Mint Indian Bistro

This restaurant has been recommended to me multiple times. I finally had the opportunity to visit.The service was incredible,and the food matched that. Gaby was very attentive. So many options, so it was hard to narrow our selection down.We decided on the lamb grogan,potato saag, szechuan chicken rice, ,and of course garlic and naan. Top that off with Mango Lassie and you're pretty much set. We opted for a level 2 spice,but easily could have gone to a four. The flavors were very rich and shows how much effort the chef puts into making a wonderful dish. Definitely recommend and will be back, hopefully soon.

Went for their lunch buffet today since my wife wanted to explore some Indian flavors and I figured the buffet would be a good way for her to sample.Firstly it wasn't too crowded and we were seated right away by the host. His service was really attentive and he made sure we got hooked up with freshly made garlic Naan and some Marsala Dosas.Went up to check the buffet and there was a good selection of Indian ClassicsMy favorites were the Chili Chicken and the Vegetable Tikka Masala. Vegetable Pakoras were good too. They have a well stocked Chutney and salad station off to the side. Of course couldn't leave without trying the Tandoori Chicken. A little on the dry side (but it's on a buffet) very well spiced.Overall a nice clean well appointed buffet and a great value for under 20 bucks a person for lunch.I will be back.

This is not food how can you send us frozen food I have tried many brands what happen to this restaurant. Frozen naan shame on you I can show I order 15 times from This restaurant But this is not food

Ah man this one hurts to write as I always loved the location by unlv. This was a Postmates order, let's start with the biryani, ordered one with paneer and not only did it taste and feel burnt, it was so salty that it was almost inedible. The vada pav was incredibly greasy and had almost no flavor. The paneer pakoda tasted very old, like old oil/batter. The paneer peshawari was probably the weirdest when it was a mixture of soft paneer and hard paneer, there wasn't consistency. The chicken korma and butter chicken were good but it seemed like there was more onion than chicken. I'm a huge lover of Indian food and was left disappointed

The place was quiet when we arrived but tables started arriving shortly after us.. the place is clean and I normally come for the buffet times but this past Saturday, I decided to try dinner. The food was great with the chicken korma, lamb seekh kabob, chicken briyani, regular naan and a naan appetizer with a dipping sauce. All the food ordered we did at level 2 heat level being on the low end but still made my friend sweat lol. Server was nice and the bread came on a robot they have in the restaurant.

The Mint Indian bistro is my go to place for a nice buffet style lunch.The food is always fresh and served with just the right amount of spices.The servers are always attentive to your table and make recommendations when you have questions.I enjoy the Indian music, and sometimes feel the need to dance after my my lunch burn off calories.

In the area for the weekend and a colleague recommended this place. I had no idea it was a buffet but I was so excited it was! Service was fantastic, friendly owners. There's a large array of food and it's great if you're new to Indian cuisine - you can try a little bit of everything and expand your knowledge.

My favorite lunch buffet now has live dosa and naan made in the tandoor right in front of you! Service is amazing as always!

The best part about this place was the robot server. But the food itself lacked a lot of flavor, spice level, and temperature. My favorite parts were the tandoori chicken and cheese naan. Both curries were a disappointment. However, our waitress was so nice! She checked up on us multiple times and has the sweetest demeanor. The restaurant itself was clean and played a lot of modern music. Overall, it was alright not bad but not great.

First time trying this restaurant and it won't be the last. Everything was delicious, wonderful service, and the display of the various dishes was very nice. My only complaint is that there were no samosas, one of my favorite things. But I really filled up on the garlic naan - excellent.
