I had the most lovely dinner here, probably heavily enhanced by the strong drinks LOL. We ordered basically everything that was recommended to us:- 1790: a coconutty espresso martini- Dea Vesta: a lavender margarita, this was my favorite-- sometimes lavender can taste kinda soapy, but this was not the case at all, a truly delightful drink- Misticanza Del Campo: a light and fresh salad perfect for sharing with the table- Burrata E Crudo: this appetizer was perfect to try their focaccia, truly a star here and the best focaccia of my life- Diavola: the pizza here was wafer thin and I loved the texture, this flavor is good if you like a lil spicy meat kick- Rigatoncini Alla Vaccinara: a really enjoyable short rib pasta, but not as memorable as everything else for meThe drinks were so tasty, I didn't realize how potent they were. The focaccia was so airy and light. The pizza was so thin. Honestly I had such an enjoyable meal here that I feel inclined to visit their other locations. We told our server we were going to Italy later this year for the first time and he said maybe when we have the pizza there we'll think "hey, this reminds me of Mother Wolf" and I really loved that confidence. The service, ambiance, and food were 10/10 in my books.

Food was good, but I'm tired of being treated like shit, and then after complaining being offered complimentary wine, dessert, etc.I don't care about your server sections. If the adjacent table is open, and I request it, Don't tell me it'll be 25 minutes because that server isn't ready for a new table. If your policy is, I can taste only ONE wine, and I don't like it, what the hell am I supposed to do? You are charging up to $45 per glass of wine, I don't think it's too much to ask to be able to try more than one to select which I want. Honestly, you're supposed to be in the hospitality business. Not the let's prioritize our servers' workloads business, or the don't bother the bartender with tasters business.Good food, but just another "treat the customer like sh*t" Vegas venue.

Mother Wolf is located in the Fontaine Bleau Hotel. This restaurant is beautiful, and I recommend making reservations as they seem to be booked and busy! Our reservation was at 7:30pm but we didn't get seated until about 8pm. They were busy with the valentine's day weekend surge, so we understood. Our server was honestly INCREDIBLE. I believe his name was Jonathan but not sure as I had a bit of cocktails as he kept the vibe going and I was not mad about it. Mother Wolf asks that you place your order in full and then they course you out through the seating. We started with the Sfincione which was foccacia bread and it was a delicious pairing with the crisp meatballs. We then ordered two pasta's which were incredible. The "SPAGHETTI ALL'ARRABBIATA" was spicy and we really enjoyed it. It was the perfect pairing with the short rib rigatoni "RIGATONCINI ALLA VACCINARA". We ordered the tiramisu for dessert and this was just phenomenal!I recommend the Mama Rhea cocktail it is light, smooth and delicious. I could have 5 of these! To be honest the whole coursing at Mother Wolf was fantastic and the highlight of our Vegas weekend!

We came here on a week night, and the place was happening!Loved the ambiance with the olive and lemon tree decor, they were not real, but somehow seeing them reminded me of Italy and made me smile.Focacia was great, blue prawns in salsa verde was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The pasta I chose was a bit too salty, it was like the cacio e peppe with guanciale. Their pizza was divine-paper thin crust! So fresh! Their chocolate dessert was also lip smacking good! The best of all was the service, we had an amazing server!!!

I've been trying to get reservations for the LA location for quite some time now and knew we'd be in Vegas for CNY. Guess we lucked out as securing reservations was fairly easy. Not sure if it's the fact that Fontainebleau isn't in the heart of the strip but the casino sure was stunning. Reminds me of the old Desert Inn which was quiet and nearly smoke free! Similar vibe as Carbone which features unique decor and awesome music playing in the background. Actually thought it was quieter here at Mother Wolf than at Carbone which made conversing with everyone easier. Started off the meal with the Sfincione which came out pipping hot. Nice crunchy crust that was well seasoned with EVOO and sea salt. Fiori di zucca - a definite must order and highly recommended by other patrons. Lightly battered squash blossoms filled with a generous amount of ricotta and parmigiano reggiano. Polpette di coda - loved the crispy crust on the meatballs which were well seasoned. Only complaint was that I thought the pomodoro sauce was a tad bit salty but was perfect with the focaccia bread. Yes, we mopped up all of the pomodoro sauce that was leftover. Finocchi di mele - honeycrisp apple and fennel salad was well seasoned and very refreshing. Gamberi in salsa verde - perfectly grilled giant prawns w/ a delectable salsa verde. Rigatoncini alla vaccinate - loved the texture and bite of the riggatoni which paired well with the short rib ragu. Linguine alla vongole - favorite pasta of the night. Once again loved the texture and bite of the linguine but the manila clams and white wine sauce was on another level. We were debating on ordering another pasta but the family decided on a funghi pizza. Holy crap was this delicious. New Chef Funke was famous for his pastas but dayam was the pizza tasty. The crust was well seasoned and had a nice crispy texture throughout. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu and the torta di cioccolato. Absolutely loved the tiramisu and thought the torta was just ok.Service was phenomenal and our waiter suggested a few amazing dishes. Only complaint was with the timing on our appetizers. It just seemed as if everything came out all at the same time and would've appreciated a bit more spacing so that each could've been enjoyed hot. With that being said, the hype is real with Chef Funke's food and will definitely be back if we can't secure reservations at their LA locations.

