I was scrambling to find a special bday cake for the gf and I'm so glad I found Mitchies Munchies! I sent in my cake request, she sent me design ideas, I pieced a trait from each cake into one, and it came out perfect! She's super helpful, made the process easy. You will want to give her like over a week in advance notice, I doubt you can get a custom cake overnight for those procrastinators out there. The cake definitely surprised the gf for her bday party

If I could sum up Mitchies Munchies in two words, those words would be "sassy" and "ganache."Let's start with the cakes. I've been fortunate enough to attend a few birthday parties where Mitchie's cakes were served, and those parties mark the only times in my life when I have been in the same room with something that looked like it jumped off an episode of Ace of Cakes - at least without a pane of glass protecting it from my advances. Whether your cake vision is a Licensed Character™ or something abstract, it will be a work of art. These cakes are so stunning that even kids at birthday parties look at them with awe as opposed to the eye-stalking that usually happens when you put children and cake in the same room. Or maybe their attention was distracted by Mitchie's "Schmake Schticks," her decadent truffle re-invention of the cake pop. Both were smothered in rich, chocolatey ganache and were impossibly moist. Which is really a horrible word for a delightful sensation when you think about it.Although what may catch your eye the most are her Schmapples. First of all, these things are giant - we're talking candy apples the size of Rihanna's forehead. Big green apples dunked in caramel, chocolate and toppings like s'mores. Yeah, that's right. S'mores. On a candy apple. Mitchie also makes wedding-themed and customized Schmapples. She'll dress up an apple like a Ken doll.The cutesy names of her products reveal the light-hearted, sassy attitude that Mitchie brings to the kitchen. She's clearly having fun with this, making gourmet treats adorably accessible. I mean, you can't even say "Schmapple" without giggling.Delicious, food porn-worthy sweet treats with personality? Yes, please.

I have been getting Munchies from Mitch for as long as I can remember... NOTHING but great things to say!! Extremely creative! Super tasty! Great selection! Awesome prices for the type of product! Very accommodating! And Mitch is just a HOOT!!!! Thank you for always making my families birthdays and special events a hit with your edible art... NUMBER ONE in my book!!!P.S. Planning my 3 year olds birthday and I know just who to call for the best custom gourmet cakes! Chef Mitchie can create anything you can imagine. Last year she made the cutest cake in the shape of a giant strawberry for our daughters 2nd. It looked so amazing and tasted even better. My only problem this year is picking what to have her bring to life for us. She can make any food, theme, or idea come to life in a delicious bake delight. So glad we found her!

These babies are special order... and for a very good reason: Greatness takes take time. It's not mass produced! This is not a Little Debbie. If you have a special occasion, show them you care with a custom made cake. I starting getting curious about this business when I was browsing through Yelp and came across the photos of the amazing creations. I did not see any photos of a storefront, so I set a bookmark and went about my browsing. Fast forward a few months to a friends birthday party. I arrived and there before me was a beautiful cake... looking too good to eat. Everyday is a fight for me. I have a sweet tooth that does not rest. It seeks out and LOVES everything made with sugar.A war began... It was me and my willpower VS ganache. NOT FAIR. I lost... but my taste buds screamed winner! It was a custom cake from Mitchies Munchies. Insert smile.Fast forward weeks later to a Yelp event. Jaime W. was hosting a fundraiser for a fellow Yelper's mom and started to collect prizes from various businesses to raffle off at the event. I was touched by the generosity of the community and reached out to a few businesses to ask for donations.One business responded to my request. Mitchies Munchies. The owner cheerfully emailed that she would make a gift pack to raffle off. She even brought it to me the day of the event!!! Above and beyond what was asked of her. OUTSTANDING customer service. If I am going to indulge in a few extra calories, I want it to be memorable. So, Mitchies Munchies it is.A local business with a heart of gold. Winning combo.Enjoy! This was the most amazing experience. If you are in Vegas and need a high quality cake LOOK NO FURTHER. You will not be disappointed. From order to delivery, my experience was the absolute best. Email communication was fluid and very clear, my delivery was just as great, if not better, I had the sweetest driver who made every effort to find me in this ridiculously complicated maze called any strip hotel lol. Anyways. Phenomenal, a thousand percent satisfied, beyond happy. I can't say enough about how much we loved this!

Mitchie has a vision! We told her we wanted traditionally untraditional and she sat down and came up with a plan. We had no idea where to start. The whole process is awesome. She is super responsive, and we did 2 tastings and changed our minds a few times. Mitchie also sent reminders for payments and explained all charges which I really appreciate. She showed up early the day of the wedding and it was zero stress. People LOVED the cake. It was perfect! If you want something creative and tasty and unique for any occasion, talk to Mitchie!!

I just received my Easter schnack basket today! It was not only beautiful but everything in it was delicious. The quality of the items was excellent even after making the trip all the way to NJ. I wish Mitchies was closer. Will definitely order again!

Mitchies did a fabulous job in making some custom cookies to be used as a party favor for a bridal shower. They were beautiful and delicious! The service was exceptional and the quality was even better. Thank you Mitchies!
