We love going on Ruby's shift she gives great service and is very attentive. We like the atmosphere the incentives have changed and the machines are all new not going to lie most of our luck left with the old machines but we go back because of the bartenders Ruby, Verna and Ray.

Mollys,Dottys,Mollys,Dottys,Mollys,Dottys?????CMON MAN When ya got Ray or Corine working ill take Mollys anytime! from day one treated me with respect and always remembers me and my drink preference. Thanks again you guys!! Go Knights-Raiders!!!!!

Customer service sucks if you're being served by Hannah. If you're a Black patron she will not offer you water until you play $20.00 and you'll have ask for it. She also has a bad habit of interfering in others conversations and having condescending remarks to topics that doesn't concern her. If you report her she will LIE and have you banned which is a benefit because it's almost impossible to win anyway. Molly's management will not follow up on complaints so don't waste your time or money there. Other staff members are very nice and will serve you immediately which motivates you to spend $20 bucks for a single beverage. However, stay away from this racist establishment!

I contacted this bar because of a problem with a bartender. the "manager" called he is the owner, he is the owner's son who every employee who has ever worked for him, including the current employees have no respect for, hired the problematic "bartender" from Dunkin Donuts with no experience. I know three bartenders who worked there who all quit because of this "manager".Today I go in and my card/players membership is cancelled"until I talk to him". when he called me over the problem with the bartender I was cut off and threatened with him hanging up every time I tried to say anything.AVOID ANY MOLLY'S SINCE THE OWNERS SON HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS. he is pretending to be an "owner" and started screaming at me every time I tried to say anything, saying if "you interrupt me again I will hang up on you". This " is how they handle" problems with a bartender they hired from Dunkin Donuts with no bartending experience. Three bartenders I know that quit from there all tell me it is because of the owner's son/manager.

Great service great employees. This is where you go when you just don't wanna be bothered and gamble a little bit. But then you have all kinds of needy SOBs that come through that are looking for nothing but a free drink. If you want a free drink go to Texas Station. Have had nothing but great service. Oh and disregard the review by the drunk woman that said she couldn't get water. Guess what water is free alcohol is not you want to drink you must gamble name of the game in Las Vegas

Worst bartender ever, I was on the phone with my brother talking Spanish and this bartender who just started his shift (on Monday January 25 at exactly 12:30 am) decided to quick me out because he didn't like the fact that I was speaking in Spanish with my brother on the phone. After I was being help by Hannah all night which she was amazing, this brick reached to my machine clicked on cash out and said I needed to leave!