Beautiful restaurant and great service! Our group of 5 chose to do family-style and overall enjoyed our food. Fiori di zucca - nice if you like an overload of ricotta cheese lolBurrata e crudo - focaccia was such a great softness inside and lovely crunch on the outside. Was a delicious pairing with the burrata Pesce Spada alla Puttanesca - this was first time trying swordfish and didn't know it's a pretty meaty fish so not my favorite but I enjoyed the tangy tomatoes and capers in the dishRigatoni alla vaccinara - my favorite of the three pastas we ordered; flavorful and well seasoned Rigatoni alla carbonara - creamy and delicious Tonnarelli cacio e Pepe - good, but pretty standard Overall, great experience! Just pricey for what you get but I suppose it is expected when eating on the strip.

Dined here on their 2nd day of opening and loved it so much, I've been back 4xs. Hands down top 3 favorite restaurant in Las Vegas for me.Service was fast and I loved the coconut espresso martini. The bruschetta here is amazing !!!! 100/10 pair it with the burrata and arugula salad, wow! The Spaghetti ALL'ARRABBIATA is my favorite. Love how spicy it is and I always take the chili pepper on top for that extra kick. You have to get the short rib meatballs and squash blossoms. And not being a fan of lamb, I highly recommend their lamb chops. Didn't care much for their steak, but the branzino was great. Now for desert, I've tried them all and I can say you can't go wrong with any of them. But the tiramisu is my go to.

Three Hawaii transplants took me and the spouse out for a memorable Italian dinner at Mother Wolf.ATMOSPHERE:Located in the Fontainebleau hotel, it's a classy, colorful and fun setting. I especially loved the floor tiles.MENU:Italian salads, apps, pizza, pasta, meats, fish.BEVERAGE:Mama RheaVodka-based sweet & tart goodness.FOOD:Linguine Alle VongolaI thought we were ordering individual entrees but we ended up doing it family-style. This was my pick and was the best clam linguine I've had to date. The sauce was thicker than the norm which coated the pasta well. No doctoring up was needed. The amount of clams were generous too. The barrage of food ordered by others kept our tabletop constantly occupied:Panzanella SaladA medley of velvety cheese, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and really good croutons. Misticanza Del CampoSpring mix with a light dressing. Burrata e Crudo Paper-thin, salty goodness, silky cheese and sfincione bread for layering. Fiori Di ZuccaLightly battered blossoms stuffed with cheese. Very good. Diavola Thin and chewy crust, simply delish like a pepperoni pizza. Polpette Di CodaMeatballs made out of shredded short rib meat. I didn't have any.Rigatoni & Spaghetti All'amatricianaPerfectly al dente pastas in a sweet and savory marinara sauce.Costata Di ManzoThe five of us managed to devour this hunk of ribeye, served cut-off the bone.Costoletta FrittaA huge veal chop which I did not try.SERVICE:Our server was great. Very attentive, professional and friendly.OVERALL:Beautiful ambiance, fair pricing, great food and service.

The name Mother Wolf must stand for badass Italian food, because this place delivers on every level. From the moment we sat down, the wine menu blew me away, featuring some of the finest and most sought-after bottles I've ever seen.We kicked things off with focaccia so good we nearly ordered it again for dessert. The house-made pasta was perfectly al dente, bursting with flavor in every bite. The swordfish was a table favorite, but the true star of the night was the ribeye fat cap--rich, tender, and perfectly paired with smashed potatoes and arugula.Mother Wolf is the real deal--authentic, flavorful, and unforgettable. A must-visit for any Italian food lover in Vegas.
