I am torn between a 3 and a 4. We stayed 4 nights. Room 401The Good-Room was clean. We had a recliner chair in the room that was wonderful for my husband who had surgery recently and sleeping in the bed is a struggle at times.Plenty of parking. Had a fridge and microwave.Had a stove. Loved the fact that it has a mini kitchette. Pillows and blankets were nice, my hubs loved the soft throw blanket. The people checking us out Monday AM and the lady who helped us Sunday get the later check out were happy to help and receptive to our dad jokes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Gas stations are close. Freeway is not too far (15/93).It's a non-smoking hotel. The Bad-One of the nights was super windy and it was VERY loud, which made going to bed a challenge. The hallway smelled like vomit walking to our room the first night. (Thankfully got better the following nights & thankfully the smell did not extend into our room)The shampoo/conditioner that was provided did not smell great. The breakfast they provide is a joke - basically over priced gas station food. The lady who checked us in, didn't seem happy to be at work and made us feel like we were bothering her. The cable box had unprogrammed and needed to be reset (thanks Google for the help). Overall, I would stay here again.

My Place is a solid place to stay. Those people looking for a cheaper alternative to a residence inn; this is good. The place is good for extended stay, especially for those military folks needing a short term place to stay. Nellis Air Force is 4 miles away. The hotel features all the convenience of a home including laundry and BBQ pit. If you're looking for entertainment, there's the Cannery Casino within walking distance and lots of fast food choices near by. I stayed there for 4 days and it was pleasant. One thing a little bothersome is the noise. Sometimes you hear the refrigerator, A/C and bathroom fan go off at the same time. But it's soothing sound for those who like it. Not a place for active kids. There is no exact entertainment for them. Doors and perimeter are secure and there's a residential area behind the hotel. Will stay again if I'm there for a longer period. Oh there's a recliner in every room. Prices are good and there is even orders you can take for breakfast delivery. Ok that's it. Here are some room pics.

1. Checked in at 3:30- clerk seemed to be in training, and the woman who seemed like she knew what she was doing was working in the back office, doing something else. The lobby had about 5 other people milling around- one of them told the clerk that he had to remove the smoke detector in his room because the battery was dead, he asked for a new 9 volt battery. She told him the maintenance man was busy, and asked if he really needed it. He said "I guess not" and she said they would try to get to it tomorrow. When handed our keys, we were told the elevator wasn't working because of "the rain", and it wouldn't be working until Tuesday or Wednesday (I checked in on Saturday). Our room was on the 4th floor. I was told there were no rooms on lower floors available right then. The stairwell reeked of weed, and the room smelled like someone had burnt their breakfast in the little kitchenette. Toilet would not flush, there was wetness on the bathroom floor (maybe from an overflowed toilet before we got there?) This place was just gross. Very disappointed for such a newer hotel.

This place was amazing for an overnight stay. Very clean, dog friendly, kind staff and reasonably priced in a good part of town. The name may sound like it's a bit shady but it's absolutely not. My room came with a full fridge and freezer, stove top, spacious rooms and comfy beds. If you're looking for a place, pick this one!

The photos do not match up with the reality of this hotel. You walk in to a very dated "lobby" that smells odd. The carpet is dingy and worn and the elevators are not in working order. You're better off to rent an Airbnb or go to a hotel on the strip. I don't recommend this location.

We stayed here a little over a week. The 1st few days were great, then little things started happening. The last 4 days every morning we would have to see if our keys worked before leaving because we would get locked out. So every morning we would have to stop and get new keys made. One day asked if we could get new towels. Was told someone called in, they were short staffed, so no housekeeping was being done that day. She was going to give me towels right then. I told her a was leaving and she said stop by on your way back in. uhhh, the housekeeper who is standing next to you can't take a few to our room? sorry your short staffed, but that makes no difference to me. Part of what I'm paying for includes housekeeping. We didn't stop for towels because hands were full when coming back and the dog was with us. The next morning saw a house cleaner on our floor. I went and asked her if she had done our side of the building. She said it wasn't her side and had no idea who was cleaning that side. She asked if we were checking out, told her no and she said they don't clean rooms on Sunday for stay overs, just the rooms that are checking out. WHAT! I asked her for some towels and she reluctantly gave me some. The area itself is VERY convenient. there are so many restaurants within walking distance (both fast food and sit down), there's a Hotel across the street that has a movie theater and the entrance to the main freeway is just down the street. This is the only place I found that allows big dogs. There's a little area in the back that you walk your dog and a covered patio to sit at. They have a couple gas BBQ's if you want to cook. The rooms have stove,.microwave and fridge, but no utensils, plates or cookware. They do offer 24 hour complementary coffee, but the front desk doesn't monitor when it's empty, so you need to ask for them to make new pots.Overall, nice stay, had what we needed, convenient location and allow bigger dogs.

Life is strange and we ended up needing somewhere for Family to stay. We thought that this place was going to be like a week late because they do rent out weekly, makes sense to me anyway. However it was much nicer than weekly I'm not sure how the homeless population that is always present around here gets in there. Markdowns pretty much only for the fact that the area out the window was flooding and every time we needed in it seems like we had to wait for the buzzer however once again we just kind of liked it it was kind of nice. They keep it really clean and they were very nice while we were there It's just a strange kind of interesting vibe. All in all it was nice that full-size refrigerators and sinks and they have stove tops and a microwave. But the cost was a whole lot more than I expected. Pretty sure you could get a room at one of the big strip hotels for about the same. It's walking distance to a couple restaurants and quite a few fast food places. Kind of across the street from the casino if you had the urge to go gambling or to a movie or bowl. All the typical Vegas stuffs, except half naked women's. They do not have half naked women's. They do have fully clothed women enough about the casino though. If you're looking for a place to stay in the neighborhood though ding ding ding winner winner chicken dinner.

VEHICLE BEWARE: Car windows were shattered some time in the a.m. hours of Sunday morning. No one at the hotel seemed to care. Other vehicles had also been hit that same weekend. Catalytic Converter was stolen from a truck during daylight hours. *Always add your vehicle information to your Registration sheet so they can immediately contact you. (They say it's optional - needs to be mandatory there!) Hotel has no cameras or surveillance systems. Texas Roadhouse (in front of hotel) has cameras but they don't reach hotel parking. A man caught us in the parking lot (he has been staying there for the past month) and he informed us of all the vandalisms & car thefts he has witnessed since he's been there. This was a very expensive stay by the time we replaced all windows & stolen items!

This place is dirty, toaster doesn't work, hair dryer doesn't work, the breakers kept needing to be switched there was no power in the night stand, you must request that your room be cleaned (and then your room may or may not be cleaned) you have to go down stairs to get fresh towels, the coffee in lobby is cold, the front desk person won't give you the corporate number, the manger was really rude and kept calling the front desk asking what room I was in and I felt threatened.
