi at other spots with rice portions in the nigiri a lot less. The rolls are ok and fish quality is ok too. Overall service is good, place is clean and nice.

Seafood Broth was sooo good! Great umami flavor and seasons the different types of meat while cooking. The dipping sauces are limited, but the flavor complements both meat and seafood depending on which you choose. They also serve AYCE sushi?! The salmon belly with FRESH wasabi, don't skip on it! The nigiri sizes are bite sized but just place multiple orders and you'll be good. Another bonus perk is that they give you free ice cream and different flavors to choose from.

NABE is easily one of my favorite hot pot spots--it's the best of both worlds! The cozy atmosphere makes for an intimate dining experience, though it does fill up quickly, especially on weekends.The all-you-can-eat setup is fantastic, with a shared hot pot where you get to choose two broths, plus sushi on the menu. I love that I don't have to choose between the two--I can enjoy both at the same time! The quality of both the hot pot ingredients and sushi is solid, making it a great value.Where NABE loses points for me is the strict 1 hour and 20-minute time limit. Hot pot isn't exactly fast food--it's meant to be savored, and the rush to eat before time runs out takes away from the enjoyment. Between waiting for ingredients to cook and trying not to burn yourself, it feels like they're more focused on turning tables than letting guests enjoy their meal at a natural pace.Overall, I'd still recommend NABE for the food and service, but be prepared to eat quickly--or risk feeling pressured to wrap up before you're ready.

Been here many times and kept forgetting to write about it. This time we returned after almost a year now and there are a few changes that I noticed. 1. Lunch fixed price is still decent for both hotpot and sushi rolls. Appetizers and sushi rolls are included in the lunch price. 2. They used to also let you order nigiri with the lunch price/menu but now, those only come with the All Day price (which is a few $ more than the lunch price). This was disappointing to me cuz I was looking forward to some nigiri.3. Sushi rolls come with 4 pieces, which is decent cuz you can order many diff rolls without getting too full quickly.4. The rice and fish ratio is decent for some rolls while other rolls have a lot of rice, so that can fill you up quickly.5. Veggie/noodle/sauce bars are still decent.6. The ice cream that comes with the lunch price is yummy (just as I remembered) For the price, those changes aren't going to make a big difference for me. Overall, it was still a good AYCE combo. The waitstaff and bus staff are very attentive, always checking on us and taking away plates timely. Good AYCE and the wait can be long esp on the weekends but we came close to 12noon and were seated right away on a Friday.

Decent experience.Wait: 70min. Arrived at 12:10pm noontime. Can't do reservations in advance, walk in only. Have to show up and put your name on the waitlist. Food: hot pot was good, broth was salty. Meat quality is very good. Veggies, mushrooms selection is good. Seafood combo quality was not good. Nigiri sushi was good but took forever. We would order and the sushi would not come out for 20+ min and our server had to keep checking on it. The rolls were not good, lots of imitation crab. The seafood salad the fish was frozen. Sushi fish quality is decent. Ice cream dessert is extra charge. Service was pretty fast. But drinks not refilled. For the price, it's a good deal. But the quality is definitely reflected in the price. The wait is usually over an hour and that's a bit too long for me.
